I did NOT want to pay that much for a problem that seemed like it could be fixed by just popping the pieces of the bumper back together. Luckily, my friend told me about the Dent Repair Guys so I called the phone # to schedule an appointment. It was a bit confusing to find the location, so just call or text them before so they can direct you. The Dent Repair Guy took a Quick Look at my car and said it looked like it was hit pretty hard because some plastic near my headlight was punctured by the metal in addition to the bumper popping out. He said that quote I had from caliber would easily be increased to $4000-$5000 because they'd say to replace the whole bumper, grill, headlight etc. He quoted me just $500 to realign everything. I waited in my car and he was done in 25 minutes! Good as new! I was so satisfied and relieved to have saved thousands of dollars for such minor repairs. If you have dents in your car or need minor fixes SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO DENT REPAIR GUYS. I can't recommend him highly enough. They had my car over 3 months after telling me it would take about one week. I was charged $3,800…read moremore than I was quoted, and my car was unsafe and barely drivable. Difficulty turning the steering wheel, intense grinding and scraping sounds, vibrations, etc. And little to no body/cosmetic work was actually done. After taking it to another mechanic, they recommended not driving it at all because of safety concerns and continued damage due to improper and incomplete repairs. THEY ALSO FOUND A RUSTY PAIR OF PLIERS LODGED BETWEEN THE FRAME AND THE CONTROL ARM WHICH WAS CAUSING MUCH OF THE STEERING AND GRINDING ISSUES. The compressor was incorrectly placed and was shredding the timing belt. The control arms were bent and causing gouging and damage to the brakes. I paid another $3,330 to get those things fixed. I have now paid over $7,100 OVER Kong's initial $9,000 estimate just to get the car in safe driving condition. So all in I have paid over $16,100... and that's just under the hood. After several requests and sharing paperwork and all details with Kong's, they are unwilling to reimburse me for these expenses. If you have had a similar experience, I recommend filing formal complaints with: GA Attorney General, Secretary of State, Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau, and local and state criminal fraud/negligence departments. *notes and pics are from the reputable mechanic that finally got my car into a safe and drivable condition.

I told them that I needed an estimate on how much it would cost to repair a dent in my roof and was given an estimate of $275 immediately. I was quoted for $900, $800, and $450 at other places. I left for an hour to think about my options afterwards, came back, dropped off my car, and a couple hours later, I was called and told my car was ready. Upon arrival, I was shown my car immediately, which looked absolutely perfect. I was told that I had other dents in my roof that were repaired as well for no additional charge. Looking back at pictures now, I can see that I did have more than one dent so they definitely didn't lie to me either. I am very impressed with the friendliness, professionalism, price, and speediness here. They honored the price that was quoted to me without the person who actually repaired my car even seeing it prior to the repair AND even though it had more dents than what was originally spotted. They gave me a 24 hour max estimate that I would leave my car (other places estimated 2-3 days), and it was done after only a few hours, and I did not have to make an appointment either. I literally just showed up and dropped off my car and got it back shortly after. Staff is amazingly kind and their work is amazing. My car looks perfect again, and I am very pleased. I would highly recommend coming here for any car needs, and I will certainly be back if I ever have any other repairs that need to be done.

If I could give 6 stars, I would…read more I had a mobile dent repair guy attempt to fix scratches someone left on my new car on the bumper and grill and he used matte black (my car is gloss black) when he told me he had the correct paint color... He also broke the bumper clips that ended up being unsalvageable according to Bobby (owner of Platinum). He got overspray everywhere and broke parts that shouldn't have needed to be replaced. So an absolute waste of $500 on top of making the car look worse than it did before he touched it. I have been looking at getting it fixed for some time now and I came across Platinum Collision Repair and saw the great reviews and gave it a shot. When I arrived I saw a bunch of cars in the shop that looked pretty much brand new so I knew I was in probably in good hands. I was instantly greeted by the owner and I showed him the damage. He gave me a free quote within 3 mins of me being there. I took some time to see if I wanted to wait a few months or do it now but after seeing person after person come to drop off their car within 5 mins of me trying to make a decision in the parking lot, I felt that was all the convincing I needed, so I got him to go ahead and do it. I dropped the car off 7-25 (Saturday afternoon) and it was done 7-29(Wednesday morning). He told me Thursday just to be safe and I get a call on Wednesday morning at 9am that it's ready. That's including them ordering a new grill, new bumper and painting. They are closed Sundays and I brought it later in the afternoon on Saturday so really it only took them 3ish days to order the parts, do all the necessary repairs to other parts not being replaced, paint the car and they even washed it for me! These guys at Platinum killed it and the owner Bobby was seriously so helpful and did his best to get me right after getting screwed over and save me as much money as possible. He even buffed the overspray off my headlight for me and it looks like a brand new headlight now. The car now looks like how it looked when it came off the delivery truck a year ago. They did the job for so cheap too! Can't recommend them enough... so much so that my mom is asking me what's the address and telling me she doesn't care that it's over an hour and a half away from her after seeing the results lol. Also the repair was super fast, only took a week to repair my hood, grill, headlight, emblem, and condenser, and then get everything painted.
