I got into an accident a couple months ago and took my car to this location. There have been so many problems with my front bumper since they "fixed it". I had to bring my car back 4 separate times for them to properly fix my front bumper. They originally bought an aftermarket bumper that didn't fit. I requested an OEM bumper since they are more likely to properly fit. They told me they would order one and install it. They did, so they said.. but my bumper still would not fit. They mentioned that it's likely my fault that the bumper keeps popping off because my car is low to the ground and it pops off because I hit speed bumps. That's not the case because that never happened until the accident. The final time that I took my car in, Howard told me that they bought new clips for my bumper so it won't pop off anymore. Once getting the car back, the bumper no longer popped off until today, when I took my bumper off to install fog lights and notice that not only did they not buy new clips, but they had just glued my bumper on instead. Finally, after looking at the inside of my bumper, I'm finding that it is not an OEM bumper. It has stickers from an aftermarket parts location. Shame on you for lying about the OEM bumper and doing a half-assed job fixing my car. Do not trust these people because they will do anything to get lots of money from insurance companies and then leave you with a busted car. Andrea was the front desk girl who would never keep me updated on repairs. Howard was the manager who lied to me about my replacements. Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. I dropped my vehicle off at the Athens, Ga location on Nov. 18. It was moved to the Doraville location for "faster service" not only without my knowledge, but it sat there for 10 days without being touched. There has been very little information given to me, no updated calls or information other than automated texts. When I call in asking for answers I have been given a million excuses and reasons why my vehicle is not complete. Last week, my completion date was pushed out for the 5th or 6th time, because the day they were supposed to reassemble my vehicle they had not one, but FOUR incorrect parts that would have to be reordered. I spoke with both a regional manager and a VP of operations hoping for assistance. As of today, Jan 8, I can no longer reach either of them by phone, and of course I still do not have my vehicle. read more

This is the WOrst place to repairs my car, it took about 4 months still have not done also people there dont answer the phone call most of the time, first time i call them ask the repair status they said waiting on a part after they recived the part i call them again they said i have wait on the line i said been wait on the line for 3 months, they said becasue they are waiting on the part it dont count as waiting on the line!!! I had a great experience with caliber collision in October-December 2020 when my car was in a hit and run situation and I needed immediate repairs as requested by my insurance company. However, I called today at 10:25am to inquire about receiving a service that was spoken about a month or so ago and the receptionist Lindsey kept cutting me off when I talked. I understand an employee may not work for you all anymore that I was speaking of, but don't constantly cut me off when I AM SPEAKING and a paying customer. That's ridiculous, especially since I spent money here before without ANY problems and the customer service USED TO BE stellar. I brought my car to this location to have some damage repaired. The inspection felt very rushed. I was walking around the car showing the inspector what I would like to have fixed, and he cut me off brusquely, asking "What is insurance paying for?" I showed him what I had submitted a claim for, and he said he would have to get it up in the air to take a look at that, after which he proceeded to walk around and mark the damage I had pointed out to him, not telling me that this was an indicator for the shop's staff to ignore the damage, rather than fix it. A week later, I got a call saying that the estimate was complete, and that I would only have to pay my deductible. A few days later, they called to say that my car was ready and that I could come and pick it up. I arrived 2 minutes late because of traffic. I had called 10 minutes before and spoken with the receptionist to let her know that I would be cutting it close. The Open sign was still on and the door was unlocked, so I walked in. No one was at the reception desk or in the front offices. Since the door hadn't been locked, I assumed the receptionist had walked away for a moment. I stood there waving to the repair staff in the back who looked at me but turned away. No one bothered to come forward or say anything to let me know that the only people who could help me were gone. After about 12 minutes, I left. The next day, I went in to pick up the car. They gave it back to me with all of the damage I had pointed out to the inspector untouched. They just had a repairman drive it around and hand me the keys. No one offered to explain to me what had been done or ask if I was satisfied. I'm not sure why they would assume that I don't want damage fixed when I'm taking my car to a body shop, but the whole experience has been pretty underwhelming. read more

Had a fender bender in my driveway. My truck was side-swiped and had bad damage to the side. Caliber went over the details and explained what the course of action would be and estimated the cost of the charges. After the repairs were made I could not tell where any of the damage had been done. The estimate was accurate and the staff was very professional and courteous. Received a text estimate that the car would be ready on 1 April, then received a text for the next SEVEN days stating the car wouldn't be ready until the next day. Received two voicemails also stating that the car would be ready the next day and it wasn't. When I arrived to pick up the car, a piece still wasn't reassembled, and it was damaged. There was also paint overspray on the trunk trim. Don't send misleading texts, don't lie with voicemails, and do show attention to detail. There are other body shops in Atlanta; go there. read more

I picked Caliber out of a list that Allstate provided me after an accident due to their incredible Yelp reviews. From the moment I called and talked to Angela right after the accident, to the moment Allstate decided my car was a total loss, the entire staff was phenomenal. They kept in contact better than my claims agent the entire time and performed an estimate to a pretty damaged Prius in less than 2 days. The manager even spent at least an hour standing outside in the sun showing me where and how my car was damaged. As well we helping me gather the rest of my things out of the car when the trunk wasn't operable. I have no doubt that if insurance didn't total the car, the repair service would have been just as good as their customer service. read more

My front bumper had to be replaced after being side-swiped. I was very impressed with the courteous and professional customer service from the first call until my car was ready. I was kept informed and did not have to call to check on the status of the repairs. I called on Monday, dropped my car off on Tuesday morning and had it back after work on Wednesday. I have an older car, yet the color match was perfect. It almost looks like no work was done. I should have asked them to paint the whole thing! :) I could not ask for a better experience. read more

Im giving caliber collision 2 stars because they have amazing customer service and really really nice personable employees. Unfortunately that is only half of running a business. You have to produce results (in a timely manner)! I dropped off my vehicle in August for some minor damage (some inconsiderate person scraped past my car in a parking lot and marred the surface of the door and side panel). My initial promise date was set for two weeks from drop off. It literally took this shop 6 weeks to complete the job. Primarily because of oversights and botched paint jobs. After having to repaint the car 4 times, the final result is still meh (I may be more critical than most, but I can see runs and drips in the clear coat). NOW! Mind you. They are very nice. It appears that they did a good job. A majority of the paint appears to be perfect. You can't see runs in the sun eh. I will never go back to this particular location for fear of never getting my car back... and now I will be harassing the technicians and painters at any body shop I deal with in the future for credentials. Oh and I don't know if many people realize this, but if you are getting your rental car via the insurance company they only pay a certain amount. You would have thought 1200 bucks of coverage would be enough... or that I would be reimbursed for the additional out of pocket cost I incurred for having the rental much longer than anticipated. Nope. Just "thank you for your patience". Bleh. Gimme my car. read more

Unfortunately, I was in need of collision repair due to someone hitting my car in a parking lot. My insuramce company recommend Caliber Collision because the first shop of choice said they couldnt gove me an estimate for 14 days. Caliber got me in right after the 4th of July weekend. The estimate process was quick and easy plus the staff was very friendly! When i brought my car in for repairs, they were clear on what would be done to my vehicle. They even have a system that texts you updates throughout the process. My vehicle is still being repaired but im hoping the 5 star rating sticks when I get my car back! read more

From getting the estimates, being updated throughout the repair and getting the car back, dealing with Caliber was a breeze. Their staff is friendly and professional. The rental car facility was short handed so they couldn't pick me up when I took the car in so Caliber drove me there. They estimated 4 days for the repair. It took 4 days. Workmanship seems top notch and backed by a lifetime guarantee. And highly price competitive. I got two quotes because my insurance company didn't provide good instruction on where to go. I first went to a highly reputable collision repair center and got what I thought at the time to be a reasonable quote. Turns out that my insurance's direction of "get a quote from anywhere" was a farce as this center wasn't in their "network". Customer service and professionalism were the deciding factors of leaving my 2014 car at the dealership or Caliber Collision...I chose the latter. My car was rear-ended in stopped traffice by a distracted driver. Fortunately, the at fault insurance company provided my rental. I was pleased with the outcome and they were so helpful with providing information that I needed. Dropped car off 8:30am on Monday. Its Friday and they aren't done replacing my bumper yet. They told me they were painting the bumper on Thursday and it should be ready for assembly today. I call 3 times today and they are telling me that the bumper is drying. I thought the bumper was painted yesterday and was scheduled to be assembled today? We had consistently horrible service at this location. First, we called in advance to ask if our scheduled time was just an assessment or of we needed to leave the car. We were told it was an assessment and wouldn't take more than 10 min. When I showed up, I was told I was supposed to leave the car, so I had to Uber to my next appointment. We were told our car would be ready in 3 days, and each time the pickup was delayed last minute. When we finally did get our car back, the one thing I asked them to check specifically was still broken even though they told us it was fixed. We had to bring the car back twice before the issue was resolved. The girl at the front desk always treated us like an annoyance, and it was exceedingly hard to get information about the status of our vehicle. Once we called during normal business hours and not only didn't get an answer, the voicemail was full so we couldn't leave a message. read more

What a phenomenal experience! After having a nightmare experience at Toyota World, I decided to take my car to this car shop. They were extremely professional, gave me an estimated time when the car would be ready and actually *honored* that timeline. Everything was super smooth. The results in the car were superb (car looks like new) and I could not have asked for a better place.
