Had 4 cracks in my wheels . They repaired it and it leaked again 1 month later . Come to find out I called around and anything more than 2 cracks shouldn't be repaired . They could have saved me the time instead of fixing a issue that required a new wheel . I should just sent to RTP customs to get a honest assessment of my cracked wheel. read more

C7 GS Corvette, Show Car is barely driven. Summary: Read other negative posts about the owner of this business agnostics behavior. He talks over you, he is loud, rude, and arrogant. He accepts no blame. He blames everyone and claims all tires business are idiots if their diagnostics opposes him. No matter how much you try to explain something he cuts you off in mid-sentence and start talking over you. I will never come back to this business. I lost $600 plus $100 dealing with Wheel Wizard. To ALL my corvette friends going forward. DO NOT TAKE BENT Factory C7 CORVETTE RIMS TO WHEEL WIZARD. You have been warned. 20x12 and 19x10 Factory cast rims may be too weak to handle Atlanta streets. The repaired rims could have been stressed and easily re-bent. Discount Tires check my rims after the repair was made. They said ALL 4 rims were still bent. ALL 4 RIMS were NEVER rechecked and fixed by Wheel Wizard. The owner would not stop talking over me and just listen. Janet and Irvin are professional, very good people. They should be the only ones that interface with customers. That do not excuse the behavior of the owner of this business. Bent all 4 rims due an expansion joint on Indiana Hwy. Transported wheels to Wheel Wizard in Chamblee, GA. $600, picked up wheels, transported back home, install on car. Test drove, feel slight vibration assume it's the road. Garaged car until next car show. In August drive car to New Orleans for show. Feel constant vibration. Head back to Wheel Wizard, they inspect all 4 wheels, Owner very rude. He's would not let me finish a complete sentence. Owner tells me he is 100% sure rims are not bent. You need a high-speed balance. Went to Discount Tire for high-speed balance, $100 later, Discount tire confirms all 4 rims were slightly bent. Returned to Wheel Wizard, explained to owner, I just spent $100 to get the high-speed balance, they confirmed the 4 rims were bent. The owner then begins to trash the reputation of Discount Tires; he would not accept any responsibility regarding my 4 rims. He went on and on about how my tires are bad and how Discount Tires' techs are incompetent. Later, he let me witness him check the rear driver wheel to prove his point. Wow, the rim is bent, he was wrong. Never apologized. He then fixed the rim. I did not witness the checking & repairing of the other 3 wheels because I was sitting in the waiting room. I did not want to go toe to toe because he might be correct about my tire vibration. I left, but still felt the vibration. I assume it was the tires. I later checked my tire lugs to get ready for a road trip to Huntsville, AL. I had to use my breaker bar to turn the lug nuts on the rear driver wheel I witnessed being repaired by Wheel Wizard. The other 3 wheels were all torqued correctly around 100 to 125psi per Discount tires' specs. I am now wondering if Wheel Wizard ever checked the other 3 wheels. I then drove car to Huntsville AL. The vibration bothered me the entire drive. I guess Wheel Wizard was right I need new tires. I went to Butler Tire to purchase new tires. They told me my old tires are still good. They installed 4 new replacement tires. During balancing they noticed all 4 rims were bent. They said the bent rims might be my vibration problem. I said No the rims were checked by professionals "Wheel Wizard". I drove the car and the vibration was still there. The new tires did not fix the problem. Next morning I purchased 4 new rims from Butler Tires. Vibration is gone. Contacted Wheel Wizard for a refund of my money $600 or partial refund. Took bent rims back to Wheel Wizard and they verified all 4 rims were bent. Owner claimed I re-bent all 4 rims again. The owner was still very rude, just like in the past. Screaming, shouting, blaming everyone and not listening to nothing I had to say. I asked him to stop talking and please listen to how we got to this point. He told me to my face quote "I do not care about that, all I care about is the rims, the rims were not bent when they left here". We went back and forth until Irvin stepped in to calm owner down. I tried to talk to Janet earlier and the owner shut that down too. I got my damaged rims and left. I left with 4 bent rims, no refund or partial refund. If I hit something in the road and bent, all 4 rims why would I first purchase 4 new tires then 4 new rims. The problem went away after I replaced the rims. I believe they never rechecked all 4 rims after Discount tire said the rims were bent. I spent all this money and several days off work due to my interactions with Wheel Wizard. They just took my money. The owner very loud and rude. His behavioral with customers will catch up to his bottom line. read more

Had a cracked and bent 19" alloy wheel that has been discontinued so I had to get it fixed, otherwise would have to replace the entire set. Got my wheel back 3 days later completely refinished and the weld done. It looked a bit thick on the inside so I was skeptical that the wheel would balance, but I put it on the car and it's perfect. All my vibration is gone and car rides good as new. The refinishing was also done well although the paint is a bit thick near the center (orange peeling). Overall very happy. read more

Here is my story...one of the tires on my bmw 135 is not holding air...took the car to place of tire purchase...they found a crack in the rim. I ordered a new rim and wanted the other 3 rims resurfaced to fix some road rash and have all 4 rims looking good...Kalib refused to resurface only the other 3 rims after telling me they can match finishes to 99.9 percent duplication...did not make sense to me...i was agreeable to having the new rim resurfaced IF I thought it did not match the repaired rims...i like supporting local, small businesses but at the end of the day...not being willing to do as the paying customer requests has it's consequences. read more

My husband had to take his rims in several times to get them repaired and they are still not fixed. He was charged each time and they insinuated that he did something to them when he only drove home. He was told that they would take him right away, and each time he waited all day. These people do not know what they are doing if they keep repairing the same rims. The customer service was very bad also. I heard the person behind the desk that waited on my husband say, "it's always something with you", because he have to keep taking the rims back. But he took our money though and the rim is still broken. This has been going on for several months now. We won't be going back. Very bad business. read more

I brought my 2016 Lexus RX 350 in about a year ago and had 3 wheels reconditioned and they truly looked better than new. A year later and the work has held up-still look great. This week I had them do all 4 wheels of my 2002 Lexus LS430. Wow-they really pop! Most impressive is that when I picked up the car, they told me that they had accidentally broken the plastic center cap on 2 wheels-easy to do-has happened before when I had tires replaced. The difference is that instead of trying to hid it, they showed me what had happened and let me know they replaced the caps. Other shops have not told me or would try to blame it on someone else. So 6 stars for Wheel Wizard honesty. I dropped the car off on a Monday and it was ready COB on Wednesday. As long as you are prepared for that time frame, do yourself a favor and let these people recondition your wheels. You'll be very, very happy! I will return to have one wheel reconditioned again on the RX 350-the curbs jumped out again! read more

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! I had the wheels refinished on my sports car and they did not do a good job. I have matte black wheels on my car and they had some stains that required a refinish. They mentioned that all 4 wheels would need to be stripped and repainted. No problem. I picked up the car and after inspecting further they just painted over the existing finish including the stick on wheel weights. Use Alloy Wheel Repair or a different vendor. These guys obviously tried to pull a fast one. Not to mention the place is a dump! read more

Took my Bent and cracked wheel to Redline wheels and they flat out told me the wheel was trash and I had to buy another one. The problem is I have Forged rims from 2007 and that model is no longer made so buying a new set at $2000 is not an option for me. I emailed the guy back at Redline and asked to please give it a shot and repair it, he wrote back , why don't you take the rim to 'Wheel Wizard' . I asked why and he said all of his severely damaged rims that they cant fix go to these guys. I said ok and took my wheel there. Let me say, these guys are professionals as I walked in the wrong door and saw how huge this operation is as well as some of the cars they had there getting wheels repaired: Maserati, BMW, Mercedez, and Jaguar were all in the garage there. Im a huge car guy and seeing those cars in there made me feel at ease. I was quoted $200-250 for the repair. I opted to not do the cosmetics of the repair as I just wanted the rim usable for now. They said 3 days and it was done in 2! The guys that work in the office are very knowledgeable and understanding of what I needed done. They took one look at it and said that they could repair it no problem and told me the process that they would have to do and that some heat would damage the paint ect.. Long story short, the paint was never damaged and the wheel is in great condition and was saved! I do not have to buy another set of rims as financially that was not an option for me after Christmas. Skip the other guys that work out of a truck and take your wheel to these guys. They will do it right and are very fair with the repair and price. 5 STARS!! read more

The new owner Khalid is not customer focused at all. Rude, not apologetic for errors they made. Never said I'm sorry and I had to threaten charging back my payment to get results. I will not ever go back to this business again. I have used this business for over 15 years. But this new management is not worthy of my money. And, my quote was $150 but when I got there it was $175. They left off the lug nuts and my wheel cover came off. He miraculously found the bolts when faced with replacing them at $9 a piece. read more

OK I know I'm writing this review late , but I just wanted to see if my wheel would hold up. I give this place a 5 because I had gone to 5 rims shops before them to get my rims fix and no one could fix them. I mean some of the places keep them for a week just to call me up a say ,we can't fix them. Long story short these guys at wheel wizard are the best , they fixed and recoated my rims to match my car like brand new on my s550 BENZ. I took my tire and wheel to Wheel Wizard to repair Khalid, whom I think is the owner, showed him the wheel and he said that he could repair it. I left it with him and picked it up days later paid $225.00 and took it home and put it on my car. It went flat the next day. I took it back and told him it was not fixed. He said I did not tell him to fix all another issue that was a problem with wheel. He examined the wheel and told me what the problem was. I was being hustled, but I had already paid 225.00. He said it would be another 125. 00 to complete the repair on wheel. Now I had paid 350.00 for my repair. I picked up my wheel days later and put it back on m hey car again, it appeared ok, but then days later it was flat again. The car only sat in the garage. I took it back a second time and he told me he would check for a nail. I told him that there was no need to check for a nail because the car only sat in garage. He then said that there was nothing he was willing to do. ZI ask for my refund and he refused to refund my money and said to leave his shop. I should have listened to that little voice when I first entered his shop that he was not a nice person. he is a fraud he takes your money and does not deliver service. He is the WORSE!!! read more

I don't ever post reviews or single an establishment out. But I felt like I needed to here. I'm a manager in a restaurant and my life is hospitality and making people happy. This was not the case here. My rim was bent and we came here to get it fixed. I called he gave me an estimate I said great thanks. The next day we brought my car in. We left (it was $25 more then what he quoted on the phone because the tire was still on the car). Which he never disclosed, but I understand. However, It has now been a month of hell.... nothing was fixed and my tire is still always flat. And when I called to talk to them he told me to go to a tire place cause I probably have a nail in it. When I called him back to tell him there is nothing wrong with the actual tire. He blamed me and told me that I bent the rim again and that he could fix it but I would need to pay for all costs. He was rude and mean and def didn't care about his customers even though the automated message just harps about how wonderful this place is. I wasn't expecting much, but I was hoping he would work with me and try to get my tire fixed and instead he just kept quoting that his warranty is only 24 hrs. Well I would advise everyone to not go here. They are horrible and rude and don't care about anything but taking your money. read more

Wheel Wizard claims a week turnaround, but after 10 days, I have to leave on a 5 hour trip. For 10 days I rode on a spare and the wheel wasn't done. So I made ANOTHER long trip to Wheel wizard to get my wheel. I had asked for it to be straightened. I get the wheel back and they have clearly let the alloy rim roll onto its face scratching the bright silver finish around the lug nuts, I guess they thought it was going to refinished ? They do decent work apparently, but there aren't many competitors. I am pretty pissed about the scratches since the wheel is no longer made. I had it straightened in another state. Take pictures of your rims before handing them off to wheel wizard. Easy now that cell phone cameras are so prolific. read more

Spoke with the owner today, agreed to a full refund with his apology for his employee; will also put me in touch with another vendor who can finish the job. Thanks I took my wheel (Tire/Rim) to this business over two months ago for repair. No one have ever call me as to the status, I have had to call at least four or more times to just get the run around; the first time it was you need to pay for the Weld $225.00 o/a so I paid, the second time it was give me (Chris) sometime to check with one of our vendors for the second phase which would be about $700-$800 resurfacing/chroming or what ever, no problem; the three time was I (Chris) was on vacation for several weeks will get back to you; the fourth time (Chris), is no longer with us? And we can not repair your wheel as agreed upon because they longer do business with that vendor or what ever, Chris should have known that or whatever. There is no way that I would have ever paid $250.00 o/a for a wheel that could not be repaired, I was willing to paid the total of $1100.00 o/b for the complete repair; and that should not be the customer fault and my money should be refunded for not providing me the work that was agreed upon. read more

I curbed my wife's Tesla Model X P100D and gouged the 22" black rims horribly. A friend told me to go here and they would make it good as new. I brought just wheel in as I had the tools and another car to transport it. You can bring the whole vehicle or just the wheel. Wheel wizard said it would be hard to match the black and said a full strip and recoat was my best option. So we did that and it came out perfect! When next to the other wheels you can't tell the difference at all. I can't recommend these guys enough. I was treated very well from start to finish. The whole process took 2-3 days and wasn't too much $. Estimate was over the phone and was dead on. If you have a rim that needs some care this is the place! Price was extremely competitive ($160) to what I would have paid to get a refurbished wheel from ebay+shipping+mounting and alignment. Had my wheel back in 24 hours looking as good as new. I would not recommend!!! Took a wheel in to be straightened and they ruined the tire taking it off and made huge gashes in my wheel. When confronted they say I brought it in that way, like I'm that f...ing stupid. Just one new tire is $700....... Save yourself the touble, go somewhere else. read more

They went out of the way to help with the Tire Pressure Indicating Systems as I changed wheels between model years.
