I had noticed this business for several years driving by. So when I scraped my wheel on a curb, I decided to check it out. They gave me an estimate that was acceptable. They removed the wheel and placed my temporary wheel and tire on the car. Within 24 hours my wheel was expertly refinished. They remove the temporary wheel and replaced my wheel and tire, balanced and rotated. It looked like new. I am so pleased with the service and the pricing. Great find!

So, what I'll say is that this place gets a 5 star rating for the job they did on the rim but 4 stars for the overall experience. I found out about this place after speaking to my buddy at Firestone and calling the dealership trying to figure out how much it would cost to replace the rim. They were quoting about $550 for one rim! In the words of my dear Sweet Brown - Ain't nobody got time fo dat! I called Wheel Wizard (WW) after checking out their website and seeing rims with similar damage. I was allowed to send a picture over to Janet for a price. When we spoke again, she sounded confident that she could fix it and I was quoted $230 and a 3 day turn around. Unfortunately this place is open only during prime working hours, Monday thru Friday 8-530. That made things a little difficult. You do have the option to just leave the rim and put a spare tire on your car until they're done. I dropped the car off Tuesday morning when they opened and it was estimated that I could pick it up Thursday before closing but possibly Friday. On Thursday evening I called to see if the car would be ready. I was told that she would check and call me back. Over an hour later, I didn't hear from her so I called back because I needed to get my plans in order. Spoke with someone else who said he'd call me back after checking. This guy did. I would have liked to have seen more follow up on their end to keep me posted about when the rim will actually be ready. In the long run, they were able to fix it on time for the price they quoted and it looks like new so I'm happy! Thanks Wheel Wizard.

They did a great job on taking care of a Land Rover Discovery and BMW M3. I had the Land Rovers wheels powder coated in gloss black. They came out perfect. Plus they offer a life time warranty. It took 2 1/2 days to complete the process. They took me right away and completed it quickest. The wheels were power coated and they remounted and balanced the wheels. The BMW had a bent rim from my track day. They performed the fix within 3 hours. It rides much better now. Everything was done quickly and professionally. I totally recommend this place. Their work is amazing and quick.

I am 1000% impressed. I am so excited that Khalid was able to help us get our wheels painted. He thoroughly explained the process and that his work to paint the wheels had a guarantee. I love when people back up their work. Absolutely happy with my ride.

They used a satin finish that didn't match the finish of my other wheels. The tech actually claimed he "matched the center cap," which is a different material and color than the wheel face, and told me the paint "needed time in the sun" to change texture. Safety Issue: After the second attempt, the paint chipped immediately, causing a leaky tire. When I called to report this, the receptionist said chipping paint wouldn't cause a leak, which isn't accurate when the chip is on the bead seat. Avoidance & Dishonesty: I called on Monday and was told the manager, Sylvester, would call me back. I waited a full day and never heard a word. I eventually had to call corporate just to get the GM Sal's number to get any movement. The Interaction: When I finally went in for a refund, I ended up speaking directly to Sylvester. He claimed he never called me back because he was "working nights," even though the staff had confirmed he was on-site during the day when I originally called. I accepted the refund because I no longer trust this shop's honesty or technical ability. If you have a high-end vehicle or aftermarket wheels, save yourself the headache and go to a specialist who actually knows what they are doing.

Very disappointed with the quality of work here. I brought it in late March to replace a dented…read moredoor panel and it came back with a slew of small issues. The bottom trim on the door was cracked, the small garnish in the corner was missing, rivets in my rainguard popped out, and various loose weatherstripping and an incorrect (1 inch shorter) bottom weather strip. That strip was also dangling off a few inches when I picked it up. However, they addressed most of these issues with mostly no problems aside from long waits I will detail below. The only part left, 3 months later, is the missing garnish which I just bought for $1.50 from honda itself and put it back in since CC kept saying it was on backorder. The panel itself and paint looks good, and functionally it seems ok. Another thing was the customer service with Blake. All the above replacement parts were ordered fine, but it took forever for them to come in and I had to hound them every week to see when the parts would arrive. They would say "it will be here by Friday", that day would come and pass with no updates. So I'd reach out the next day and "oh it's not here yet" over and over. That happened consistently for over 2 months. The bottom trim piece took 2 months to come in ("it'll be here next week", "not here yet", "ok next week", etc etc). I had to just tell them after the first month to order another one because it was lost in transit. And the fact that they tried to give it back to me initially with a cracked trim is unacceptable. It was staring the tech in the face while he was putting it back on and he was OK with that. If you do get repairs done here, THOROUGHLY check everything to make sure it was done correctly.
