The Jeep passed Emission Testing a week later (yeah!) and is running well. We still "heard a noise" and brought it back for another inspection. The Wright Team inspected the Jeep and determined that an inexpensive repair by the former owner (strut assembly) was causing the noise. They determined it was not a safety issue and advised we could wait, or repair. I appreciated their honesty as my goal is to provide my youngest daughter with a safe vehicle to use in College. Wright could easily have told me "it's a safety issue" and I would have paid for the repair but they were honest, and they have earned my business for many, many years. If you need an honest and very capable repair shop, THIS is the place.

Javier, the owner, was paid over $7k for labor on an OEM engine rebuild, yet my performance car left the shop with a dead battery and a coolant leak. Not only did the shop owner try to weasel out of the 'warranty' by telling me I would have to pay for a coolant system repair, but he overbilled me. After agreeing on a rate of $125/hr the final bill states $169/hr which created about $1000 profit. Irresponsible comes from leaving my car smelling like shop oil/grease. My car has a dead battery, is leaking coolant, and smells like grease. IF YOU DONT STAND BEHIND YOUR WORK, YOU WILL CONTINUE TO LOSE CUSTOMERS! HONOR YOUR COMMITMENTS. Wow! When I went outside after the service, I immediately noticed a lug nut was missing. After looking closer, I saw that the wheel stud itself was broken - which I know for a fact was not damaged prior to the repair. When I contacted the mechanic about it, he did not deny breaking it and asked me to go purchase a new stud and lug nut, which I did right away. He said he would return to install it, but after that point communication became very unreliable. I texted several times with no response. When he finally replied "yes" to confirm he would complete the repair, he still never followed through. Since then, my messages have gone unanswered. On top of that, he told me the broken stud was "no big deal" and that he knows someone who drives around with multiple broken studs - which was extremely concerning to hear from someone responsible for vehicle safety. I don't feel comfortable driving with a broken wheel stud, and the situation has been left unresolved. I wish this could have been a positive review, but based on the lack of accountability, poor communication, and safety concerns, it cannot be.
