Before service, my vehicle had no oil leaks, which was confirmed by their initial inspection report. A trainee worked on my vehicle during the service. After the oil change, I was suddenly told my car had an oil leak and was given a second inspection printout that directly contradicted the first. I drove straight home and immediately found fresh oil pooling in my driveway, which continued to worsen overnight while the car was parked. When I returned, I was told the drain plug was cross-threaded. That explanation later changed to the damage being "pre-existing," despite no leak prior to service and no disclosure before reinstalling the plug. I was then sent to BMW and told to contact Corporate. BMW's inspection resulted in an estimated $5,000 in required repairs related to oil leakage and associated damage. Valvoline Corporate later attempted to minimize the issue by saying reimbursement was "at the discretion of the shop," even though this damage appeared immediately after their service. Between poor workmanship, contradictory documentation, and shifting explanations to avoid responsibility, this was one of the worst automotive service experiences I've had. A simple oil change turned into thousands of dollars in damage. If you value your vehicle--especially a BMW or any car requiring care--do not trust this location.

With so many people working from home now including myself, it would have been great to be able to get some work done. The only cafe close by was closed so no other options in walking distance. Also the only outlet we saw was tucked into a corner very close to the bathroom so we sat at a bar night chair while my husband stood and every time someone needed to use the bathroom we were a bit in the way.

As a woman, it is important to me that I am being treated fairly and with kindness when engaging in conversations and inquiries with a car repair shop. The shop was very clean which is important to me since often times, people will choose to wait in the shop why their car is being repaired or services. As stated, they were very informative, approachable, and even showed pictures displaying the issue of my car while also providing the severity of it. It's been about 3 weeks since my repair and I haven't had any issues with it since. Definitely will be my go to car repair shop if I ever run into any issues in the future.

The garage is behind a RaceTrac and across from a hospital; it's a busy area, so you have to get in either by going through the RaceTrac parking lot or going down by the hospital and (depending on where you're coming from) maybe doing a U-turn. The next day my check engine light came on and I called the shop. Luke was very professional and asked me to bring it in. A minor issue caused the light to come back on. They were honest and fixed it and didn't try to force me to spend more money on the issue. My family and I have been coming here for over 5 years. I highly recommend this shop. The staff was friendly and nice. They offer coupons and discounts if you work for public safety.
