I recommend you try them out if your car is in need of quality service.

This would be a place where you can drop your vehicle off and come back to get it the same day, as long as you drop it off early in the morning of course. Prices: Prices range depending on what you need to have done. They will give you fair prices for parts they have to order for you without charging you an additional $100 or so just for profit. There are many establishments that will do that to you. If you like, you can go to Auto Zone or wherever to buy your own part and have them install it. Depending on what you get Advance Auto or Auto Zone will give you a warranty but these guys can't give you a warranty if they didn't order it. This is my go to place for things I may need in the future (knock on wood).

My dad was an excellent mechanic by hobby, and my husband is equally versed, but there are some things better, or less time-consuming, left to the pros, as was our latest urgent issue with our van. We were referred to CB by another trusted mechanic because the scope of working needing to be done was larger scale and he knew it could be done faster and likely less expensive at Lilburn Auto. Good mechanics typically know good mechanics and know bad referrals could reflect back on them as well as good referrals. We remain grateful for the referral. In the two instances we've gone to CB, he's been responsive, kept us informed, been honest about options, potential outcomes, and guided us to best solution for the situations at hand. It's clear they care about the work they do and appreciate their customers. Most recently, we had an issue on the eve of a holiday. We called, explained the noises and what we thought were going on. They fit us in, had it diagnosed and gave us an estimate and said they could get it fixed by end of day, which they did. They gave us a heads-up of things to be on the lookout for (some we were already aware of), but no pressure or scare tactics. The bill for parts and labor was in line with our expectations. As an added bonus, we get three free months of Sirius XM thanks to an affiliate program. In a world where so many are out to make a quick buck and not care about customer service, quality, integrity and kindness, CB /Lilburn Auto are a refreshing exception to the rule.

I brought my car here for an oil change and tire rotation because the Volkswagen dealership…read morecouldn't fit me in, and I thought I was getting a good deal. Unfortunately, the experience turned into a major disappointment. The same day as the service, I was driving on the highway when my undercarriage cover came loose and flew off. I had to pull over and retrieve it. When I called, instead of taking responsibility, I was given excuses that it happened because the cover had supposedly been removed too many times. I've taken my car to the Volkswagen dealership since purchasing it in 2021 and have never experienced anything like this after a service. Four days later, I checked my brake pads and tire tread and discovered nails in my tires. The mechanic never mentioned them or documented them on the paperwork--not even as a safety warning. I also noticed that the lug bolts on two of my wheels were stripped. When I called again on Monday, the lead mechanic told me it wasn't their fault and blamed whoever had previously removed the wheels even though they had just performed my tire rotation. Once again, there was no accountability. I wouldn't have had an issue if the work had been completed carefully and the business had taken responsibility for its mistakes. I came here because I wanted to support a local business, but based on my experience, I strongly recommend that customers double-check all work before leaving. Update *** I should have read the reviews before bringing my vehicle to this location. Chris, it amazes me that you continue claiming there are "a lot of gray areas" when multiple reviews describe concerns similar to mine. You refuse to take accountability. Whether I inspected my vehicle three days later, five days later, or immediately after the service does not change the quality of the work performed. Customers should not have to inspect a professional mechanic's work before leaving to ensure nothing was damaged or improperly reinstalled. My regular mechanic at the Volkswagen dealership confirmed that the wheel bolts were stripped. Instead of taking responsibility, you blamed the dealership--even though other reviews claim your location caused similar damage to their vehicles. The fact that you believe I should have checked your work immediately shows why your service cannot be trusted. A problem does not become someone else's fault simply because the customer discovered it several days later

I really wanted to give a positive review because the brake pad replacement itself went smoothly,…read morebut unfortunately the experience took a turn afterward. When I went outside after the service, I immediately noticed a lug nut was missing. After looking closer, I saw that the wheel stud itself was broken - which I know for a fact was not damaged prior to the repair. When I contacted the mechanic about it, he did not deny breaking it and asked me to go purchase a new stud and lug nut, which I did right away. He said he would return to install it, but after that point communication became very unreliable. I texted several times with no response. When he finally replied "yes" to confirm he would complete the repair, he still never followed through. Since then, my messages have gone unanswered. On top of that, he told me the broken stud was "no big deal" and that he knows someone who drives around with multiple broken studs - which was extremely concerning to hear from someone responsible for vehicle safety. I don't feel comfortable driving with a broken wheel stud, and the situation has been left unresolved. I wish this could have been a positive review, but based on the lack of accountability, poor communication, and safety concerns, it cannot be.

I took my daughter's car here for an electrical issue at 8am on a Tuesday. We didn't hear from them till we called at 2pm to see if there was an update. They said there were no issues with the car and we could come pick it up. We said we wanted to leave it there overnight to make sure the issue didn't resurface, as my daughter needs the car to drive to work and I we don't want her to get stranded. No call the next morning. We called at 11am to see if it was still fine. They hadn't looked at it yet and said they would look at it now. No return call again. We called at 1pm and they said we needed an NEW ENGINE! No, not engine but a new "motor". We asked for an explanation. These are the reasons they provided. 1. They said we had no oil in the car. - My husband has been changing the oil in the car for the last 6 years. My daughter checked the oil last week. There was oil in the car. The car has NEVER not had oil. 2. There was a valve cover leak. - News to us. This was not an issue before we came here. We have never had visible oil around the oil cover. 3. A cylinder is misfiring. - This is a sign that a spark plug or the coil needs to be replaced. I don't know if they thought we didn't know anything about cars because we are women but they are definitely wrong. We immediately went up there to pick up the car. The car was still in the garage with the hood up. There was a large blue oil drain in front of our car that was supposed to bone dry. We drove away and there was a cloud of white smoke. What the heck! We came there was an electrical issue. The car has NEVER had this issue. We pulled over and drove in my car to the auto part store to pick up a quart of oil. No issues after to put oil in the car. I ran a diagnostic on the car because we have a micro mechanic diagnostic reader. NOW the car reads that there cylinder 1 is misfiring. Luckily we know how to change spark plugs and coils. After we fix the damage they did to the car, we're taking it to Hyundai to finally get the electrical looked at. A wait of money and two days of time. We are out $80 for their mandatory diagnostic fee, Vo didn't have this, the price of an emergency quart of oil and the spark plug or oil after we perform the test to see which one is having the issue.
