I went to the dealership yesterday because my tire pressure was low on my left rear tire. After an hour, they came back and said I had a slow leak due to a nail and they could only REPLACE it for $507. I said no thanks and walked right out. (My car is 60 days old w/ brand new tires soooo no). Fast forward to this morning at 9:30 am. I drive up to Smyrna Tire, park, jump out and tell them what I was told. They said they'd check pressure on all and see if they can patch the hole. Great! Welp. They actually found 1 nail in my left rear and 2 nails in my right rear tire. (Either I have enemies or I need to watch how I drive cause sheesh). On top of being thankful, I'm impressed and grateful. Had I bought the replacement tire, I would've had to turn around and buy another one days later PLUS I'm hella disappointed that after sitting on their lift for an hour and doing the extra ridiculous soapy test, BMW couldn't see that I had multiple nails across both tires. Anywho. In case you're still thinking of going somewhere else for any of your tire issues. Don't. I've found my forever shop and I'm positive I won't need to go anywhere else. Side note: I've been here for about 40 minutes and my car is almost done. Yay! There's also a very steady flow of customers and they are getting them in and out as much as they can.

We brought our Jeep in about a week ago for an oil change. One week later, we left for that road trip and almost immediately received a low-pressure notification from the vehicle. We turned around, went back home, and found oil all over our driveway. We are now sitting at a Firestone waiting for them to fix a leak at the oil drain plug that was completely ignored by your technicians. Furthermore, the only oil they found in the vehicle seems like old oil that was never changed in the first place. This is completely unacceptable. We did exactly what responsible customers are supposed to do. We brought the vehicle in before a road trip, clearly explained the situation, and trusted your staff to do the job properly. Instead, we are dealing with a potentially serious issue, a ruined travel day, oil on our driveway, and the added time and expense of having another shop inspect your work. You have lost us as customers permanently. I also want to be very clear that I intend to make sure people know exactly what happened at this location. I will be sharing this experience honestly and publicly because I do not believe people should trust a shop that sends a customer out the door after an oil change and "road trip check," only for that customer to find oil leaking all over their driveway a week later. This was careless, unacceptable, and completely destroyed our trust in your business.

Horrible quality of service, went for bulb replacement on a practically new car and they began to tell me how the car needs a new transmission, oil change, and all new tires. I said no, just the bulb please and one guy continued to work on the car while the other 4 stayed inside talking to each other or on their phone. The wait time was about an hour and 1/2. The original price for just the bulb replacement was $50 but when the car was done they said $567, they worked on the parts I specifically said no to. They would not give me my keys back until I paid through Zelle, absolutely unacceptable. Terrible terrible, never going back

At first we went to Firestone to see if they could just patch up the tire since the tire was only a couple of weeks old. When Firestone could not; we came here. Glad we did. The store manager Harold was both knowledgeable and professional. After looking at the tire he said that absolutely he could patch it up and explained in detail how the process is done. He never tried to sell us unnecessarily services or products and we were in and out in about 20 minutes. For everything it amounted to about $25.00 (including tax) Not bad compare to say a brand new tire...Thank you guys for a great experience and for taking such good care of us.
