You can clearly see the condition of the tire in the photos I uploaded. I called Monday afternoon immediately after the tire blew out and explained the situation. A young man I spoke with told me they could replace the tire at no cost. However, when I came in the next morning, they tried to charge me more money instead. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I strongly recommend considering another tire shop before spending your money here.

I scratched the trunk of my partners new Lexus and other places wanted $700+ to fix it (it wasn't a bad scratch either) and Central Collision did it for about $400, in a reasonable amount of time. One issue was that they had scratched the car while doing the work (only noticeable under a thorough inspection) however, they did not hesitate to take it and repaint it for free. They mix their own paints identical to factory paints, so even though the Lexus has a specialty paint, they were able to recreate the paint instead of having to order it from the factory. I cannot say enough things about Central Collision in Mableton.

My wheel was cracked severally and was not able to be repaired; it had to be replaced. Fortunately, the shop had a replacement and was able to repair it less than 30 minutes. I am grateful for the prompt service, professional expertise and quick repair.
