Best and only tire and brake service I've ever used. Staff are friendly and honest, they will never charge you extra or at all in some cases if nothing needs to be done. It's our fault for not heading over here the first 16 years we lived in Acworth. They've been here the whole time. But now that we've found Jones, we'll be repeat customers. After a chain tire store informed me the tire they'd sold me with the flat tire repair plan didn't qualify since it was "too near the sidewall", I decided to check out the locals since it couldn't be much more than those yahoos were going to charge, while requiring me to buy two tires, or maybe four or six. After a quick evaluation by the friendly Jones folks, it seems (surprise) the tire could be fixed. Apparently (surprise) the other place told me that because "they just like to sell some tires". As a result I still did buy two front tires, because I needed those, but not rear ones which were now good as kind of new. Now I'm cruising around with my 50-50 new tires and one removed screw like I own this town. It was great while waiting at Jones too, seeing how adeptly Mr. Jones called around to find some 295/65/R18s, etc. Nobody is getting left tireless here. Also it's great that the business name is the same as the people calling around for tires and working behind the counter. Good luck asking to talk to Mr Goodyear or Ms Firestone at those local establishments. Before I left they told me to be sure to get these new wheels rotated, and that I could bring them here to rotate without charge. And I only bought half my tires here! We will return when all our other teenagers hit more curbs, etc; hopefully not too often. read more

7/17/21 On a recent visit to Atlanta, I woke up on a Saturday morning to find a flat tire. Nothing like a flat tire to throw a kink in your weekend plans. I called multiple places around the Kennesaw/Marietta area and no one said they had time to fix my tire, that I would need to wait until Monday. Thankfully, I found Jones Tire Co on Google maps and they said yes! They were less than 1.5 miles from our hotel so I filled up the tire with air and drove over to Jones. Mr. Eddie told me not to worry because I was in good hands. He pointed out a couple of restaurants within walking distance. We had lunch while my tire was plugged and patched for a very reasonable $18. If you find yourself with tire troubles in Kennesaw or looking for new tires, Jones Tire Co is your answer! They definitely saved our day and made sure were able to go home when planned. read more

Good place to get a tire if in a pinch but I wouldnt trust their opinion with anything. Went in there to get a tire replaced and a general inspection because there was a noise when braking. They ended up telling me I do not need new rotors or brakes but instead a new cv axle. I went and got a few other opinions and it was the opposite, I did not need a cv axle just new rotors and rear brakes. Took their advice and got new rotors and the noise went away. Not only did they put my car at risk but they are just not honest. read more

I had a tire with a bubble in it and they were able to find me 2 slightly used tires in great condition. Then only charged me $80 for the entire service. Wonderful service and a company that's been serving our community for a long time. read more

I have lived in Kennesaw for 20 years, and used several tire shops, generally I commit to one shop and stay with them. For various reasons - value mostly I thought I would shop around. Recently - I needed front tires for my wife's car and I though for my truck. They got new tires on my wife's car quickly and at a fair price. My truck - they rotated the tires, said I could wait on new tires - but I did need rear brakes. Which they did, also at a fair price. They seem honest and are reasonable on their pricing. No gimmicks, just tires, rotate, brakes, they will ask about other stuff - but not in a high pressure way. read more

Had new tire installed there. The balancing was go bad, had to go have it rebalanced at another place.

Had them mount and balance a new set of tires, as well as complete an alignment, and install a camber bolt. Prices were very fair, and car drives straight as an arrow. If you want a fancy waiting room with shiny floors and slick talking quota driven sales people, this is not the place. Highly recommend! read more

I really love this place, it's an old-school car tire and the owner has been here forever it seems. Very laid-back very easy to deal with very good prices and very good service. This is one of those places you would never know about unless you knew somebody or grew up knowing this guy. It looks like the town is growing and I hope this business grows with it. I have known Eddie Jones for close to 40 years and he has always been a great guy to deal with. You're not going to come here and see some kid at the counter trying to sell you Tires just because you've got a nail in one of yours. I broght in my 4Runner because of the tire pressure monitor. I was told all 4 monitors were bad. Odd all 4 were bad but they had good reviews and seemed trust worthy. Few Months later I brought them back to have them looked at because the tires were checking out ok but the alarm was on. It appears what Jones tire did was disable the monitors! Why do that? Why would I pay to have it replaced if I hadn't planned on depending on them to work? I'm sure it's a lot easier for them to disable the alarm rather than to fix it very disappointed taking it back hopefully they will fix the problem because they were not cheap. Not sure why they would give other people a good service and me bad. read more

The absolute worst experience I've ever had. I took my car here because I have heard so many good things, but my experience was very far from good. Dropped my Toyota Camry off for a simple oil change, got a call a couple hours later saying they broke my oil housing filter and would have to order another one.. and told me I'd need to pay for the part that THEY BROKE. So I was forced to find another way home from work and to pick up my children from school because the part wouldn't be in until the next day. The next day comes around and it's 11am they call me and say it's still not in.. I took it upon myself to call Cobb county Toyota and they said they had 4 in stock I call back this establishment and they said "I know they have some in stock but they are more expensive". as a business you should have done whatever it takes even if it was more expensive to get me my car back for something you broke. After many arguments and having to have my husband go up to the shop and talk to them they finally went to the Toyota dealership and picked up the part. So a simple oil changed turned into over 24 hours without my vehicle. Also when they changed my air filter they forgot to hook my hose back up and my car died in the middle of the road at a stop light and stalled all the way home until my husband was able to look at it. To say I was irritated is an understatement. I will NEVER go back to this place again. read more
