Even the well known Auto Cool in Smyrna could not fix it, Mac at Crawford was able to. Auto Cool's repair lasted about a year and failed to work. When I went outside after the service, I immediately noticed a lug nut was missing. After looking closer, I saw that the wheel stud itself was broken - which I know for a fact was not damaged prior to the repair. When I contacted the mechanic about it, he did not deny breaking it and asked me to go purchase a new stud and lug nut, which I did right away. He said he would return to install it, but after that point communication became very unreliable. I texted several times with no response. When he finally replied "yes" to confirm he would complete the repair, he still never followed through. Since then, my messages have gone unanswered. On top of that, he told me the broken stud was "no big deal" and that he knows someone who drives around with multiple broken studs - which was extremely concerning to hear from someone responsible for vehicle safety. I don't feel comfortable driving with a broken wheel stud, and the situation has been left unresolved. I wish this could have been a positive review, but based on the lack of accountability, poor communication, and safety concerns, it cannot be.

Far forward A few months later, my brakes are grinding even worse now. I took it into another shop and was told the rear brakes needed to be replaced, metal on metal. Christian Brothers charged me close to $2000 that day and didn't even fix the main thing I went in there for, which left me unsafe driving on the road, I was doing Rideshare at the time.
