These guys didn't attach my splash guard back correctly after my oil change. I'm on a road trip the next day and in Chattanooga. I have to stop because my splash guard is dragging on the interstate... I called the store and they told me they were gonna reimburse me for the cost of having it put back on. My truck was under the "sticker miles" that they apply to your windshield after a oil change and they also say you get a FREE topoff as long as it hasn't reached the amount of miles the sticker has on it. In my case my vehicle has 154,677k and the sticker says 155,280k. They decided to tell me it was NOT eligible for a free topoff and explained something Along the lines of "we don't want to give you a free oil top off when we could charge $100" I wouldn't go here if I was you. They had sense of humor and they also came from up north like me so of course I had to say some about that but I will be returning when my car needs an oil change again. Y'all need to check out Havoline Xpress Lube here in Acworth, GA off Hwy 92! I have visited Havoline Xpress Lube the past two days in a row because they have unbelievably amazing customer service and absolutely unbeatable prices! Brian, the Assistant Manager and one associate, Wally, single-handedly ran the ENTIRE shop all by themselves yesterday, and despite 3 cars in each bay and two stacked up in line, these stellar gentlemen STILL had me in and out in under 15 minutes for an oil change! Today, I brought my car in 4 state emissions, and it only cost me $10. To top it off, I was able to get out of there in no more than 20 minutes. The service is so amazing that I decided to bring my husband's car back today as well! He's getting both his oil and Emissions done, and it's going to cost me only $30! Y'all need to check this place out! I have been to so many different places since I moved here two years ago, and I'm never going to go to another place again. I don't care about the oil change, I care that these people willingly took advantage of my wife's lack of car knowledge to upsell her a 50$ cabin filter. The air filter cost a whopping 15 bucks and whole minute to put in. Yet making my wife panic in order to make the sell is pathetic. We will not be going back and will gladly advise others not to as well. read more

Absolute thief's. went in for an oil change and they try to bribe you into writing a five star review for 15 dollars off!! i went in and strictly told them i wanted JUST an oil change. they came back when i was done saying they had done 90$ worth of work and wanted me to pay for it! don't go here! these guys are terrible workers, dishonest l, and a disgrace to their parents who raised them. never going here again. read more

Josh, the manager, was recently transferred to this location. I can tell you that Josh has been taking care of my cars (mine, Wife's and Daughters) for over ten years now. I come here because I can trust him to do good work and be honest about the cars issues. Once in ten years I had a problem with some work done by one of the Tech's. Josh handles it professionally and for free and also made sure the tech was handled as well. I will not let anyone else do maintenance on my vehicles. read more

My husband brought his Dodge Ram truck in for an oil change on 8/7/17. As part of this, they check other fluids. The technician came in and showed my husband some red fluid that had metal in it. The tech said it was fluid from the rear differential and it was burnt. After being given this information, my husband dropped the inspection plate on the differential on the following Saturday and checked the fluid. There was no metal. The fluid was not even the same color that the tech had shown him. So based on the information the tech gave him, which was not accurate, my husband ended up changing the differential fluid for no reason. Be careful.. read more

Absolute garbage! Don't waste your time or money! I paid $89 for an oil change. On their "checklist", they said they topped off all fluids including windshield and coolant. Windshield tank was dry as a bone and coolant reservoir was empty. If you want someone you can trust..... go somewhere else! These guys are crackheads! read more

I only went into the 6271 hwy 92 location for advice They assured me I was not going crazy. I had an oil change and transmission flush at the 5279 stone mountain hwy location. I notice a leak a few days later. I went back to the 5279 stone mountain location where I was told I had a transmission leak and was given a written estimate for repairs costing $406.02. The next day I called the 6271 hwy 92 location thinking I was calling corporate office. I told them my situation. They said feel free to let us take a look. They sounded friendly so I went. Two employees there checked out my car and discovered 3 screws very loose which may have caused transmission fluid to leak. The next day I called corporate. I spoke with,Yolanda & she was very helpful & sounded like she cared. I called corporate a day or two later to check status of complaint, I did not get,Yolanda but the person I did get had the 5279 stone mountain location call me and the manager called in anger. The employees at the 6271 hwy 92 were great , did not hesitate to search for the problem without trying to charge for there services. A young man from corporate fixed my car a couple days later at no charge. I think his name was , Jake. I would visit the 6271 hwy 92 location with comfort at any time. went in for a simple oil change, simple I thought. got home after a trip and found a oil puddle under my car, took it to my mechanic, who told me that who ever changed my oil that when they put the oil plug back in they used a over sized plug in stead of the original and stretch out the hold and also broke the gasket so that's why it was leaking. never again, mechanic did a bandage fix on it and stopped the leak but said eventually the oil pan would have to be replaced, gave it a star because there is no zero read more

Came in here to get my oil changed. Thought it was going to be a quick in and out in 20-30 minutes but no... They start working on my car and about 20 minutes into the oil change one of the techs comes to me to show me that the oil pan plug bolt is stripped out.(pretty sure it wasn't stripped out when I brought my car there and even if it was; the car was previously serviced at the same location for oil change) so either it was stripped out this time or last time by this halvoline store. Anyway, the tech tells me that they have to order a temporary oil pan plug and it was going to cost me $20 additional to the $24.39 oil change. There's nothing I could do so I agreed. I then waiting an additional 1 hour for them to get the right part in their shop. The first plug they got was not the right size, so someone had to go back to auto-zone witch is right across the street from this halvoline and get the right plug. Something that should have taken 30 minutes ended up taking an hour and a half. Total waste of time. Also I checked the prices on the oil pan plugs at autozone across the street and they were for sale for $5, and this halvoline charged me $20 additional for that. I understand there should be a mark up but that much? I visited the restroom during my hour and a half visit to this terrible store and the soap dispenser was completely empty along with absolutely no paper towels to dry your hands with. read more
