I took my car in on April 4th for an oil change and tire rotate and balance. I dropped it off at about 9:30am. 3:30pm rolls around and no word on my car so my husband calls to check in and is told that my car "just got finished" and he can come pick it up. We get there and find my car parked at the far end of the parking lot, backed in under a tree. Mind you it is storming outside. There were plenty of closer spots so we immediately found this odd as well as the fact that no other cars were backed in. I immediately tell my husband that we need to check my car. Because it was raining so hard, we decided to check it when we got home. 30 minutes after we got home was when I noticed the damage as we were packing my car to go out of town. We immediately took the car back up to Tires Plus. After being given the runaround for 10 minutes the front desk employee goes to the back and comes back with the assistant manager Bobby. The first thing Bobby says is that they believe a customer hit my car in the parking lot. So my immediate question was if that the case then why wasn't my husband told when he picked my car up? My next question is why did you try to hide it by putting my car at the far end of the parking lot and backing it in and trying to wait until the end of business to call me to pick it up? They never even bothered to step outside to see the damage. I asked for their corporate number because their manager wasn't in and was told "I don't know. You can go online and look it up on the website." You don't know your company's corporate number? Fast forward 9 days and I get an email (not even a phone call) from one of Bridgestone's claims specialists saying my claim has been denied because the damage was in the pre-service inspection and I should file a claim with my insurance! Are you kidding me? How do you know when no one ever came out to see the damage? Furthermore, when I filed my claim I gave you all the info you would need to go back and fudge the inspection. These people are lying, sneaky, trifling crooks! Please protect your property and go some where else. My Tires Plus card has been destroyed and the account will be closed! I am truly amazed by the lack of customer service since COVID. Everyone thinks they can just do people however they want and get away with it, but they don't know who they're dealing with. I will fight this until my car is repaired and I will continue to get the word out.

After calling two other tire places, I was told no appointments were available to look at it until the next day at either place. I remembered having good dealings with Kauffman Tire in Smyrna before, so made the trek to Kauffman in Kennesaw. I was told it would be a few hours to have it seen, and I asked if I could drop my family off at home first, then come back and if they would hold my place in line. The friendly counter man told me he would do his best to hold my place, and that's all I could ask for. I returned just over an hour later, and to my surprise, they took my 4Runner right back. Already I was super pleased! About 45 minutes later, the same employee told me that their tire repair machine had malfunctioned, and had basically shredded my tire. But, he stated they would replace the entire tire at no cost to me with an equivalent tire to what I had. Now, maybe I'm cynical, but I have to believe a lot of other repair shops would have advised me that my tire was too badly damaged by the metal piece and it would just have to be replaced instead of repaired. And then they would have sold me a $200 tire and I wouldn't have been any the wiser. Kauffman Tire's honesty and willingness to make it right have earned a customer for life now when I need new tires. Great job!

I was traveling from Alabama with my daughter when our older Jeep decided to lock up the rear brakes. I called ahead, and Tripp told us to bring it in and they'd get it on the rack right away. They did exactly that--quickly diagnosed leaking rear calipers that had seized, gave us a very fair price, and got to work immediately. While we were there, they also caught a tire with a knot that was about to fail. I shopped around, and their pricing on new tires was 10-20% better than other places I called. We moved forward with the tires, and they even threw in an oil change. From start to finish, they had us back on the road in about two hours.
