After leaving a negative review I received a response from the Business Manager instructing me to reach out to James the Regional Manager for the Franchise Premium Velocity Auto, LLC. James is the same person who has not responded to my calls, texts or emails. I emailed James and again forwarded my repair cost invoice in November 21 and have not received any communications from James. I wish I had read the negative reviews on Yelp and Google. I'm glad there were a few people that were happy with the service. I feel they were lucky. The techs were nice just not competent. read more

I noticed that some of these reviews are several years old. It's unfair for reviews to be kept up this long, since managers as well as employees come and go. Granted, today when I entered there were no other customers but me. They had me in and out in about 10 minutes or so. Give these guys a break; they're just trying to make a living. read more

Last time I ever use any Jiffy Lube! Against my better judgment with a new car (2nd oil change). I stopped into this sweat box with a rude manager in the Acworth location because of time constraints, but it has cost me so much more time! After my oil change the manager stated he was unable to provide me with paperwork! I decided to drive off and the car felt just a little low powered. 3 weeks later my oil light came on (see pic). So instead of dealing with this over priced dirt hole... I took my car to a ford dealership. As stated and shown by technician, wrong oil was used and it was very dirty! Also oil filter was not tightened properly and leaking!!! Absolutely my last visit to Jiffy Lube and I can't believe a dealership is over $20 cheaper. read more

If I could giver zero stars I would. I would think that people working in the vehicle repair business would have some sense when it comes to things. First issue was another Location sent us here to get a transmission flush done since they did not have the equipment to do a CVT Fluid flush. I was quoted $179.99. When I get to this location the first thing I was told is they couldn't do it for that price, that it wouldn't cover his cost of goods. I call BS on this, the most expensive transmission filter is $24.99 and the CVT Fluid is $9.99 a quart both at Autozone. I walked out to the service area to find out why it was taking so long and I hear the technician on the phone asking how to do the work. Yep, I got out of there ASAP. PS Stop with this Air Filter insanity, I was there for 30 minutes and they told 4 customers in a row they needed an air filter. Oil change prices are ridiculous. read more

Very unsatisfied :( I usually take my car to the dealership for my oil change, but a hectic schedule made me take it to Jiffy Lube for convenience sake last Sunday. They pulled my car out of the bay and parked it up front when they were done, but then realized they had forgotten to put my engine and in cabin air filter back in. Of course that raised a red flag and made me wonder what else they may have forgotten, but I let it go thinking we all make mistakes. Then a few days ago I noticed a wet spot under my car after it had been parked all night, so when I got to work I made sure I parked somewhere that was dry so I could see if the same thing occurred after being parked all day there. Sure enough, there was oil there when I backed out. Just got back from the having another oil change done by my trusted dealership. They said the oil plug was not tightened and that was the cause for the leak. I'm sure this isn't everyone's experience at Jiffy Lube, but it was mine. Not sure why there's so many bad reviews... This location went above and beyond the call of duty to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. I drive a high roof cargo van so at first they were skeptical if they would be able to use their lifts to do the job, since there was not much clearance in the shop. They gave it a go and were able to perform all the necessary steps to get my tires rotated and the oil changed in a timely manner. Give them a shot! read more

The WORST! NEVER bring your car there!! Brought my car in for an oil change. Seemed to go ok, until the next day when I went to start it and the check engine light came on. Immediately brought it back (when I pulled in the oil pressure light came on as well) where the supposed manager checked it over and said it was only because the codes hadn't been reset. He assured me his best people had worked on the car the day before and it was fine. His last comment was it was ONLY a vehicle and not to be concerned. Told me to drive it for a bit and see what happens. What happened was my oil pressure was so low I was lucky to get it to my real mechanic who discovered they had broken off a part of my engine while changing my oil!! Story doesn't end there! My husband had his oil changed on his company car the same day, right before I had mine changed. They didn't put the guards back correctly after his oil change so they fell off, dragging on the ground and got torn up. Luckily it's a company car and the repairs were covered by his company. Jiffy lube ended up paying almost $1000 in repairs to my car. I was lucky I have a great mechanic who urged me to come to them, it could have been much worse if I had brought it back there a third time. I will never, ever bring my car to these hacks again. Their attitude and skill are both crappy. Came to find out their "best people" allowed their girlfriend/significant other to help with the work!!!?! They screwed up my two cars in one day. This place is the worst ever! Never go to jiffy lube in general because they rip you off, especially if they think you don't know what your talking about with the car. They saw my Kia Forte and stated "I can't change your oil, it's going to blow up, because this car is in awful shape," then I went to a discount oil place down by Walmart and the mall and they said "your car is in perfect shape and we can easily do this". The jiffy lube tried to charge me for a new engine basically for like 1000 dollars and it wasn't needed at all. If I can give you some advice, NEVER GO TO JIFFY LUBE!!! read more

Went to get my emissions today. After sitting for awhile I was told they could not do emissions on my car because it lacked the port to put the emission plug into. I have a 2008 Lexus RX350. It has had emission testing every year. They could not explain or really give me any ideas. I took the car immediately to Goodyear. They told me that they don't do emissions but would look at it. They immediately realized it was just pushed up a bit and pulled it down. They said the guy probably did not want to be bothered and did not really look for it. I then went back to Jiffy Lube and I explained what Goodyear said. I sat in the waiting room for over 30 minutes waiting. I then got up to see what the problem was and my car was still sitting outside the building. It had not even been pulled inside. I walked through the building to my car. No one said a word to me. I got in my car and drove off. I'm now at a Castrol getting it done. Jiffy lube will never get my business again. read more

I brought my truck in for a oil change and when I got home my water reservoir was filled with oil. Concerned I took it to my mechanic. He clearly stated somebody poured oil in the reservoir. My mechanic was kind enough to flush my radiator and clean the reservoir and did not charge me. This could have been a lot worse if I did not notice it right away. Sadly on my invoice it states my there was a quality inspection by B. Shah. That is a joke! If there was a inspection that person has no business working with vehicles he failed miserably. I contacted corporate and spoke to the customer service manager Ryan. His resolution he was going to contact the district manager in Atlanta. He also wanted the bill for my repairs. I explained my mechanic did not charge me. He had the audacity to tell me no mechanic would do that extensive type of work for free. Now he is calling me a liar. I responded I hope somebody is held accountable for the oil in my reservoir. His response they will retrain the technicians. They need to fire the person that inspected the vehicle. It gets better my vehicle has 145,000 miles. The sticker for my next oil change that they place on the windshield reads 69,000. I will never do business with Jiffy Lube. read more

This is probably the most poorly ran business I have ever seen. They are inept at every position. I am lucky my engine is not blown from their neglect. First oil change-oil plug not replaced properly. I wake up and see oil under my car, I go back, they fix it, explained what happened and topped off the oil. Second oil change, oil ring twisted on oil filter and all the oil blows out on a trip to Florida. This was a $95 platinum oil change! Had to buy 4 qts of oil to get to a emergency mechanic. Fortunately, the engine did not blow. I didn't even bother going back-there will not be a third service from them. I'd rather spend my life letting others know how dangerous this place is!!!!! Could have been worse, I guess. Took my car to the McLure Rd location for oil change and tire rotation. While they did what I asked them to do, I am puzzled as to why they would inflate the left side tires to 50 lbs and the right side tires to 80 lbs? Easy enough to correct, but I should not have had to do it...I paid them $67 for this shoddy service. read more

I have never been in a service establishment that went so far above and beyond, to make sure that i drove out with a safe and well maintained vehicle. I originally csme in for a simple oil change. They also checked all of my filters and topped off my fluids. What mostly stood out to me about this visit was after I had shared a concern about my car and some rattling, they did some investigating and told me exactly what needed to be replaced and how to do it. They went above and beyond by finding the replacement part, driving all the way to Marietta to pick it up, and installing it for me. They stayed past closing to ensure that my car was in tip-top shape. To top their exemplary customer service, they were reasonably-priced and even scanned 2 coupons to save me some money. All of the associates were polite, professional, and attentive. I will bring my car bavk to this location for any and all of my vehicle needs. read more

One star because you can't give zero. I took my son's car in for an oil change. They couldn't figure out how to latch the hood when they were done. They told me a part had broken off and had been missing for some time. The hood latched when I came in. About 6 of them took turns slamming the hood of his Mustang repeatedly. The "manager" took a picture of the hood and left the shop, seemingly to go look for a replacement part. They kept me there over 2 hours, the rest of the staff was instructed - not to talk to me - until he returned. He finally came back, rattled on about dealer parts and that the original part was welded in place and they couldn't be responsible. I filled out an incident report and slowly drove the car home, with hood unlatched. I was not familiar with the car, as it belongs to me son. He took one look at it when he got home and found that when they had pulled the hood release inside the car, they did not return it fully in place. They are not educated enough about the cars they are working on to figure this out? There was no part missing at all, they just don't know what they are doing. I will never go back. read more
