I had a very uncomfortable experience with the staff at this location (289 Cobb Pkwy N, Marietta,…read moreGA 30062). I witnessed a young woman who had accidentally parked on the property while trying to fix her car. She politely tried to explain that it was her vehicle, but before she could even finish, the man working there started yelling at her and cursing, saying "I don't give a f***." As a woman myself, this kind of behavior is extremely concerning and unacceptable. The woman was respectful and calm, while the employee was aggressive and disrespectful. No one deserves to be spoken to like that, especially when they are already dealing with a stressful situation. Because of this, I do not feel comfortable returning to this store. If this is how customers especially women are treated, I would not recommend coming here. The date is May 22nd around 6:20pm.

When a mechanic tells you that you don't need to do "all five things right now" and that two will will get you back on the road safely, it gives a great sense of peace that you're being treated with respect and fairness. I have run across several other friends that have used Steve's, and their experience has been the same. There may be other shops that are just as reputable, but I can promise you you will not go wrong if you bring your vehicle here. They even helped me a reliable replacement car for my Honda.

There was a nice young man that helped us out and I don't know what my aunt expected but I have to say shopping with her is a complete embarrassment. Not only does Devin know his stuff inside and out, but he actually takes the time to help instead of just pointing you to an aisle. I came in needing help with my car, and he jumped right in--diagnosing the issue, explaining everything clearly, and making sure I got exactly what I needed. You can tell he's got real hands-on experience, not just textbook knowledge. And on top of that, the dude wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty. He literally used his own strength to help me get things loosened up and sorted out--something most employees wouldn't even think twice about walking away from. That kind of effort and willingness to help is rare. Between his knowledge, work ethic, and just being a genuinely solid guy, Devin made what could've been a stressful situation way easier. If you're going to Advance Auto, hope you get Devin--he's the real deal
