After reading one star reviews of this business i've decided to explain my dealing with Howard's. After waiting weeks I received a phone call. Your car is ready for pickup. We have waited for weeks and had been told by the business a part to complete car it should arrive soon. I previously explained I didn't want our car until completed. What was explained to me they would get it. I picked up car today! our interior was filthy! Luckily my VW app allows me to see status of vehicle including window position. The driver side window was down for weeks. I assumed the interior would have been cleaned. NO! Filthy. I will interior post pictures here soon. Please read some of their reviews! My service requested was diagnosed and repaired with affordability and excellent service. Great integrity.

This is not a good repair shop . They do not even clean the car when finished. I choose them just because my insurance company recommended. They do not work well with anyone if you are dealing with your insurance. You get put on the back of the list. Work is medium to fair. Don't expect anything other than FINALLY after 4 weeks to get your vehicle still dirt after the repair. Howard's is deceptive and should have told me this up front. Wouldn't recommend them because of this. There work may be ok but that remains to be seen. read more

The Howard's team took great care of my vehicle and me. From the time I dropped off my car to the time I picked it up, the process was smooth. The estimate provided to the other driver's insurer was bang on and the repairs look great. Their time quoted for the repair was also exactly on and they were even accommodating to my on-call work schedule and made arrangements for me to pick up the car after hours in the event I wasn't able to get there before they closed. I also left an item behind in the shop of significant value and importance and within ten minutes of me arriving back home I got a call and they held it for safekeeping until I was able to return to get it the next day. I highly recommend Howard's Auto Body. My son ran into my wife's brand new car, and my other son knew a guy who could fix it for cheap. Big mistake. It looked awful, so I took it to Howard's. Jason was great. He explained exactly what the guy who first repaired my car had done wrong, how they had to remedy that, and what they would do to make it look brand new. Howard's was a recommended auto body company by my insurance co. I chose them because of this but I had no idea they were affiliated with another company that requires you to go through them. I was not told of this company and the delays dealing with a third party would cause. My insurance co cut a check to this third Co without my knowledge. I did not approve this. I would never have gone with Howard's had I known this. Howard's is deceptive and should have told me this up front. Wouldn't recommend them because of this. I recently had some major repairs done on my SUV after an unfortunate incident with a mailbox. After meeting Kerry and getting an estimate, which included total replacement of the rear deck lid, paint, glass and rear bumper, I decided I was going to have them do the work. My side mirror was also damaged, however, that was in a separate incident. So Kerry suggested rather than filing a 2nd claim, (which could prove to be costly), he could replace just the glass, and he would work with me on the price. They worked with my insurance company, and I brought it in the next morning, which was a Friday. They said it would take at least a week to complete the job, and boy did they deliver! The whole process, from start to finish was seamless, and I will definitely be back soon! I have never had my car repaired by this place, so I cannot speak on the work they do BUT I was driving down 515/575 and had the WORST experience with one of their company tow trucks... I was already driving 20 over the speed limit, and their tow truck was riding my ass relentlessly motioning me to get over while flicking me the bird. I got over and watched them continue to do this to everybody on the road regardless that there was obvious traffic????? At multiple points I watched them slam on the brakes/recklessly switch lanes because they were riding SO closesly to other cars, almost causing several accidents if others behind them did not swerve out of the way. Now that I have seen the way their drivers drive I will NEVER take my car to here!!! Not to mention I am a 19 year old girl on the road, and when I see 3 big grown men driving a truck behind me so aggressively, I almost felt threatened enough to call the police. read more

With out a doubt, they have done the best work to my car than any other body shop, at a reasonable price, and quickly. They worked with my deductable and in a confusing time, handled the pesky insurance company for me. After a big accident like I had, things get hectic and I just wanted my car fixed, and it all to be over with. They definately helped this process move smoothly.
