First, even throw my vehicle was towed mid-afternoon, they were not willing to tow it to our shop in Smyrna because of traffic. I've used Marietta Wrecker and a few other companies 10+ times (for business) and they never had any pushback on towing the vehicle whenever and wherever we needed. Second, they told us they would tow the vehicle to our shop the next day, but it took them 4 days to tow it back. Furthermore, they did not communicate with us to let us know they were running behind. We reached out them multiple times and they kept kicking the can down the road. Not a big deal in the grand scheme, but I want to work with people who do what they say they will do. Finally, they charged us $6K for the tow which seemed exorbitant based on past experiences. Since I'm not in the industry, I sent 20+ pictures and videos of the wreck to a large local company we've used many times to price check. This other company said they would have charged about half and said many of the charges on the invoice were inflated. All in all, this company provided poor service, didn't keep their word, and charged twice market rates. I'd caution anybody who is considering using them (especially businesses).

A very cool local shop that was about 60% cheaper than those professional body shops. After meeting with Jerry and going over the estimate I felt very good that I was in the right place. Very personable and over 25 years experience. Jerry is a perfectionist and very meticulous about his work. No short cuts or easy fixes. He takes his time and does it right. Dropping off the vehicle at 10am, he said he hoped to get it back to me by 6pm. So I made arrangements to run some errands. After about 3 hours he called and said the car was finished!! What?! Lol. He showed me the damaged area and as hard as I looked I couldn't find anything! It was perfectly like new. AND the car was washed and detailed to boot! Just a fantastic experience all the way around! My only regret is it was resolved so quickly I forgot to take before and after photos. But I did get a few photos of some of the old classic cars he's restoring in his spare time. I…read morewill begin by telling you that my father managed multiple dealerships in the Atlanta area and I am very familiar with how the industry is supposed to work. This dealership dropped the ball in 3 different phases and refused to satisfy the customer in every attempt I made. I gave them more then one opportunity to correct it and management wasn't competent enough to correct it. A) I was sold a vehicle that was "Toyota Certified" price. I found out soon after from someone in the industry that certifies vehicles that this vehicle should not have been sold as Certified. B) I specifically told the sales person that I could not afford to take on a new loan unless I had a 90 day grace period. Neither the sales person nor the finance manager told me that I was signing loan paperwork that required me to begin payments the next month. I went into deeper credit card debt because of this. C) There was a crack in the windshield that my wife noticed before we left the lot. I didn't see it because I have EMBD which is an eye condition that doesn't allow me to see details. The sales person said that he would have someone repair it. That repair never happened because the repair person never called me back after I gave him my information and set up an appointment. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. Due to this experience, I would not recommend anyone do business there. They do not run an honest and tight ship. There's something "off" going on at this dealership. Do business somewhere else and you will be glad you didn't do business with them.
