So about two years ago I took my car up to jokers audio and wanted them to wrap all the chrome on my car black and do some tuning to my subs and set up new wiring for a bass know I had already previously had set up in the car also wanted to tint my tailgating too which they said they could do no problem,so we go over pricing and everything and I agree and leave and come back the next day to get everything done . So I come back drop the car off and don't hear anything till I come back and see the car .They didn't wrap any of the chrome I had asked them to instead they painted all the chrome on the car without even calling me to consider if that's something I even wanted done but I tried not to be upset since I knew the guy who worked there but how could you not even consult with me about doing something like this .I would have said no and went on my way but no they just did what they wanted painted all my chrome which looked horrible fingerprints all on it and smudges all throughout the paint scheme just not a good idea in general and then they didn't even try to set up the base knob that was already installed told me they couldn't get to the wiring which someone had already ran, I mean your a professional speaker shop and you can't re run some wire , second how do you advertise wrapping cars just to paint them, the third thing was that they painted my tailgating so dark you couldn't even see any of my turn signals which makes a car lot harder to drive when no one can see when your breaking or turning ! Got pulled over so many times for it I just decided to take off the paint my self .Just a horrible process of how they went about things. So I just take the car and live with it only for the paint over time to start chipping of the car and it just looked horrible I can't understand as a business how you can completely bypass what a customer pays for and do as you feel, like if you couldn't wrap the chrome then simply don't do it I didn't ask them to paint match my chrome ? Like why would I take my car to a speaker shop to get it painted ?? So about a year and a half later (which is current time ) I callback and ask how much it would be for them to re install my subs from my last car into my new one all they had to do was run wire and labor they said 400-500 dollars my jaw hit the floor , mind you they are several places for car audio in acworth and no one even said anything that high of a price and for what ? Me to go back and get screwed over again yes no thanks . Please people take business elsewhere all they do is overcharge and do what they have in mind not the service You paid for !!! read more

After they installed amp car wouldn't start so they beat on starter with hammer., while the problem was a connection on battery that got broken during installation. Instead of fixing the problem they want to hammer on other parts of vehicle? After paying 450$ for amp installation I expect car to run afterwards. But they can't even pay 12$ for connector they broken. read more

I had a great experience with joker's audio. I called around and they gave me a great price to install a vehicle blind spot recognition system I bought on Amazon. I dropped off the car and picked it up the next day. It was a nice clean install and the system worked as described. The quoted price was the charged price, I liked that. I'm a happy customer, I'll use them again. Also the retail side of the store was really cool. They had a lot of car audio stuff and car rims for sale. Took A-day off work to get a head unit installed which was supposed to be scheduled until I got there. They had no idea I was even supposed to be there, they Still decided that they had time to work on my car. So I sat around for 3 1/2 hours just for them to tell me that don't have to proper tools to remove my headunit, I was fine with that even payed 100$ for an hour of "labor"...so they handed me the keys to my car and soon as I got back in NONE OF MY BUTTON WORK ANYMORE AND THEY MESSED UP ALL THE REMOVEL PINS FOR THE HEAD UNIT!!! I drove few miles down the road to an actual professional and he told me everything they did wrong and how much harder they made it by messing up the inner clips to remove the stock head unit..now what could've been an easy removal is now going to involve me removing the dash just to remove the stock head unit....jokers audio is right..I hight recommend you take your car elsewhere if you're looking for quality work...I uploaded a before and after pictures of the stock head unit..one pictures shows all the buttons attached the other is their "professional" work... read more

HORRIBLE WORKMANSHIP!!! There's no other way to say it! The owner Sam will lie to you about the completion date, how your vehicle was damaged and everything else that happens. I'm only writing this review because I have yet to hear from Cobb County about my court date because I had to sue them about the damage to my car...which was a Bentley! It took them 7 weeks to do a chrome wrap job which should in no way take more than 2 weeks tops anywhere else! My door handles were broken and wouldn't open properly, trim parts were broken, uneven wrap seams went through the middle of the rear quarter panels instead of along the contour of the car, the rear bumper was dented and the list goes on and on! I'm sure Sam will write a response to this review lying once again to over his a**, but I have pics and videos to show the damage to my car. I'm not even upset about it because my life is wonderful and karma will fix everything even if I never get my day in court. I did see some nice matte wrap jobs being done there, but if you want chrome...go somewhere else! The pics show it all...and that's how they released my car after a supposedly completed wrap job! We went in to get a quote on upgrading the stereo on our Mercedes. The person behind the counter apparently wasn't supposed to provide quotes. He gave us a quote which we found out that it was too low when we brought the car in. The price ended up being a thousand dollars more. We decided to let them do the job anyway, although I was irritated that their employee misquoted the price. Whe I went to pick up the car, the radio wasn't working properly. We again, took the car back to them. They said that the factory amp was not working...$1000 more dollars for a new amp. The people working there are nice and polite. The issue was that we not only paid for an upgrade on the radio (over $3000) but for there expertise as well. Three weeks later and three ubers, they completed the job. I was sure that they were going to give me a discount, but no. Should have taken my car elsewhere . read more

Took one of my work trucks in to have the radio changed and a backup camera installed. 1st visit - they installed the radio with wires hanging below the dash so they would catch on your foot and pedals. They also installed the backup camera on the bumper of the truck rendering our lift gate inoperable despite having a conversation about putting it elsewhere. 2nd visit - fixed the two previous issues but ran the wiring for the back-up camera improperly to where it hung in the wheel well and near other movable parts of the truck where it can get snagged. 3rd visit - didn't do anything, despite having the truck all day (so it couldn't be used for work) because they couldn't find a ladder. 4th visit - they said the camera had gone bad and needed be replaced (it was only a month old) and was likely due to a short (which was due to their crappy wiring). They charged me for this which I can't imagine how their poor workmanship should cost me more money, but I paid for it just to get the whole issue resolved and be done with this. We discussed how it should be wired to avoid the movable areas of the truck and I left it with them over the weekend this time. After all that they rewired the camera the exact same way they had previously which I discovered within a day of driving the truck and the new backup camera failed due to another wire break. Needless to say I haven't gone back. I'll have to find another service to clean up their mistakes. The employees here were all very nice, unfortunately they just don't seem to know or care what they are doing. read more

This place is terrible for car audio work. I've never had to leave a bad review before because I generally like to give local businesses the benefit of the doubt. I can't give these guys that doubt anymore because I have gone to them over the course of a year and they have never gotten better. These guys are not car audio professionals. In the process of installing my stereo, speakers, and subwoofer they broke my passenger side window switch (strike one) broke multiple pieces of paneling in my car (strike two) and managed to cut my steering wheel controls so now I can't turn up or down the volume of the music in my car easily (strike three). In the process of installing my stereo, they accidentally broke it which I understand mistakes happen, but then tried to install their own stereo that wasn't the same quality as the one I brought in for them to install. Instead of trying to deescalate the situation they ended up arguing with my girlfriend and I in the parking lot an hour after they closed when I brought them my car noon of that day. I hate writing bad reviews or even calling to complain anywhere, but if I would've seen this review before going here I would have saved myself anxiety, grief, and money because I have had to go somewhere else and spend more green to get what I actually wanted done with my car. Professional work with no anxiety attached with good customer service. Come to this shop if you want something done quickly and cheaply, but you're taking the risk of damaging your car, having it done wrong, and having to argue with a staff that puts their business before their customers. I can't speak on the quality of their wheels or of their wraps, but I can speak on just about everything else. TLDR: Save your money and go somewhere else. You either pay. for someone to do it right once, or pay for someone else to fix their mistakes. read more

Great price but TERRIBLE customer service and quality of work is simply UNACCEPTABLE. Asked for a chrome delete - which was supposed to be a vinyl wrap. Somehow they took it upon themselves to paint some portions and wrap others. The paint job was TRASH and the wrap was simply awful - especially around the window trims. They even attempted to fix it by redoing one side and it came out even worse. They might be good with car audio and installing wheels but should stay away from chrome deletes. Now we are forced to pay more money to another shop to fix their sloppy work. Made my new car look like a sloppy mess. They also continuously lied about the status of the vehicle each time I called about an update. They kept saying 12 the next day, then that turned into 2 until we finally got an update then we were told 2 hrs then when went up there and stop had to wait another 2 hrs.
