I started my business with basically no clients. I was not a known Hair Stylist in the area. The East Cobber was one of my major sources of advertising. After about 5 years I was informed that my advertising costs would go up 100+%. I felt I was paying a fair price for my continuous monthly ad. The costs were going to go up 100+%. Wow! That was way out of my business budget! I thanked them and moved on. It was difficult to lose my main advertising source, but I felt the extreme jump was way to much for my business to absorb. I emailed him on April 17th requesting that my services be terminated immediately and made a request that my left over balance be refunded. All according to their terms and conditions. I heard nothing and sent another message finally got Brandon on May 2nd to confirm he messed up and didn't see the request. He told me he would process it and be in touch, that never happened. I have sent after that other emails, called Brandon and even tried to go to CS left messages voicemails and emails. And I have not had any success with that either. I've been calling them for days no one answers their phones. Getting my refund has been such a PAIN!! This is not how you treat your customers that have used you for years. I would NOT Recommend using them. They're up their in price and for their service they provide compared to what they charge. It's not worth it.
