Great place to buy required school reading, books your kids will only read once, and those older…read moreBOTM books that you wanted to add but didn't want to pay for. There's A LOT of them here! Overall the layout makes sense and it's easier for me to bring the kids here than pay full price at B&N down the street and the experience is pretty comparable. I also like that you can call them and ask that they hold a book for you- great for Moms running low on time who need to get a book for their kids school project or required reading (speaking from experience here). The only con I will mention is what others have mentioned as well. Don't come here with books to sell assuming you'll get a lot of money for them. Come here with the books you were going to donate anyways. I do wish they had a better trade in program.

Not much seating around this area, but I think a lot of people normally go back to their offices since i was able to find ample seating even though they were quite busy. All in all, not too shabby.

I used conXpros and had ok success with them. Years later to now, I got a bad manager named Brandon…read moreand just wasn't happy with the services I got. I emailed him on April 17th requesting that my services be terminated immediately and made a request that my left over balance be refunded. All according to their terms and conditions. I heard nothing and sent another message finally got Brandon on May 2nd to confirm he messed up and didn't see the request. He told me he would process it and be in touch, that never happened. I have sent after that other emails, called Brandon and even tried to go to CS left messages voicemails and emails. And I have not had any success with that either. I've been calling them for days no one answers their phones. Getting my refund has been such a PAIN!! This is not how you treat your customers that have used you for years. I would NOT Recommend using them. They're up their in price and for their service they provide compared to what they charge. It's not worth it.
