Paradise Buffet offers a solid dining experience, especially if you're in the mood for Asian-style cuisine paired with a classic grill selection. The buffet boasts a fairly large variety of dishes, most of which are palatable and satisfying, even if not particularly standout. It's a good place to fill up without breaking the bank, as the prices are about average for a buffet of this size. The service is adequate--nothing to rave about, but they get the job done without issue. One of the standout features is the location; it's conveniently situated, which adds to the overall pleasantness of the visit. Would I recommend Paradise Buffet? Yes, I would. Overwhelmingly? Maybe not--but if you're nearby and hungry, it's definitely worth a try.

Great food, service and everything else. My orange chicken was bland but other than that it was great. Beef, meat loaf, sweet and sour chicken, Lomein. Deserts were all great. Especially the macaroon cookies.

The hibachi grill is delicious and they cooked quick. The crab meat with cheese tasted off. I ended up spitting it out and taking it off my plate. The server was great and attentive. The restaurant was somewhat packed. I recommend the chicken wings, the orange chicken, and the potstickers! The restaurant was clean, as were the bathrooms. I do recommend the restaurant.

Wow don't go here during lunch I went around 1pm and the line was out the door. I grew up in Murray and this location is pretty old I remember when it was showbiz then Chuck E. Cheese! Wow I'm old. the price was ok was not too bad for lunch they had plenty of places to sit so don't think they won't have any room. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The food was pretty good I was looking for some items they didn't have but it was ok. The floor was a little sticky and I am not sure why. When you're not sitting it's hot in the building. The bathroom was ok but they could probably do some deep cleaning to spiff it up. I enjoyed the ice cream on the way back. I know nothing compares to Vegas buffets but I tried this place finally.

Paradise Buffet has decent prices and decent food. Their weekend lunch options offer more variety than their weekday lunch options. The same goes for the weekend dinner to weekday dinner options. I dined on Saturday during lunch. They had tasty hot wings, which came and went by quickly. Their mac'n cheese was creamy but bland. I also tried their chopped sausage, which was good. The egg foo young was bland, but good with the gravy. Their orange chicken was crispy but needed a bit more sauce. I'd recommend their chicken and shrimp dish. It hardly has shrimp but has a kung pao chicken-like texture and sauce. Their dumplings, noodles, and sautéed mushrooms were good as well. I liked their sushi, but it was nothing outstanding. Overall, it's mass-produced food at a great price. Don't expect Michelin star or high-end restaurant quality food. It's cheap, good for what it is and if you only want one meal in a day, check this place out.

What's the best night of the week to go? (Some places don't serve certain things on weekday nights, etc, just want the best experience with as many "higher end" options as possible! Thx!

Has anyone been there recently? How is the food? Many choices of seafood?

Not tons of seafood. Big sushi selection however.

How are the crowds on a Friday night?

Typically pretty busy on Friday night and throughout Saturday and Sunday.

    Do they have crab legs?

No crab legs that I've seen but they do have crab baked in butter. It's really good

What's different from lunch and dinner?

More selections of shrimp. Higher end seafood stuff is only at dinner. Calamari only at dinner. Bigger selection at the Mongolian Grill at dinnertime.

    How much is lunch?

    $9.99 for adult lunch

We went for Mexican Night and loved it so much that we came back again for Italian Night. As someone who grew up going to HomeTown Buffet, this felt like the homemade version of that experience comforting, fresh, and made with care. Everything we tried was delicious. Italian Night was just as impressive, with favorites like lasagna, spaghetti, Alfredo pasta, meatballs. I love their fries and pizza lol. The dessert selection was amazing too, there was so much variety, like their rice puddinf. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food was consistently great both visits. Honestly, I wish we had a Chuck-A-Rama in California. We'd be regulars! If you're in Utah and looking for a buffet with homemade comfort food and plenty of options, this place is definitely worth a visit.

You don't have the pallet for it. The sweet and sour sauce is just sour. The fried rice has no flavor. The eggrolls tastes like they came from a frozen box and was fried. Shall I keep going? Your salad bar could use a little more variety choices. I would love to see beets, mushrooms, and baby corn. The seafood salad used to have more imitation crab and is now mostly celery. The monkey bread is good when it's fresh. Lately, it seems like the rolls don't proof enough before baking and they turn out flat and tough. One thing they nail every time is their fresh baked rolls. They are always fluffy and buttery. Another won is the turkey, which is always moist and flavorful. My last complaint is I would love to have a PIECE of fried chicken that's not the size of a half chicken. These pieces are HUGE AND DRY. Both fried and baked chicken have good flavors. I just wish they were smaller, juicy pieces. Some nights are better than others. You can't beat the value you get here. Just not on Tuesday nights.

Price was cheaper than other comparable AYCE hot pot places in NYC at 30.99 for standard tier and even a 23.99 weekday lunch deal which is a steal. This place was truly felt like a slice of New York City on our vacation BUT unlike NYC, the service was so friendly. Tip was included in the bill so we accidentally tipped again. We didn't know this until the manager came out and insisted she return the extra tip. If this is not a testament to great service, I don't know what is. Ambiance 5/5: Everything was clean. The place was large so tables were adequately spaced. Place was well lit. Warm decor and colors. Service 5/5: Great service. People were welcoming. Staff were stationed around the self serve bar to assist customers. Manager was super nice and even returned money to us when we accidentally double tipped. Food 5/5: They have A LOT of options here. There were two pricing tiers. Premium was 36.99 and standard was 30.99. Premium offered cuts of wagyu, shrimp paste, and leg of lamb for every 2 persons in your party. I felt like I would've been happy with just the standard tier since there was more than enough food. They have a self serve cotton candy machine, soda machine, make your own BOBA station, and ice cream. Even without the hot pot, there were AYCE pre-cooked entrees at the bar including soup, noodles, fried/plain rice. Also had AYCE appetizers like fries and fried chicken. The raw station for the hot pot included noodles, seafood, and veggies. Everything was fresh, clean, and delicious so you can't go wrong with this place.

I know my crew well enough that I can keep everybody happy at a Chinese buffet and seems almost every city and small town has one! This KIng Buffet is one of the most common names for Chinese bufftes it seems. This location was easy enough to find with the GPS and parking was easy. Going inside it look pretty decent sized, bigger than a lot of small town buffets we've been to. Service was efficient, but you know typical Asian efficirncy, not to make conversation like at Applebee's or something. All the foods you'd expect were here and looking fresh and hot. Sushi was available as well, but I usuall just stick to hot foods when it comes to buffets. The general chicken was good as were the noodles. They had ribs as well, and some of my guys really cleaned up on those. I'd bring the crew back here again if we were in the area. Everybody gets exavtly what they want.

While during this visit the server was extremely busy and had a smile as she took care of several tables. Unfortunately we watched as the ladies in the cold bar area failed to meet several health code violations, including picking up dropped food and placing it in the bowl. As much as I would like to partake of the cold bar items I just don't due to a recent food poisoning incident. Stick to hot foods here. The catfish was a good return to an item I always enjoy. Sadly, they apparently ran out. Brussel sprouts were hot , a change from the past. Yams were hot as usual and very tasty. Shrimp were not replaced fast enough for the crowd that was there. Liver and onions was hot for a change but no need to add celery to the mix. Carrot cake was as usual very dry and had to ad strawberry topping to get it down. I always forge to take photos of both the good and the not so good. It's always a crap shoot at this location.
