Hot and sour soup

I've been going here for years with my family. We love it! The food is fresh and hot every time. The hot and sour soup is great along with garlic chicken, egg foo young, general tsao, and cream cheese wontons. My kids love the paper wrapped chicken. The new owners are so nice and accommodating. The restaurant is always clean and well decorated. Try it!

Orange Chicken lunch combo

Great food! Quick, stayed hot and fresh even after a 20min drive back home. The lunch combo also comes with a side and I chose egg flower soup. I highly recommend for an affordable price!

Apparently sesame chicken is now just bare chicken strips drowned in sauce? It used to be fried. Not good.

Used to love this place. Just picked up lunch and was really disappointed. Good prices for portions, but the quality isn't great.

Purchased Orange Chicken Lunch Special. Uncharged $2 for Low Mein - pathetic! Small portion and just Noodles! Complete rip-off.

Vegetable Delight, ham fried rice, cream cheese wontons, Pon Pon chicken, and Orange Chicken.

Our family loves Janbos. Their cream cheese wontons are my favorite. They have a coupon on their website that gives you a free order of 8 cream cheese wontons if you spend $18. I like ordering their lunch combinations (which ends at 3:30 pm each day). They give you great portions, and we always end up with leftovers. Right now with Covid-19 quarantines they are letting you do take out still. Janbos has the best set-up that I've seen. They have the restaurant entrance enclosed with plexiglass and a bin that is covered that they put your food into that slides out to you. Everything seemed very sterile and safe. I like the extra mile that they went to. We will continue to support this small business!

I loved the egg foo young. I will try chow mein next time. I've been trying to find a place since Chin Wah closed.

Great food and thrilled they are taking the social distancing seriously. The food is prepared fast and is very tasty.

not terribly impressed. The sesame chicken was too fried, but I will say the portion sizes are HUGE for the price.

Our longtime favorite -- worth the drive every time!…read more We've been going to Joy Luck for several years now, and truly, it never disappoints. It's hands-down the best Chinese food in the area. We happily make the trek out to Sandy just for this place, and whenever we have a show at Hale Centre Theatre, Joy Luck is our pre-show tradition. This visit was no different: no wait, quick seating, and incredibly fast service -- which is a lifesaver when you're trying not to be late for curtain time. We started with the deep-fried cream cheese wontons, perfectly crisp with a delicious sweet-and-sour dipping sauce. (Confession: I sometimes pour a little of that sauce over my rice instead of soy -- it adds the best hint of sweetness!) We each got soup as well: hot & sour for my partner and egg drop for me. Their egg drop soup is the best I've ever had. Sometimes I crave it and stop by just for a bowl. For mains, we ordered the black pepper steak and the cantonese noodles with chicken. As expected, everything was flavorful, saucy, and served in generous portions. You absolutely get your money's worth here. One thing I love is their huge menu -- so many options, and everything we've tried over the years has been great. I'm also a big fan of their combination dinners where you get an entrée, soup, rice, eggroll, and fried shimp. Perfect if you want your own complete plate, but also easy to mix, match, and share if you're going family-style. Joy Luck has been consistently wonderful for years: friendly staff, fast service, big portions, and truly delicious food. We'll keep coming back -- pre-show or not!

We love the gluten free sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, and veggie rice noodles! The portions are huge, so you have plenty to take home with you!

You know when the feeling hits that you must have Chinese take out for dinner? Well that was…read moretonight. I wanted to try something new and we found Red Dragon. It was close and the pictures looked like just what I wanted. We learned though don't leave your house at 5:30 pm ever. It took as an hour to go 5.3 miles. The traffic was extra horrible in all directions. When we finally arrived we were both really hungry. We ordered the Family Special B. We both chose our own entree and we picked Walnut Shrimp and Mongolian Beef. It comes with four fried shrimp and 4 cheese wontons, fried rice and of course the mandatory fortune cookie. The inside looks cute and cozy. Buddha greets you and he's happy because he was dripping in dollars. They were really busy and people kept pouring in so I didn't get to ask why he had all those bills. The food was delicious. It came with Hot and Sour Soup which was hot in temperature and in spiciness. The shrimp was fresh and melted in your mouth. The Mongolian Beef is drenched in onions, celery and peppers and had some heat too. They were kind and we will be back. That way I can get to the bottom of the Buddha.

The shrimps were big and there were 8 pieces which was generous. The dinner combo was missing the egg drop soup I selected for my order and the ham fried rice was hard (-1 star for this). However, the sides egg roll, cream cheese ragoon, and pan fried chicken were a plus to the dinner combo. The wonton soup I ordered separately was amazing and I could eat it in two meals since it was one big size. The price was pretty good for the amount of food and quality.
