Got this at a birthday party! It was catered and they got the family pack. It came with 20 piece of chicken, some fries and some Texas toast. It also came with a lot of sauces too. I stuck to the ranch and their chili sauce. read more

I was visiting from out of town and was so impressed by the delicious fried chicken!! The fries were also cooked perfectly and the homemade Charlie sauce goes well with everything! The toasted bread was good! There are a few tables in there where you could dine in. There are also wet wipes available for your hands. The service was welcoming and patient. read more

I got the cauliflower wings with buffalo sauce. They were good. It was a good portion and it came with toast. I wouldn't call it Texas toast, but it was still good toast. The place looked clean. The service was fine. I ordered my food to go and they didn't give me any utensils so you might check before leaving. I would go back. read more

Mr. Charlie's knows how to fry chicken. I ordered the chicken tenders with both Tiger Sauce and Charlie's Sauce, and everything from the first bite to the last was a 5/5. The tenders were fried to perfection -- crispy and crunchy on the outside, moist and juicy inside. You can tell the oil's fresh and the technique is locked in. Tiger Sauce had a sweet-and-sour flavor with just a little kick, and Charlie's Sauce gave seasoned fry sauce vibes with a nice tangy pickle note. Both were great, but that combo made the meal hit even harder. The toast was buttery and golden, and the service was quick and friendly. Clean space, cool local vibe, and you leave full and happy. Definitely lives up to the hype -- I'll be back. read more

We were suggested to come to this place from a friend, only to discover as we pulled up, that we came here 5 years ago and had already left a review The sad part is, I ALMOST wish we didn't come back. 1st, we stood in front of the register ready to order for a solid 5 mins while the employees just walked in front of us back and forth not even acknowledging our presence. Then when they did, they all seemed almost upset we were there. After ordering, we proceeded to sit there for 35 mins while we watched 4 or 5 orders after us get their food. I finally went up to ask what was happening, and asked if they had forgotten our order. Upon telling them our order number "211" it was obvious they had forgotten, but one of the workers said "uh no, we didn't forget". And they were frankly all kind of rude about it, like I'd done something wrong. They didn't even say "I'm sorry" once. To top it off, once we got our food, our order was a little messed up. We had an order of Nashville fries and asked that the sauces (particularly the hot honey) come on the side, as we weren't sure if it would be too hot. This was not done, and they forgot 5 of our sauces. The only redeeming quality, is that the chicken is as good as it was the first time I reviewed it. Very possibly the best chicken tender I have had. Though, the customer service was so bad, I don't think it's worth coming here for the best chicken tender in town. read more

Humongous Chicken Tenders!!! These tenders are almost double in size to any other that I've gotten. An additional plus is how tender and juicy they are. I got the Charlie Sauce {fry sauce} and the Tiger {spicy honey}. Both sauces were a good match for the tenders. It would be nice if they had a description of the various sauce available. Atmosphere is so-so but, the food is the highlight here. You order at the counter and they call your number. The service is friendly and efficient. Getting the Combo is a great deal! read more

Me and my wife went here on a date night last Friday night and it was wonderful! Best wings and chicken strips I've had in a long while! We have the honey mustard and ranch and Charlie sauce with our strips and they were all very good love their crinkle cut fries and their buffalo wings were awesome with the blue cheese! I also liked how they gave you fresh cut up vegetables to dip in the ranch and blue cheese dressing. We will definitely be back. read more

The wife asked me to order a family meal, so I downloaded the app and easily ordered what we wanted for sides and sauces. The order was hot and ready as soon as I could get there. I have ordered the same thing in person and it was fast but for the little bit of time I had to wait they offered me a soda. Good food and nice people. read more

Was in the mood for chicken fingers for lunch. Thought about choosing another restaurant but glad I gave this place a try. The chicken was really good, portion was generous too. Chicken Chicken Chicken Chicken Chicken Chicken..... Chicken!!! Chicken galore but in a good way!! We got grilled chicken, which is amazing. Its so taster and grilled perfect- still juicy! The tendies- amazing, like Canes but better, the wings were crispy and juicy at the same time. The only negative was that i didn't get more success.... But even the ranch is good- tastes hone made. Very very good and the two ladies that helped us were hustling and were still so helpful. read more

I reviewed this place about a year ago, but I need to update my review. Originally it was a 4 star, and probably the year before I would've rated it a 5. Over time I kept getting the chicken tender box, and time after time the tenders tasted less like chicken and more like breaded crispiness. It sucks too because I used to love coming here when I first discovered it. Now? It's hard to justify coming here when I don't feel like I'm getting enough chicken for my moneys worth. I'm not going to say it's the worst place in the world, but I will tell you that the chicken tenders used to be better in the past :( read more

This chicken is one of my favorites!! It's crispy and it's juicy. The service is quick and it's nice to order on kiosks. Their house sauce is the best to dip both tenders and fries in. Only thing is, it is a little small. Not tons of seating. read more

Juicy chicken, it kinda relies on the sauce you get for flavor but they've got a ton of options and you get plenty of sauce with your order. This wrap had plenty of chicken and I like that it was chopped up inside and not just tenders. read more

The customer service today SUCK'D. I called to make a minor complaint, upset yes, not rude only because I was explaining whom ever packed the order, packed it wrong. Rather than being accountable, she blames it on Uber. I checked that mans car and seen one drink, he said they gave him one drink. My conclusion is they got people up in there that work to damn fast and mess up orders. We get chicken fro. here all the time but this service today was all bad, then the lady just hangs up the phone. The order shows a meal (comes with a drink) and then a seperate drink, I did not get my drink and it clearly shows the order was packed wrong, entered incorrectly and I was over charged. read more

This place is phenomenal. The chicken tenders are exquisite. I give it out of five stars 6.3 and that's overboard the Nashville hot honey taste like it came straight from heaven. I wish I stayed in Utah because I would eat this for the rest of my life and stare at the beautiful mountains right on their picnic table in front of Mr. Charlie's chicken. The service was 10 out of 10. They make sure you're satisfied and they're quick and fast with great great authentic taste now last but not least this fluffy waffle so so good y'all gotta come check it out & the price was soooo reasonable read more

I usually don't do reviews but this I had to do because I love this place. I always came to this place with my partner all the time while living in salt lake until we moved clear across the state about 4 hours away. I drove here today and they made my day. Made sure my food was perfection. The service workers were great and the manager is so welcoming. Definitely think this place is the best and one of the last remaining places that still honors customer service and serving quality food. 100 s if I could! read more

Mr. Charlie's has fantastic chicken. Think Canes but bigger tenders with a better crunch and seasoning. I chose to get the four tender combo and it was probably enough for 2 full meals. The service was pretty quick and I thought it was great that they offered a variety of sauces to dip. The only slight drawback was the restaurant itself, just bit dark and quiet but honestly If they had one closer to me, I would replace my Canes habit with Charlie's with no hesitation! read more

The chicken fingers were piping hot. The sauces were tasty. The fries could've been crispier. My guess is too many were being cooked... lowering the cook temperature. I'll give it another try soon. read more

First time trying the chicken from Mr Charlie's and it was excellent. The fried chicken fingers are the clear winner, but we tried the grilled also and they were good. We didn't care for any of the sauces except the blue cheese dressing, so I recommend trying them all! They're pretty busy with takeout orders also, so we'll try that next time since the space inside is fairly small. read more

Mr. Charlie's Chicken Fingers definitely lives up to its reputation! What sets them apart is the variety they offer - fried chicken, grilled chicken, or a mix of both. I enjoyed both options! Their attention to detail extends to their sauces. The Mr. Charlie's sauce, reminiscent of a southern-seasoned fry sauce, stood out to me, along with the hot honey and honey mustard options. My husband and I shared a combo meal and it was very filling. Our service was great! You can't go wrong with @mrcharlieschicken. read more

I ordered the #2 combo with 4 chicken tenders and 2 Buffalo sauces. I decided to get half of my tenders fried and the other half grilled, and I was pleasantly surprised! The chicken was so good, it actually felt like real, quality chicken. The Buffalo sauce was flavorful, and I loved that they have a large selection of sauces to choose from. For just an additional $3, I made it a combo, which came with crinkle fries and an in-house sweet tea. The fries were perfectly salty and warm, just how I like them. The sweet tea was a bit too sweet for my taste, as I usually go for unsweetened, but it was still delicious. Bonus points for speaking Spanish! Hablan español también! Definitely a spot I'll be returning to. read more

I didn't expect much but I loved their chicken fingers and fries!! The po boys were also good, we got half and half fried and grilled. Anything other than the wings 5/5. Their chicken is outstanding! Second to none. I went to get wings after seeing their social media posts and how good they looked.
