I really enjoyed this place! Food came out quick and HOT, friendly staff and free refills on the large slushes!! It's a great place for a quick casual lunch or just a good bite to catch up with friends. They also have an outdoor patio which is nice. I really enjoyed the flavors of the chicken and how well it went with their sauce. Its like a sweet fry sauce, sounds weird but it's amaze. The Texas Caesar salad was by far my favorite. I took one bite and It was un edible. But a staff member Tracy offered me a mild sandwich, super customer service! This last time I took my friend who was born and raised from Houston Texas- so you got his stamp of approval. The chicken is super juicy and hearty. I go with medium spice and the flavour is great . The star of the show is the chicken of course, the menu gives you a few options (sandwich, tenders, chicken & waffles, etc) to pick from and you can also select your spice level. This visit I went with mild tenders and fries, whatever seasoning they have on the fries is bomb! For the amount of food and quality of the chicken tenders, I feel the prices are fair. I ordered chicken tenders with a waffle and fries. I didn't love the flavor of the chicken plus it was very greasy. The fries had an interesting spice on them. The waffle was actually ok. I felt it was all very over priced and it didn't taste good. I also didn't like that they charge if you want more than one of their tiny cups of dipping sauce. A new hot chicken player has entered the arena. Inevitably, whenever a new place like this pops up, I compare it immediately to Pretty Bird. Came here for the second time yesterday and both times I got the "spicy" option. I'd say spicy is the perfect level of spice. Anymore and it would likely be unejoyable, and any less is just not quite enough. Spice aside, the flavor of the sandwich and spices is probably a 7.5/10. It's certainly very good, but doesn't blow me away by any means. The quality of the chicken however is an easy 10/10. It's very juicy and tender. Doesn't get any better. The fries are a 9/10. Most of them have a perfect crunch on the outside with fluffy insides and the spices that are added to it take them to the next level. Something I would avoid is the cookie shake. They have a selection of cookies that you can buy and then you can get a shake that is the flavor of any of those cookies. Literally all they do is crush up a cookie or two into a shake. Each time I've gotten one, the cookie is barely broken up and I've ended up having giant cookie chucks that I have to fish out with a spoon. If they are going to make cookie flavored shakes, I think they should be blending up the cookies much more. A piece here or there that doesn't fit through the straw is fine, but having 1/3rd a cookie chilling there just doesn't do it for me. read more

It was ok. The chicken was tender and juicy, but the medium spice level ended up being hotter than what we were told by the cashier. Still not a deal breaker, but it would have been nice to know. The sandwiches were MESSY!!! Sauce dripping everywhere, the bun falling apart because of how soggy it was with so much sauce, etc. It made it very hard to eat and I finally abandoned the bun and used a fork and knife to finish the remainder. The restaurant uses metal table tops and while that's not a bad thing, I do have smell issues with metal, especially when it's dirty.
