    THE UTAH BOWL (D, S, E, SE) HASH HASH (D, S, E)

The food here is so fresh & flavorful! Whenever I want something quick but also nutritious, I always go to vessel. The service is so so quick and the staff are always friendly. There are also plenty of places to sit in and outside at this location.

We were looking for something different to try and healthier to take a break from heavy food. The concept behind the place is great, but the staff didn't explain much. You can create a bowl or you can get a premade one. I ended up doing the Mediterranean bowl which was felafel and hummus with a variety of veggies and pita. The hummus was rosemary which was really good. The pickled veggies were a little vinegary for my liking. The pita was absolutely delicious with a soft interior and crunchy exterior. My friend got the custom bowl, but didn't have guidance in how to order. She liked everything, but would have been better if she knew what went well with the protein she wanted. Overall it was good, but not good enough for me to wanna go back for a while.

One of my fave chains! Always a solid go to for a nourishing meal at a fair price. I'll stop by in person or order via DoorDash and have never had a bad experience.

Vessel always hits the spot. It's a huge variety of interesting, delicious food for all tastes in a casual setting. I love the steelhead trout and the tuna- can't go wrong with either one, so much flavor! Other faves include the toasted Brussels sprouts, falafel, hummus, and avocado toast, and sweet potato hash. My husband loves the Mac and cheese, beef, and mashed potatoes (what he calls the "all American", haha!) I wish they hadn't changed their poke bowl ingredients this year, because the Thai carrot slaw and couscous was a perfect match with the tuna and avocado. But maybe they'll ultimately change it to something better next time. I always ask for cups with ice, since they don't have ice dispensers out, and the staff are very accommodating. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

Vessel Kitchen has become one of my favorites. It's a quick service concept but instead of friend greasy heavy food, you get real food that is better. I love the chicken and grains with the spicy Peruvian sauce. Their hummus is also delicious and I also have to get some on the side. It's a perfect takeout spot.

Just called to place a to-go order for the trout dish, High Tide. The woman on the phone was super helpful. She let me know it was going to be a little extra time to prepare. It's totally worth it. She also explained the rewards program to me. I'm going to be coming in regularly, so it's nice to be rewarded for it. Usually I dine-in because I like how casual and clean it is inside. Definitely looking forward to getting my meal. I couldn't stop thinking about this particular dish so I'm going in to grab it now!

This beef Hash Hash dish was really flavorful. It had a little spiciness to it, I'd put it at a medium level. I went late evening, the service was fast and friendly. It seemed like a good selection on menu, I'll be returning to try other dishes.

Pita chips with hummus. A must try.

Only reason I haven't been back is because eating out is a whole-family decision. What you get at Bumblebees is, in my opinion, a rare and odd fusion of foods that loosely fall into the realm of Bulgogi and Primanti Brothers (think fries plus bulgogi). The interior is appropriately dive-y. The service isn't surprising or especially fast (I recall it being respectable), but...that unique combination is only akin to having chili Mac (chili over spaghetti) from Hard times in DC. So...it's in that vein of highly flavored meat over a base starch that is cooked in such a way as to carry the flavor and not hamper it...every time I drive by, I wish my family liked spicy things more - it's totally worth it!!

I didn't try the gyro burger because it was very raw on the inside. It was lamb and wagyu but I prefer my burger meats to be cooked all the way through. My friends said it was sweet and it's probably because they glazed the bun. The fat bastard oysters were too big for my liking. There's also gelato on top which was weird because it made the oyster taste like it was partially frozen. I don't recommend this. The rolls tasted like biscuits. It was crumbly and it wasn't expected for a nice restaurant. The heirloom tomato pastry was my favorite dish of the night. The half sashimi trout was more like a stew in sweet sauce. The baby yellow potatoes were just added without any seasonings. Assuming it should soak in the sweet juices? I didn't care for it. Trout was good, but preferred that the skin was crispy, which was extremely soggy, drowned in the sauce. Server asked if I wanted bread to drink the sauce and sure. Why not. It may taste better with regular bread and it wasn't. You can also skip valet parking if you just walk an extra minute down the parking lot. I forgot what one of the desserts name but it was the one with butter cake. This was extremely sweet too with the gooey caramel sauce. The donut was ridiculously expensive at $16 with a little honeycomb decoration. Nothing special with the desserts. Overall, everything is sweet here. Their menu is a lot and I feel like the burger menu can be a little too much and trying too hard to be fancy.

The meal was delicious. We started off with the crispy Brussels sprouts - to say it's the best Brussels sprout I've ever had would be an understatement. The texture of them is out of this world, the apple cider vinegar that glazes them is perfect. The sweet acidity of that glaze is an incredible accompaniment to the sprouts, almonds, and cheese. Next we shared the celeriac blue cheese emulsion and wedge salad. The emulsion was delicious. The herb vinaigrette on our salad was delightful. I ordered the wagyu for my entree and to put it simply - it was a joy to eat. The plating was beautiful. Every part of the dish was sensational. My boyfriend ordered the lamb shank and the lamb fell off the bone and the potato it was served with was unbelievable! I felt so joyful during my entire dinner service. It is most certainly one of the best meals I have ever had. Highly, highly, recommend. Cannot wait to come back.

Not a single open table. PACKED. And honestly... now I get it. I'll be real--I went in a little unsure. Most of the reviews are a few years old, and while there are photos posted by the owner, they don't say what anything is (which made ordering a bit of a guessing game). A few things I asked about were actually old specials... which was a little disappointing. BUT--this is where it turned. Our server went out of his way to ask the kitchen if they could recreate a taco salad I saw in one of the photos... and they said yes. Immediate gold star. And when the food came out?? Massive. Like... borderline shocking portions. My taco salad was on a giant Navajo taco base and LOADED--cheesesteak-style meat, fajita onions, peppers, lettuce, tomato, avocado, chipotle dressing, salsa... every bite was so good. And somehow it all stayed in place (which if you've ever fought a falling-apart taco salad, you know matters ). My husband got the fish and chips and I'm usually not a fish and chips girl--but this?? I'd order it myself next time. Flaky, moist fish with the crispiest, lightest batter. So, so good. We finished with cheesecake (raspberry key lime + blueberry sour cream). They were good and fresh, but not quite as wow as the entrees--just wished they were a little creamier and the key lime had more tang. But overall? We walked in unsure... and left already planning what we'd order next time. Safe to say: totally unexpected, totally impressed, and 100% coming back.

No crisp to it whatsoever. 3. The hash browns have a mild taste of the oil they are cooked in and are not seasoned. Always on the leash crispy side, which is against what a hash brown should be. I should not have to come to a restaurant and ask for every single item in my order to be cooked well done, just to get it up to normal standards. Lastly, the drinks are extremely overpriced. Do not give them the satisfaction of paying $5 for diner coffee and orange juice. Criminal
