Today was the worst service I have ever had here. First, I got no receipt...even when asked.. because apparently the machine wasn't working. So I can only assume the amount of time it took..by the time I started looking at the clock and wondering why it took so long. A bagel, a sandwich, and two coffee's. I went to the counter at around the fifteen minute mark. I saw two coffee's sitting on the counter. After inquiring about them, I discovered they were ours. They claim they had just made them. They were warm . . but not their typical hot. I then inquired about the food. They grabbed a bagel sitting behind the counter and gave it to me. It had been toasted as requested...but now cold. So they offered to run it through again...not replace it. Now I have a blackened bagel. I then inquired about the other sandwich. That too, had been made and was sitting on the counter "warm". His words..not mine. I requested it be remade. Twenty minutes minimum for this order. Our pager never went off. This is so unlike Panera and I'm extremely disappointed. read more

Love this place for lunch or dinner. Nice menu selection. Their "You Pick Two" menu option is great. Some favs include Big Kid Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Thai Chopped Chicken Salad, and Brocolli Chedar soup. My 6 yo loves their homemade mac and cheese. read more

I like how they give you a table pager and just bring your food to your table (I don't know if it's a new thing, but in the past when I went to Panera bread you had to go to the counter to pick up your own food). We love Panera! But the BBQ chicken flatbread was a favorite and it is now gone from the menu. Bring it back! I tried the Mediterranean flatbread instead, and it was just plain awful. Nobody came around and checked to see how our food was either. read more

Food was good. Location is always busy and messy. I always have to ask someone to come wipe off a table. Like usual the staff doesn't seem to know their menu and they have no urge to find out the answer. I think management really needs to stress the importance of customer service and friendly workers. read more

Came here and ordered at the kiosk, they only came out with half our items so we waited another 10 minutes before we had to go up and ask them ourselves. They got our coffee order mixed up after I explained to the gentleman how I wanted it in the first place. Terrible service, staff seems really unprofessional and loud. It's very close to my work so I enjoy walking here for a nice lunch. I would say it's a little pricy for sandwiches and such but the food has always been delicious. There is usually a line, espcially during the lunch hour since it is directly across from a huge company. My favorite item is the chipotle chicken sandwich. Lightly toasted and just enough kick without causing you to grab a drink. A half sandwich and soup/salad is always a good way to go as it makes for a perfect lunch portion. read more

My family loves it here! The kids get exactly what they want, and when they share the Pick 2 items we save money and food is never wasted! Eating outside is always comfortable. Today my sister, my friend, and I went to Temecula Panera. We had the worst food ever. I ordered the picked two with turkey, avocado, and bacon and I spent more to add American cheese, with the Greek salad. My sandwich had No Bacon. My salad had no cucmber which I asked for, with stale croutons and the lady working there didn't even give me a fork or a pat of butter for the bread. Worst of all, my salad had a blueberries in it. I'm allergic to, blueberries. I had to find a manager to tell him what happened. He seemed lost and wasn't sure what to do. I had to ask him for a refund. That facility must need help with cross contamination, or there just not being sanitary enough with there salads. I believe, if you pay for good food you should receive good service. Poor service on a Monday night. Air conditioner was so high my wife and I choose to eat outside. Waited for a Mediterranean veggie sandwich and soup. Went inside to check on order and it was sitting on the counter. My wife's soup was cold and I requested a new bowl. Self serve I guess. No real change in the food here - generally good sandwiches, salad and soup. Yummy looking baked goods although nothing gluten free yet. What surprised us was the number of unbussed, dirty tables. I like Panera bread's food, it's one of my favorites when I want something quick and simple. We dined here on Friday night before heading down to San Diego and I was a bit disappointed in the service. I ordered half a sandwich and pasta and my husband order half a sandwich and mac & cheese. They brought our food to the table and forgot my pasta so I mentioned it as the server walked away and he said he would check it out. They completely forgot to make it so I had to wait another 5-10 minutes to receive the second part of my meal. You could tell it was rushed and it wasn't as hot as it should of been upon serving it up. The server was nice and upfront about the error and I appreciate honesty so I won't knock him at all. Everything else was fine. I'm sure I'll be back, just pay attention to the orders! read more

I had the new steak and white cheddar panini with the broccoli cheddar soup and my wife had the smokehouse turkey panini with the creamy tomato soup. My sandwich had a measly among of meat, it looked nothing like the picture. My wife's sandwich had a hair grilled to it and the soup tasted like water, not creamy tomato. I have been to other panera breads and it wasn't that bad. It must be this store. Not worth my money. read more

I was never a big fan of panera bread coz of their very limited selection of food items.Besides, I associated it more like a place where you study. It'd be kinda not pleasurable to eat your food when someone sitting next to you is slaving away and studying.. Lol Anyway, the point of this review is to hopefully improve things. First, I ordered a Sonoma chicken soup but they didn't have it. So I had to order some salad and yes I had to kinda imply that I didn't wanna pay more for some salad so they absorbed the price difference. But I truly got what I paid for. I got a plate of withered lettuce and chunks of poisonous-looking, rotten pieces of cilantro in my plate. I mean I know I got it for a discounted price but they didnt have to be so rude and show me that I get the leftovers since I only paid $4.99 for a soup that they didn't have and the salad was supposed to be $6+ .. I absolutely love the pick two option. I hate going out to eat and getting a huge portion of something just to have half of it still left on my plate. The pick two gives you half a sandwich and half a soup or salad or in my case Mac n cheese. I love love love their mac n cheese. Hits the spot every time and goes great with the tuna sandwich. We have visited this Panera for most of the 14 years we have lived here. Over the last 12 months the food and cleanliness has deteriorated. We were customers that frequented the restaurant twice a week, but no more. The last few trips we found the place looking very dirty and unkept. We had a problem with our order and the manager could have cared less. He was nearly unresponsive and the place was largely empty at 8:30 PM. Go at your own risk. We are bummed....generally love the food, but the filth everywhere else will make you wonder about the condition of what is not easily seen. read more

My family loves the bagels from here, we will come in every couple of weeks and purchase the bagel pack. Good friendly customer service, just be prepared to wait when they are busy. If you come in late in the evening you may not find the bagel you want. read more

I'm very disappointed on how I was served food today. I got my food to go, since I was in a hurry. Me and my mother both ordered lunch, she got a steak and white cheddar panini which was good. I ordered a bowl of chicken wild rice and got chicken noodle. Not even close. I also ordered an Italian sandwich with extra everything, it was also good. My bad experience is that my soup was wrong, and my sandwich was soggy by the time I got it(I literally grabbed my food and got in my car to eat) plus my side apple was brown and gross.They have really great tasting food, but you couldn't get my order correct.. if I come back it will be to only dine in. Lets just say, I have built a ton of Panera Breads in so cal and am currently building one in Palm Desert. I have eaten there before and thought it was nothing special, then I ate there yesterday and had a great experience. Its my wifes favorite place, so I tagged along. I had an amazing hot turkey Panini sandwich and a bowl of cream of chicken and rice soup. GOOD. I will be going back with the family next time. read more
