This is a huge Panera! And they have lovely outside seating! BTW, kudos to Alex! Poor guy was the only guy actually doing work the night I came in with some girlfriends. He was serving food, cleaning tables, refilling the green tea - basically he was doing everything and provided great service under so much pressure! Give that boy a raise Panera! That boy needed helped on a really busy Saturday night and no one helped - I even saw some co workers just talking, texting, and doing nothing. read more

Panera Bread - Sandwiches Near Me - Temecula, California

I don't like to be lied to. I don't like to be deceived or manipulated. When point of sale signage advertises a "You Pick Two" for $4.99; that should be its price--not $10 with an excuse. In three years, I have watched this restaurant reduce their sandwich portion size by half and double their price. In any other industry, this manner of advertising is known as "Bait and Switch." I ordered lunch for my wife and I today. I told the counter attendant that we would be eating there. I was not given a number, our meal was bagged up and put on plates after I had to mention the fact. I don't intend to return to this establishment. I will recommend that others avoid it likewise. read more

They list $3.99 as a delivery fee for door dash but then add double under fees. Shaddy biz practice. The delivery fee is obviously $7.99 and not $3.99 read more

The receipt says, and I quote: "Accuracy Matters, Your order should be correct every time. If it's not, we'll fix it right away, and give you a free treat for your trouble." Oh, if only it were true... I have eaten at several Panera locations and been a fan/customer who will go any time someone suggests it as a place to eat and have had good luck most of the time. Today...not so much. We went to have a casual dinner since it was warm out and we didn't want to cook or have anything heavy. We got there a few minutes after 5PM and there was a short line with two registers open. My wife gave her order and then me. I asked for the chicken and soba noodle salad and handed over my rewards card. Sat at the table and waited. My wife's food came but they brought a "classic" salad not the Caesar that she had ordered. (Cashier entered the incorrect salad.) So much for accuracy. They brought her a Caesar (with no "treat" for the trouble) and then informed me that they are out of soba noodles. Funny, did the manager not think to tell the cashier they were out? They asked if I wanted to substitute something else and was told they only have tortellini. Since I was not happy about this option I said I'd take the salad without noodles. The employee informed me he would bring me a cash refund. He brought back $10 and change so I asked if I was still going to get a salad? He seemed confused so I went back to the cashier and ordered a sandwich. So to summarize: two things went wrong, no "treats" offered for our trouble. Never had this kind of experience at any Panera until today. read more

I will make it quick since this place is so bad, it doesn't even deserve my time to write up a long review. Cons: Online ordering, some products aren't listed but will be available when u get inside the store. My order was not completed due to them being out of ingredients at 6:00am Staff is rude and wouldn't make eye contact And they gave me the worlds smallest bagel!! This is the WORST Panera that I have ever eaten at in the Inland Empire and SD county. Pass this one up because it sucks! read more

Service suffers because of Panera's distancing method. Choice is curbside/online or ordering station OUTSIDE. Ordered mocha and Bagal. Waiting 10+ minutes OUTSIDE for what? Exasperating because the counter and preparation is needlessly not visible. When I have ordered entrees, portions are small. We've counter-ordered to-go at several other restaurants, distancing and masks, no worries and better value! Won't be back. read more

The service is always friendly and helpful. The employees have been good problem solvers in my experience and seem to be well trained on the company's products. I pretty much know what I'm coming to Panera for, so it's not really a disappointment. It's better than Subway or some other crappy place. Who really wants to make their own food sometimes anyway? I've never had a problem with the rapid pickup. Order before you leave work and wallah....food already made before you get home! Their pastries never disappoint and who doesn't love free wifi? This is a good place to do work or study when it's quiet...otherwise noise canceling headphones are helpful. Oh yeah...and the Bread in Panera Bread is always fresh and yummie. read more

It is difficult for me to give a business a two star. But here goes. I have been to many Panera Breads-have a card etc. First the positive. The menu is consistent with other Panera Breads. We have purchased the Bagels and breakfast menu for our staff-and it is always a hit. The staff is generally friendly-service is good. The down side is-the dining room needs some serious attention to detail. The tables are wiped (when they are) with everything being wiped to the floor. The seats have food in the crevices of them, which really is a turn off for me. I have given this place a pretty fair shot. Speaking to the manager about the dining room cleanliness issues. It was not resolved. A few months later, I called corporate. Again, it was not resolved. I guess if they don't care about the dining room, I question how clean everything else is. This issue can be easily improved. Train the staff to wipe food into their hand-not on the floor. And clean the seats (with a different cloth!) Pay attention to the crevices of the booths. It is like a trough-bad design. read more

So, my best friends and I went here for dinner about a week ago. I just wanted to give a shout out to Alex the server! When we got there it didn't seem too busy, but after a while, more and more people started coming in. We had our meal outside and were able to see how it started getting busy. From where we were sitting, it seemed like Alex was the only server there that night. At one point during our dinner, one of my friends and I went inside to get a refill of our green tea drink (DELICIOUS!), but the machine was empty. We looked around to see if there was anyone that could help us out. We didn't find anyone, so we asked one of the ladies behind the counter and she said she'd find someone to help us out. We we were expecting another employee/server to refill the machine, but surprise surprise... it was Alex. AHAHA! Anyways, just wanted to say thanks to Alex :) Keep up the good work! read more

I have been a fan of Panera for quite some time and am so excited to see one here in Temecula. I have been twice this week, both at the height of lunch hour. Lines were long - out the front door, however 4 registers were open, so the line did move in a somewhat quick fashion. Although they have a fair sized dining area, seating is still limited at lunch time. My first visit earlier in the week, we were stuck sitting outside - in the rain. They do have heat lamps, however they were not turned on. Also, umbrellas are more for shade, not for keeping dry in the light drizzle. IMO, they could probably double the size of their dining area and still fill it up at lunchtime. The tables in the section we sat in today were small and close together. Glad it was only my 4 yr old and I. Food has been excellent, both visits. Broccoli Cheddar Soup in a sourdough breadbowl was excellent for my rainy day lunch. Paired with the Chai Tea Latte, which i think was even better than Starbucks as this is usually my drink of choice. Daughter polished off a small Mac and Cheese and bread - and let me tell you, for her to finish ALL of it, it has to be good! Today we both had a Cinnamon Crunch bagel with cream cheese. Sooooo good! Tried the Pumpkin Spice Latte. It was super yummy as well. So, i'm going with 5 stars even though I had a couple of complaints about my visit, it isn't their fault that everyone wants to have lunch there! I'm sure if I went mid-morning or for a later lunch, it would be a little nicer. I'll def be back! read more

This a good Panera clean fast and efficient. Love coming here :)defiently recommend the Mac and cheese bowls in bread super good

Great place for lunch with super friendly staff. Just can't stand the people who come and have lunch here. Meaning rude mothers who let their children scream for 20 minutes straight and throw cookies everywhere. Rude. read more

The other day, we placed a to go order. You know as soon as we get into the Christmas and Thanksgiving mode, mistakes happen with newly trained people. Also with supplies delivered to the stores, it's taking forever. Similar to Costco running out of their Kirkland TP. Anyway when the food came it was missing a lot of items and I paid $40, and was really upset. I usually don't complain, but it was expensive, plus in a way, it hurts the business not to say anything. I look at it like, how can they improve if no one gives them feedback. Well, the next day I called Panera and voiced my opinion. Never expecting to get a total refund. Carrie graciously, said I will refund you right away. Her mannerisms and politeness made my day. We need to see more of this in the world. Thank you Carrie for going that extra mile. read more

Honestly, this place and the employees and management really know great customer service! I was having some problems with the online ordering system, and my card was charged several times. I called in to let them know what was happening, and they reassured me that they would help me out when I came in. Not only did they refund everything, but they gave me my order on the house and also offered a free pastry item! I went in to pick up some chicken noodle soup as I've been sick the past couple days, and not only is the soup delicious, but my interaction with them certainly made my day as well. Will definitely be a returning guest :) read more

Was in the area and wanted something light, decided to use kisok....bad idea. I reviewed my meal and was correct but not all items where listed until I got my email receipt. When food was delivered staff was rude and unprofessional. I work in the restaurant business and the service here was horrific. Not only did the get my order wrong was afraid to ask for a new kids meal in fear they might do something to my daughter meals and mine. Overall this has been the worse experience at any Panera I have been too. read more

Great service, always. Food is always good.Sometimes its a little dirty when it gets busy and stuff isn't picked up off the tables. I was practically addicted to panera a while back. Their food and ingredients are so fresh tasting. This is the only place you can taste the honesty in the food-not even in n out tastes this fresh. I recommend the mozzarella hot panini...its like pizza but a sandwich. Also, their bagette/bread is amazing! This location is pretty nice-lots of outdoor seating but it can get very crowded during lunch peak hours. Now, why not 5 stars? -this particular location is NOT one to do work at or meet for networking or something-its crawling with kids. I've been to lots of paneras but this one is always the loudest and most kid crowded. -DO NOT EAT THE COOKIES. They put cottonseed oil in them(Google the effects if cottonseed oil). read more

PANERA MANAGER!! Get your stupid dish washing machine fixed or updated! The employees have to go through a few coffee mugs just to find one that doesn't have food particles on it and it's disgusting. There was a dried chunk of food on the back of my bagel plate. Yuk!! On a side note, the pecan roll was yummy! I just took it to go so it didn't touch any of your dishes! read more

I've never had an issue here. I think a lot depends on what time you come. I've always found it clean, with minimal waits, and friendly staff. I like the salads and the broth bowls. Both are filling without having a huge number of calories, and both offer stuff that I like. I especially like the Thai Chicken Salad, but I've never had anything that I hated. The toughest thing is finding a parking spot if you get here too late. Want lunch? Try to be here at 11:30 or so and you'll have no problem. read more

I was overwhelmed with the long line hanging out their front door on Friday @ lunch, BUT very happy when the line moved very fast. I was with a group of 20, and thought "this was a mistake". However, we all ordered, and had our food in a very prompt manner. Food was outstanding for the price. I got the Mediterranean Salmon salad that was huge with two nice portions of perfectly cooked and seasoned salmon. Most of the women in our group got salads. I was very impressed by the looks of all of them. Now I have to go back to try the thai chicken. Of course, the breads and pantries are yummy, but I am trying to reduce my tummy. Great, large outdoor dining patio. Being a large group, it was the perfect setting for a bunch of loud women ;D read more

Panera bread always has good food and great service. At the location I was at though I was not impressed, when I asked for a simple to go bag or box many of the employees were confused and kept giving me the wrong size to fit my food in it after telling them what I had. It was a mess and hard to keep it from spilling in my car. read more

I like Panera Bread, but we walked in at about 8PM on a Monday night and every table was filthy. Even the ones that were "clean" looked disgusting. Really wanted to sit down and eat here, but there wasn't a single table we wanted to eat at, so we got the order to go. I won't be back until management addresses this. read more

Again they mess up the order. Panera either fails to train or pay enough to get motivated people at so many locations. I cannot recall the last order I had that was correct. The food is good, healthy though not inexpensive but they just can't get the order right. Forgot the avocado, forgot the cookies, forgot one sandwhich(I buy for an office sometimes) See how Chick Fil'A does it, usually correct and the people are friendly and happy. read more

Worst sandwich I ever had told them not to put that disgusting sauce on my order they put it on anyway. When I opened it at home I had to throw it awsy. I don't know what that cap they put on but it is I a foul smelling concoction. Bottom line I will never go there again. read more

Wish I could give less stars. I eat at Panera 2-3 times per week at various locations. This is the worst Panera I've ever ordered from. My order has been wrong the last three times we've done rapid delivery and tonight the manager was flat out rude when I called to let them know they left all my bakery items out of the bag. I have never had this experience at the Moreno Valley store. Would love to talk with a district manager because the customer service at this store needs work!! read more

I generally visit this location in the morning on my way to work to pick up bagels and an iced tea. The staff is very friendly and they always have my bagels cut and toasted really quick. When they see a line forming they all step up and help out wherever needed. Pants generally like between 9-12 different bagels and a variety of cream cheeses to choose from including reduced fat. They have 3 unsweetened iced teas which is nice an a sweetened green tea. read more

This was my first time at a Panera Bread.... a coworker was suggesting today that I should try the Asiago bagel with cream cheese. So I swung by and tried it. At first when I got charged $5.58 for two bagels one a jalapeno cheddar bagel and the second was the Aussie hago bagel and cream cheese for each I was a little bummed because I felt that was too expensive! However, when I tried the Asiago bagel with cream cheese oMG it was the best freaking bagel I have ever had! Of course aside from the New York bagel in New York but that's different! I will have to be coming back on Tuesday because they have 13 bagels for $6.99 as their Tuesday special yeae! I did fall in love with a bagel it is a little bit expensive and if you look at the receipt that I took a picture of you will see that I wasn't lying the bagel cost $1.34 and to add cream cheese was $1.45 which is more expensive than the bagel WTF? But it was worth it it was delicious! read more

I hate doing this, but I must. My previous review was a 5 star because I was super stoked about the rapid pick-up. But now after using it for a while I have to say, the quality of the food is really inconsistent. Usually it's ok but this time around it was just not very good. I got a Pick Two order with a Chipotle panini and it was greasy. I got a caesar salad for the second part and it was basically lettuce with barely any croutons that weren't even crunchy and had almost no cheese. Come on Panera, you can do better. Why you gotta do me like that? read more

Catering Services - I have placed over a dozen catering online orders from various Panera Bread locations throughout Southern CA. Catering Order - 13 lunch boxes (sandwiches & salads) Pros: - Friendly service - The catering contact (I didn't catch her name) at this location was friendly and extremely helpful. They offered me a beverage while I waited for them go in the back to grab my catering order. - Order was accurate and labeled as requested - Each lunch box included napkins Cons: - None In closing, out of all of the Panera Bread locations that I have ordered from as of today, this one is my favorite. The location is easy to get in and out of. Parking was not bad. Friendly and helpful service. read more

I've never had issues with Panera but the service today was horrible. Placed an order online and walk in to pick it up. One of the associates told me they were just bagging it up and they will call my name when it's ready so I had a seat on the bench right in the front and waited. I saw a large bag they where adding things into and it sat and sat and then finally an associate can over and grabbed the bag to place on the ready shelf behind her. I walked up to her and asked about my order and she pointed to the bag. Got back to work and they forgot my sandwich. Never coming here for lunch again. read more

Lovely location, easily found with lots of parking. It was a sunny day so the fiancé and I decided to eat outside of the restaurant. The green tea on the other hand tasted like plastic. Aside from the drink, we had a pleasant time. read more

I ordered extra lettuce, extra tomato and extra steak, NONE of them were added to my order. I have no steak in my panini at all. I am very a angry customer now. Apparently, customer service is a thing of the past. I went in this morning for an order pick-up that took a bit longer than I expected, so I wanted to order something else from the menu, and the cashier was too busy stacking bagels to take my order. She said I'm busy, it's going to be a while, and if you want service use the kiosk. I was dumbfounded that it's more important to stack bagels to make them look fancy than to make money for Panera by taking my order. read more
