Sunday breakfast. Good news - food and coffee very good as was the wifi. Bad news - a patio table had not been bused from the day before and at least one coffee decanter ran dry. The table was never bused and the coffee never refilled while I was there for over an hour. No inside tables wiped either although several had crumbs and beverage rings. Details matter. read more

Other than the taste of the food, this place is terrible. Placed a to go order, waited 12 minutes, asked the manager how much longer it would be, he couldn't be bothered to answer me. A cook answered me back that he had two more tickets before mine even though there were no other to go orders pending and several people who order food after me had already been served. The manger CHOSE not to answer why others who ordered after me had already been served and I was still waiting. After 19 minutes I finally got my order, which turned out to be incorrect. The "Pick 2" is a perfect combo! I had the French Onion soup and the Italian Combo Sandwich. Amazing! I highly recommend.

The food was great and the soups are equally good, but....I got sick following my last visit, still a really good place to eat.

I've always liked Panera Bread, and here was no exception. The young lady behind the counter was sweet, the food came quickly, and restaurant seemed clean. This last time I got a chicken broth bowl and it was tasty and hot, and more flavorful than I expected. I always like to take advantage of a 99 cent pastry at the end. This time I tried the gluten friendly cookie, it was not too sweet but otherwise good. I will come again, I normally visit a few times a year. read more

Quick service with great quality food. Workers were efficient and more than willing to help accommodate my extra needs. They are always busy during peak hours yet they never mess up my order and bring have everything out in a timely manner. Never seen them clean up after others so quickly so others could be seated. I've never had a wrong order or an attitude from any of their employees. Great staff with great quality goods, how can you go wrong. read more

The food is good most of the time. However, it can get quite pricey for such a small amount of food. And when I order a panini, I would like it to be nice and warm with the cheese melted. This was not the case with mine. The staff is friendly and everything is clean. So not too bad. read more

I got the big kids grilled cheese. This is my normal but today it was cold. The cheese wasn't melted although the bread looked grilled. My mothers sandwich was cold too. Also my brothers. So that was disappointing but they heated them up quickly and they were delicious! read more

Wow this place has gone down quite a bit since I've been here last. For starters, the service was very, very poor. Bathroom wasn't in the best condition. The beverage machine was running the soda very, very flat and low on syrup. And the lemonade was EXTREMELY watered down. Almost to the point where it was just water with some lemon in it. Disappointed. Parts of the mac and cheese weren't fully heated. So sad, since I have always praised panera bread as one of my favorite eateries. I am a big Panera fan! So this is gonna hurt. We are just in town for the game. Came in and ordered 2toasted bagels. We got 2 Burnt bagels. Not extra toasted, BURNT! Poor customer service, but I don't blame the employees, since that is a result of manager training - or lack of. I watched the on-duty manager cleaning up the area behind the counter, which is all well and good . . .but about 10 of us were IN LINE with ONE employee taking orders. Three other employees were just visiting - obviously not trained to stay on point and be responsive to customers (remember, the manager was RIGHT THERE). One employee came to a second register to take an order from a fellow employee (presumably just off duty, but still in uniform) but when she completed HER order, she walked away to join the group who was talking! Oy. Employees moved s-l-o-w-l-y. No urgency in their movements. After receiving my order, I watched the couple who had ordered just before me wait and wait at their table for what appeared to be a simple order of an egg dish and bagels. I was finished eating my (premade) souffle when their order arrived; I later heard them call the manager over to tell her their orders were cold and lukewarm. Glad I ordered something premade! But could not find salt and pepper; the half n half for my coffee was missing. Just poor quality, poor management. The FOOD is fine, but getting it TO us was slow and not well done. read more

Wanna hear a sad story? I went to Panera bread to redeem my offer for my free birthday pastry. We went through the drive-thru. We ordered a coffee and an almond croissant. When we got up to the window, the employee said they were out of almond croissants. No worries, I asked for a chocolate croissant. She said she needed my phone number to access my free pastry. I gave it to her, but I must have set up my account before I had that phone number. It didn't work. I couldn't remember my phone number from 6 years ago when I set up the account. I asked if she could just look at the email or on my app that said "free birthday pastry." She said she would call over the manager. The manager said, sorry, can't help you. We need the phone number. No birthday pastry for you. Actually, she said you can order it on the app for rapid pickup. I looked on the app, it said a 10 minute wait. We are already sitting in the car waiting for our coffee. I said, so I don't get my free birthday pastry? She said, no can do. What a sad world we live in when you can't get a birthday pastry from Panera Bread. We were about to pay for our food and the cashier asked if we had a rewards card, we said "no" so she proceeded to ask "can I use my rewards card on your order then?" I'm sorry what?!? I just don't think a cashier should ask a customer for their rewards. Then as we sit down, we notice majority of the tables were dirty. We couldn't even sit at a booth, because they all had food on them. We were their for over 30 minutes and no one cleaned them. As we were trying to finish eating the associate passing out food was just standing their twirling her hair and playing with it, THEN GAVE OUT FOOD, with out washing her hands. If I had seen this I would have never received my food from her. It was not busy at all, and 3 associates just standing around who could have cleaned the dining room. Just plain dirty. Floors are filthy. Tables unclean, windows and doors are filthy. Plenty of employees around to clean but no one does. Literally every time I come here I have some kind of bad experience. It is mostly the bad customer service and lack of cleanliness of the restaraunt. I am here now and waited literally 19 minutes for my brocolli cheddar breadbowl which should have taken less then 1 minute seeing that mine was the only order on the screen. We go to McAlisters every single Sunday and love it, but we thought we'd try Panera. This Panera had horrible service. Waited 30 minutes for them to bring out our food and only got 3 out of our 4 family member's food. Waited 10 more minutes and then had to ask about the order we didn't get..... Food waaaaay overpriced. If the food had been wonderful, it would been worth it, but Yuck! Will never go to this one again! read more

I LOVE Panera...but this location is just NOT consistent. My favorite thing used to be the Asian Sesame Chicken Salad. Part of what gives it flavor is cilantro. I'd say every 2x I get this salad...there's not cilantro. So I try not to go to this location although it's closest to my home. They make a lot of mistakes on orders, and when you get a bagel "toasted" there's a 50/50 chance it will be burnt. read more

This is the worse Panera I have ever been too, I use to eat at Panera at least 4 times a week with family and for business meetings, the service is horrible, terrible staff and they are always out of stuff, if you come at 8am for soufflé they are already out, I did a test and went there everyday for 5 days straight and they were out every time, this is a disgrace to the Panera brand, I will never spend another $ at this location!
