We asked for a pup cup because our local Chick fil A has them. The girl taking our order had to check with her manager. Larry said all chick fil A were different and they didn't do them. I offered to pay for it since the girl had already made it. Larry said he didn't have a way to charge us. So instead of giving us the already made cup. This place is so good for simple and easy fast food and it's so close to my school. I can walk there. My family and I ate here 2 days in a row. The first day, we ate supper inside. The food was good, the service was fair. The cleanliness was a 2 at best. There was not a clean table in the whole place. There were very few customers there but we had to use a table with crumbs on it. The 2nd day we got breakfast at the drive thru. My husband found a very long hair in his burrito. So gross! We are often at other chick fil A locations and have not eaten at this one before. Not only was everybody behind me handed their order first, when I was handed my order there was a giant hole in the bottom of my lemonade and I unfortunately did not notice it till I got home and it had leaked all over my car. , I made a point to find the time to write this to share with you my shock and extraordinary disappointment after our visit to your location this afternoon. Let me tell you why... My family and I foster dogs that have run out of time at the shelter. We exclusively focus on dogs that are on the euthanasia list. We drive all over Texas in an effort to save dogs and give them at least a chance to find a family. We have a family tradition... The first thing we do after we leave the shelter with our new foster pup is find a Chick-Fil-A to get them their very first pup cup and their own bowl of grilled nuggets. We have done this no less than 20 times all over the state of Texas and it's never been an issues at all! Everyone is happy to do it. We find ourselves going to CFA for dinner a lot of the time because our dog so enjoys pup cups and we get a kick out of watching his eyes light uo. I pulled up to your particular store this afternoon, with a dog that I had pulled from the shelter about 15 minutes prior. I placed my order and do what we always do and asked for a pup cup to go along with the grilled nuggets I ordered for the dog, as well as a meal for me. I was told that the manager will not allow pup cups. I was shocked and initially thought they were joking. We've gotten pup cups at no less than 20 locations in Texas. (At least 15 in the metroplex.) When I got to the window, I asked to speak with the manager and Alan came out. He was a very nice gentleman. He politely advised that your particular store does not allow employees to give out the tiny treat of whip cream in a cup. Here's what baffles me. We spend no less than $1,000 a month eating at CFA. I know whip cream and the cup it is put in is not free, but goodness gracious! A meal is almost $14. I can't seem to rationalize why you wouldn't Alan advised he would speak with you and share our disappointment. I really hope you change this policy. I can tell you my family with not patronize this store one more time, until the policy is changed. All of the people I've spoken to feel the same way. Some are even calling it greedy. Goodness gracious, we'll get dinner from CFA sometimes solely because it brings my daughter so much joy to watch her pup enjoying a little whip cream. Please, reconsider your stance on this. It is such a small sacrifice and it brings a tremendous amount of joy to dogs and families alike. (And it's a big reason why we frequent there so much. This matters to us. One last thing. Take a look at the photos I take and share on social media. I ALWAYS make sure your logo is showing in the pictures and rave about how much we love CFA. We dined at this chick-fil-a tonight and had a pleasant experience. The food was delivered quickly and was fresh. It was piping hot actually. The restaurant was clean. The Womens bathroom could have been a little better maintained but overall was ok. The indoor play area was closed but not too surprising with COVID issues. I did like that they had white paper covering the door & windows so the kids couldn't even see the play structures. They had a lot of pick up spots and a nice outdoors seating area as well. read more

Pulled in at 10:24 am to order breakfast. There was only 1 car ahead of me. Sat in line for 3 mins. Pulled up to order only to be ignored for 2 more minutes. I could hear the employee talking so I said "hello" she finally offers to take my order at exactly 10:30 on the dot. I order breakfast and she tells me they're no longer serving breakfast. Prime example of an employee that doesn't want to work and is unrealistic. Zero common sense / customer service skills. Prime example of what not to do. I am so glad they moved this location and built a new building, I have only been in the drive through but the drive through is a MUCH better layout. It has two places to order. I found it very interesting the door/window they have for handing out orders, I am grateful they have the area with cameras because as a mom I immediately got worried about the staff having to deal with some freak coming up and just walking in there but really, the door is prob only open during the busy times, and it is under surveillance so i felt a lot better when I saw that. My only con is the amount of bags we received. I ordered two kids meals, one number 1 and one number 1 (only the sandwich) yet I received 5 bags, it was overkill and made me feel incredibly guilty for the environment. I rarely visit this CFA (Colleyville) location because since it opened, I have received undercooked chicken in my sandwiches (at least three different times)! I've complained previously and hoped they would have corrected this issue so today, I went through the drive through and got home to translucent chicken in the middle of my sandwich! There is nothing worse than anticipating a good sandwich and bite into hard, under cooked, translucent chicken! This has been our neighborhood Chick-fil-A the past 15 years and today I stopped in to pick up lunch to go. Another patron got confused when my order was ready and thought it was his, sticking his hands in the bag. The staff discarded that order and handed me the new bag but when I got home the order was wrong; I had ordered a #1 and 2 #3 meals however the bag consisted of 3 eight count nugget meals. I left and returned to the restaurant to request the sandwich I didn't received and brought my drink but left the fries as they would be cold by then. As an ex-cfa employee i'm very understanding of the fast food world and it's struggles, but the way this location has treated me and my co worker is unacceptable. Not only did we get WET, SOGGY, and INEDIBLE food multiple times, but they were also small and lukewarm portions. When we finally sent in a complaint we were left on read TWICE by management and refused any apology. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money on this location and make the extra 5 minute drive to the hurst location off grapevine highway and precinct line!!! Most mornings it's great service and ok food. Every morning I order the same breakfast. About every 6 days they don't give me what is clearly on the order. CEC (chicken egg cheese) but I only get a chicken biscuit. WT actual H? The employees who take the order and deliver to the car are fantastic. Whoever puts it in the bag should be trained better or checked more often. If there was an alternative nearby I would go there. Today, I unknowingly threw my wallet away during lunch. When I came back 1.5 hours later, I was not thrilled to hear that the trash had already been taken to the dumpster. Without a dash of hesitation, the manager Zach, and William, another employee headed out to the dumpster to help me find it. A few months ago, I had ordered in the morning from the location and they messed up my order twice. We came back through the drive through and my husband was pretty upset and said on the 3rd time coming back to the line after messed it up again, he mumbled "I hate coming to this location." The "manager" then said "if you don't like it then don't come back." Well challenge accepted. We won't and haven't since then. Oddly enough, this CFA is one of the only locations I've ever been at that almost never has a line. Sometimes total ghost town. Usually more employees than customers. So I'm guessing that they've said something like that to other customers after THEY messed up numerous times and those customers have also listened and don't come back. It is a shame because we really like CFA and order the catering for our monthly meetings for our staff in our business, as well as parties and other events. Guess which location is the closest one to us (a couple mins) but that we NEVER buy from nor ever will? But the best is when we drive by this location with no one there to pick it up from one WAY more busier but nicer. read more

Today I ordered from UberEats and almost the entire order was missing things. No extra pickles, not even dressing for my salad, so I'm stuck in my office eating dry lettuce for lunch. Starting going here when they first opened up in the middle of COVID and had drive three only and have been coming back non-stop since. It is great being able to come back in person now and nothing beats the great customer service that Chick-fil-a offers. Although it seems that they might be understaffed, each team member works their hardest to ensure the best service possible. Great job guys! read more
