[[HIGHLIGHT]]Nice and clean place![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Small salad is $9 plus $3 if you want protein and if you want a drink it's extra $. The salads came out good! I would go again but the price is a bit steep. Service was pretty fast.

This is an awesome low-carb option! The food and concept is fresh, feels like 2023. Service is mediocre BUT this location is new so I'm being generous. The employees seem unbothered and slow every time I've gone. But I can't expect much more. Ambiance is fresh and clean. You will pay for it though. Get ready to drop $15 on a salad without a drink. You get what you pay for and this place delivers!

I have been complaining for years that we didn't have a good salad joint in this area, and my prayers have been answered! I'm a huge fan of Salata, and I was thrilled to see they were opening up a location in the HEB area. I visited a couple days before their grand opening and had a lovely experience. Service was fast, friendly, and the options were fresh and vibrant. My salad was delicious, as always, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Can't wait to come back!

Clean ans bright new location. Lots of employees but we were only one in line at dinner. They have lots of toppings, protein (spicy chicken, pesto and plain). The option of couton plus bread option (croissant or pita chips) at the end . For someone who is trying to eat more greens, pretty good to keep it mot boring. The shrimp and seafood optional looks tasty especially for Lent options

I love Salata so I was excited to see one open in the area. I went in today around 2pm. Salad and toppings are fresh. Service was good. Ambiance was bright and clean. Love the diversity among the staff! But...minus one star because the person serving the salad sneezed (away and into their arm). I recommend staff wear a mask as a sneeze guard. And the person at checkout didn't seem like she was happy to be there. Overall, I'm happy the neighborhood has a healthy option now.

Normally, I don't consider people from St. Louis to be credible deli evaluators, but I was desperate and made the hour drive to Grapevine. We got there at 11:15 and the line was nearly to the door. Within 30 minutes, it was well out into the street. That was a promising sign. The sandwich menu covered the entire wall over the counter. Lots of non-New-York sandwiches like Cubans, gyros, etc, but over in the left corner were the classic Ruebens and pastramis. I went for the latter. A REAL NY deli usually has a few soups like split pea and chicken noodle and matzoh. No soups. Bummer. They had a half dozen sides - 3 kinds of potato salads and a few slaws. I went with the German potato salad. The drink option was spartan - they tossed a styrofoam cup at me and pointed to the soda fountain. The pastrami sandwich was OK for Texas. A SUPER pastrami sandwich on hard rye can get me moaning like Meg Ryan in "When Harry Met Sally" -- only I don't have to fake it. The German potato salad was watery and bland - I should have gone with the mustard potato salad. Turnaround was on the slow side. Napkins = paper towel roll on table. Flimsy plasticware. The overall vibe was affordable utilitarian. I'll give the sandwich a 4, everything else a 3. Next time I'll drive the extra half hour to Cindi's.

I waited a short time for someone to come from the back, and my sandwich was ready, but sitting packed up, behind the counter. Why have a mobile order pickup area of you don't use it? I ordered the turkey bacon avocado. It is a bit cheaper from the other chain sub shop in Grapevine, and I was interested to see how they matched up. First off, they added my pickles. I like pickles and it can slip past people's attention, as it is not a standard topping. The bread was soft and the sandwich was a good size. The bacon was nice and crispy, but I found the filling a little skimpy. The turkey was completely lost. The strongest flavors were provelone and bacon, but it is essentially a turkey sandwich. There just wasn't much of it. Nor the veg. Lettuce and tomato were just barely present. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't GOOD. When arriving to the table I was super pumped to dig in. When opening the wrapper to snap my picture my hype for the gyro quickly fell. The gyro wasn't very appealing and it looked like they just quickly put it together. It had slices of meat with some greenish brown shredded lettuce on a couple drops of the tzatziki sauce. The bread was okay but just very bland. The fries were fresh out of the fryer and were your typical standard curly fries. I just wish there were more veggies on it vice lettuce, meat, and sauce. Overall not a bad place to eat for a quick but dont get over hyped about the food quality. See pictures!

Once again, this was a wonderful Yelp event. Kendall and Postino's, thank you very much…read more We chose to visit around the time of opening. After noon, you can expect the crowd to significantly increase and it will become busy. We ran into that, towards the end of our visit. With the increase in traffic, it was nice to be tended by more than one waiter. I didn't think about it then, but I would have loved to tip the second person, as well. When going to Postino's, I always try to get something new and they never fail to impress. Drink: The Mockingbird (Mocktail) - bright pineapple, a touch of Italian orange, and toasted almond bitters. This was very good and is something I'd get again. The Board: Brie, Apple & Fig Spread - this is a repeat for me, I absolutely love it. The apples are always fresh, crisp, and juicy. This is so perfect! Prosciutto Di Parma, Fig & Mascarpone - another repeat, I can't go to Postino's without having this on my board. Mushroom & Mascarpone - If you're a lover of mushrooms, you'll enjoy these little bites. I did notice, we did not get the green onions this time around and I was okay with that. They were removed, due to the current outbreak. Great thinking, Postino's! Salami & Pesto - This always closes the board for me, I love this combination. Although, I will add, I think a different type of salami would work best with this combination. West Coaster Panini - (Smoked ham, smashed avocado, arugula, roasted garlic aioli, pickled red onion, Calabrian chili, feta cheese. For my side, I chose the tomato soup, my goodness, was it good. I must say, it is the best tomato soup, I've ever had. It was creamy, packed with flavor, and complimented my panini so well. Also, they add cheese tortellinis to the soup as well. So, good! This was very delicious, the ham stood out and wasn't muted. However, I think I will get another bread next time. I chose the focaccia, it was a bit too much bread for that particular sandwich. I will admit, it doesn't beat their prosciutto and brie panini; that sandwich is divine. Hot Donut Dots - (House made ricotta donut holes with salted butter chocolate, caramel and vanilla glaze dipping sauces.) These are superb and packs a lot in one bite. The cream in the middle is so smooth and full of flavor, but is very heavy. I'm not a cookies and milk person, but this dessert craves a tall glass of milk. They were hot, fresh, and I appreciate the fact that even when fried, they were not swimming in grease. The vanilla dipping sauce was my go-to, of the three sauces. They did well with this dessert, it hit all of the bases. Postino's is a great place to visit with friends, a date, or even as a solo-day/night out. They are one of my top 5 restaurants and I don't see that changing, ever!

Initially I came to take advantage of a deal, however, do know that the $25 board and wine combo is only available Mondays and Tuesdays after 8 PM, and we were there around 4:30. However, despite that overlook on my part, the food definitely did not disappoint! We had an amazing server. She was easily available , quick, and accommodating. My friend had some dietary restrictions and she was quick to ask about them, and make needed modifications without any issue. Extremely kind, and fun to be around, she had some great suggestions for items on the menu. The environment was definitely more relaxed, however, the pace was definitely picking up when we left. As I mentioned we were there right before people seem to be getting out of work, and it seemed like a lot of people are making their way and to enjoy an evening meal or happy hour. We easily got a spot in front, however, if there happens not to be any available, there's lots of parking behind Lush on the opposite side of the road. I'm hoping to go back and try one of the boards, I've had one prior at different locations, but I'm sure it would be just as great here!
