The perfect spot for a quick and filling lunch!! If you've never had a Zeppelin before, you have to try it! You essentially build a salad and then they stuff it in a hot, fresh baguette. What sounds better than that? The Zeppelin's are huge, so we split one and I also got a side of the Jalapeño soup. The soup was tasty, cheesy, and not too spicy! We got the Southwest salad, which was delicious! Loved the Avocado Ranch dressing. Can't wait to try more menu options! read more

In a world of food allergies and sensitivities, I'd think this could be a win win, but no. No allergen menu on website. Friends wanted to go so I called to see what dressings were dairy and egg free. It rolled to voice mail- no love humans to help. They called me back and I inquired about dressing without egg and dairy. I was told I have to come in to be told that their system only tells you the allergen when ordering. Seriously? Bruh ! No bueno. So for those that have allergens or loved ones with them- skip this ridiculous place. Can't recommend read more

Bread Zeppelin is awesome! I absolutely have loved this place since my wife got it for us a few months back. Was there yesterday and their Cobb Salad Zeppelin is one of my favorite things to eat. Their staff is always very polite and the store itself is always very clean. read more

What a different concept for sandwiches! They create a custom salad and then insert those ingredients in a hollowed out French bun I had the New Orleans style spicy shrimp Cup of tomato basil soup Iced tea which is very good Word of caution don't add many items to their base salad recommendation as it is done just right My mother in law added so many items her salad was 28 dollars So be careful adding items What they recommend is just right Parking isn't bad Wasn't packed a perfect quick lunch spot read more

Service was very fast today. I tried the Thanksgiving zeppelin and it was tasty. The beets were a weird element but I was there for it but I could also see how some people wouldn't be. Hopefully everyone looks at the ingredients and customizes to avoid an ick. My friend had a salad and the lettuce was meh. First time I've had that happen. French Remoulade was spicy and yuck. Luckily she got it on the side. We took our stuff to go. When we went to pick up the order the place was clean and the people were friendly read more

The young guy that took my order was polite, patient and accommodating. He made recommendations to assist me making a decision. I ended up getting a southwest bread but with some substitutions. He even let me try a sample of the dressing. Also, some bread that was hollowed out. Hey, that is the best of a goos bread to me. Just wanted to review the service provided at my first encounter since other review was not great. As I was the only person in line it was quick. There is another employee that was the cashier. read more

We love this place. Good variety of sandwiches (or salads) and their bread is amazing. I even had soup the other day with a side of bread and was very satisfied. If you get a Zepplin, you can ask for the bread innards that they scoop out for your sandwich to go on the side. Yum. read more

came here 3-4 times when in town for a 2 week business trip, i became obsessed. we need these in the midwest QUICKLY the team was very nice and gave good recommendations read more

Bread Zeppelin was one of my try something new when needing a quick meal after a meeting recently. I tried a build your own zeppelin to-go, which keep an eye out for a first time order discount code! Service was wonderful when picking up my order. They had a table set up for a large group to come get their orders; so I'll admit to a little bit of confusion by myself and someone else that walked in to if pick up was like Starbucks were you just grab from the counter ... but it is a pick up from the employee from the check out. I had been worried about dressing soaking the bread to much & it becoming soggy; and unfortunately I didn't see an option to ask for dressing on the side. I was pleasantly surprised when I did get to sit down with my food that the bread was still nice and crunchy. My meal was really good, so if you are unsure about certain ingredients in the pre-built options I would suggest going with that build your own option. read more

UNDERRATED GOODNESS! I was recommend to try this place, and skeptical is an understatement. Seriously, a salad that's basically stuffed in a piece of bread? How mad do you have to be? Mistaken was I! Bread Zeppelin is 100% worth the try - I think sometimes I dream about the combo of the fresh ingredients with the soft, warmed bread! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and will let you try and of the sauces before you put it in your mix. The location is great, and the facility is nicely kept with ample of seating space. Give it a try!! read more

Food was yummy, and service was great!!! Hoping more people visit as it wasn't very busy.

LOVE Bread Zeppelin. It's honestly such a simple concept, serving salad inside of bread instead of having the bread on the side. Yet, it's SO yummy. My husband found this place for me for the first time when I was staying in Dallas. I had it DoorDashed to me from the Dallas location, so today was my first time inside the actual restaurant. We were both so excited to find one close to home because we originally thought it was only in Dallas & he hadn't tried it. My favorite is the Southwest Zeppelin with avocado ranch, though I prefer it with Arcadian Mix instead of romaine with crispy tortilla strips added and no tomatoes. I know it's just a salad, but it's a phenomenal one. My husband ordered the Metro Cobb Zeppelin & he really liked it too. The only reason I do have to give 4 stars instead of 5 & issue a sort of "buyer beware" is for the staff, cleanliness, and price. It didn't make me uncomfortable to eat here, but this location is dirty. The drink machine was super dusty & leaking everywhere. All the booth seats are cracked & the floors were disgusting. I didn't even want to eat inside since this location has a patio, but it was too windy to eat outside. I was worried I'd have my expensive meal blow away. Which brings me to the price.... I love it as mentioned, so it helps cushion the blow a little. But for both of us to get a Zeppelin (think half a sub sandwich size), then 1 drink & 1 bag of chips for me, it was $30+. That's so crazy to me, but again it is Southlake. Lastly, the staff was just there. Not really friendly, not really rude. While we were eating inside I noticed a woman waiting for 10 minutes for someone to come take her order. There were lots of staff working when we ordered & paid but they had all disappeared. If you're looking for tasty salad with a few extra dollars to spare, this is your place. If you're hoping to go somewhere with exceptional customer service, this isn't it. read more

Amazing food great service recommend if you like salad I would eat every day if I could

So yummy! I've had a few different kinds now, all good! The cold steak was a little odd at first but then I liked it. Kids chicken tenders are pretty basic. read more

This was the most disappointing food experience I have ever had.... I have been to every salad place imaginable in and around Southlake so when my coworkers suggested it I thought it would be like other places... Bread Zeppelin is similar to other places but everything was underwhelming. The chicken was bland, romaine lettuce was wilted and did not seem fresh and the "made in house" ranch dressing was flavorless and tasted like lightly flavored mayonnaise. But as bad as all of that was, the price was ridiculous. I spent over $16 for a drink and my salad which was the size of a side salad from any other restaurant. I actually left hungry. And when I asked the staff if my meal looked like it warranted $16+ they shrugged and said that's what I cost. I literally had Romain lettuce, white cheddar cheese, chicken, a spoonful of corn, and ranch.... That's it. You can see the pic of my feast below lol... Skip this place, roll over to Salada where you will pay less and get plenty of food. read more

Great service!! And the bread is sooo good! Loved everything we had! The zeppelins are awesome! Such a great concept!

Totally one of my latest and greatest go to's. I'm trying to eat lighter but sometimes you want more than a salad. The bread is so crispy it pairs really well with stuffed salad. The restroom is clean and stocked. I love the champagne vinaigrette. I usually get the Kalefornia. I'm a sucker for ordering the same thing if I really like it. read more

Ordered an Uber eats order with this location for 2 items. I only got 1 in my bag. When I called to get it straightened out the person I spoke with (who seemed to be a manager). I purposely needed my order to be ready at 10:45 to pick up my order and meet a friend for lunch. The order wasn't ready. I had to get my service dog out of the car to stay inside until it was ready. I get to my destination and my salad was missing the chicken. The most expensive part of my order. The. My friend's sandwich was supposed to have jalapeños. They put bell peppers in it instead. Rating low for not being on time that early in the day and messing my order so badly. read more

Nothing bad, nothing special. It's basically a salad inside a hulled out sub. Ordered ahead online and it was ready when I arrived. Staff was friendly and said hi when I walked in. No one was in the place. This was around 5pm during the middle of the week. Got a southwest with steak and avocado ranch. With so many other sub places I don't see a need to come back. read more

I've always loved a good Cobb salad, I didn't think this could be improved upon. I've always loved sandwiches and I didn't know that this could be improved either. So scoop the guts out of a roll and stuff it with a Cobb salad and see what you think. And now I can't get enough of this read more

What a great concept. If you feel like most sandwiches have too much bread and you often want more than just a salad, this place combines the two very well. Think of a salad stuffed into a hollowed-out submarine roll. Four of us and all with different selections and all good. Mine happened to be the Tajano Caesar. The flavor was wonderful and different. The bread was fresh and like the concept is designed for, just the right amount. This was an order ahead pick up. It was finished just as we walked into the door at the promised time. Simply a good non-sandwich sandwich place. read more

Good bread. Interesting combinations. Tea could be better. Quick service. Uncomfortable chairs

We ate there late this evening....8:00. (First time we've been here...new to the area.) My wife had the Cobb salad. Good not great, especially for $14! I tried the sesame shrimp bowl. Mine was only fair. I'm not sure when those mini shrimp were cooked / bagged / refrigerated?? They were rubbery and mostly tasteless. (They're the reason for the 3 stars....also the price. No value here!) The rest of the bowl was OK. We probably won't go back. It was a fairly small portion of so-so food which seems a bit overpriced to this DFW newbie. $30 for two medium-sized so-so salads!! Come on, man!! read more

Didn't get my order right. The bread was hard like a rock. It was hard to bite. They forgot my add on (avocado) but kept making excuses that it was mashed in but I broke it apart and was not in there read more

What is a Zeppelin? Basically a salad baguette-burrito and mine was fresh and tasty. I was looking for a quick to go style bite, nothing too heavy on this hot day and gave Bread Zeppelin a shot. The staff was prompt and courteous walking me through the popular menu items. I appreciated that they were also wearing mask/ gloves. The space is industrial style, plenty on seating inside and out. They also have an app and seem to do a lot of take out orders. For an easy lunch this place hits all the marks of tasty food, attentive staff and atmosphere. read more

Came in today to get an Atlantis in a bowl without onions and bread inserts. I was incredibly discouraged with how slow the employees moved. It took 15 minutes for me to get my salad. I watched other employees and it seemed to he universal throughout the restaurant. The store in Irving is always quick and their employees seem happy to be there. Will definately remember this the next time I want a salad. read more
