Good smoke flavor and great price. Turkey was good. Brisket is not my style, dense and dry. The rib was the best of the three. Luckily one of the workers recognized the rib on the plate looked bad and gave another more fresh one as the other was dry and not much meat. I would have been disappointed. The fresh one was fantastic. Tried all 3 sauces served in a tiny thimble and all were good. The mac was ok I didn't think it exciting. The banana pudding was good but they need to crumble some wafers on the bottom. One wafer and one banana slice not enough. The peach cobbler was good but missing whip cream. All in all not bad. The were nice and served quickly.

This place by far has the best breakfast tacos in town. My family is addicted to them. My husband loves the jalapeño cheddar sausage while I am stuck on the turkey tacos. The El Gran is a delight when you are a little more on the hungry side. If you are in the grapevine area you have to try this for breakfast. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Meat U Anywhere BBQ.

Restaraunt, they have a outside lounge as well but it was too hot to sit outside

Food was amazing. We walked 10 minutes in the heat 90 degrees because Chat GPT said this place was great. We were greater by staff and the cook sliced us up samples because we walked to get here to try it. It did not disappoint it was awesome. We split the Baked potatoes with brisket. So freaking good.

It's 6am you have to be at the airport in a hour and you wanna get something yummy for breakfast where are you gonna go? A BBQ restaurant of course! We came in as soon as they opened and immediately we were welcomed in and for us it was all about those breakfast tacos and sausage! We ordered El Gran Tacos that had (Egg, Brisket, Chorizo, Bacon, Potato, Beans, Cheese) all inside and let me say this was one of the best breakfast tacos I've ever had the flavor was just soo good like beyond good to the point of wow as each element of this taco shined even more so when we drizzled some of their yummy bbq sauce on it I mean it's a bbq restaurant and your putting a bottle of their delicious homemade sauce in front of my you bet I'm gonna eat that for breakfast! The brisket taco was good as well as the brisket had a yummy smoky flavor to it and it just went well with the eggs as well as that yummy bbq sauce while they did give us my go to for breakfast tacos some hot sauce it was definitely second to the bbq sauce for being my favorite! We also ordered some sausage we were gonna get the jalapeño sausage but it wasn't ready yet so we went with the German sausage and I must say it was definitely a good choice as it too was incredibly delicious smoked perfectly had a nice bite to it's super flavorful meat and then you know it added some bbq sauce to it and right then it was over soo darn good you can't go wrong! One thing I liked here was their sodas as they had a Dr. Pepper, 7Up, RC, Sunkist machine this is something you don't see very often and I must say I wish more places had these brands instead of the other two as these are some of the better choices in my opinion! Overall awesome spot to grab some bbq friendly people here a chill dinning area and some of the best breakfast tacos I've ever had hopefully one day I'll get to come back here for the BBQ because with breakfast being that good I can only imagine how yummy the rest of it is!

I was about to start the drive from Grapevine to Houston when Mr. Tummy reminded me that I needed food. Wanting something quick, I elected to search for BBQ since it would have been cooked prior. I landed on Meat U Anywhere. The owner was kind enough to give me some samples prior to ordering. I like the narcotic dealer-based approach. He gave me a little taste and I was then hooked. All of the meat that he gave me, I ended up ordering....it was fantastic, especially in such a touristy area. (Great Wolf Lodge, Gaylord, etc.) Next time I'm in the area, this will be one of my early stops instead of my last stop. Highly recommend!

This was a yelp find, I even got me daughter using yelp to help us find a great place to eat. The staff was incredible , we told them things our first time and they gave us samples and suggestions. Incredibly nice people. The food was spot on. We got the brisket, Jalapeno sausage, Mac n cheese, cream corn and potato salad. Just kept eating. A good amount of seating, wood work on the inside and it smelt great.

Well, I was trying to find something I didn't like about this spot, but could not come up with anything. The brisket, ribs, and sausage were all exactly how they should be. No complaints! Quick service with an easy to navigate line and a clean seating area led to a great meal overall. I do not usually order mac & cheese, but this was an exception, and I am so thankful for it!

Hands down some of the best bbq in DFW!! Great service awesome breakfast tacos and top notch smoked meats. A must try spot In Grapevine and worth the drive. Have to try their smoked Prime Rib Friday and Saturday not sure what to order Travis or one of the bbq pit masters will recommend. Thank me later

First visit and I'm beyond impressed! The cashier was super friendly and helpful and let me try 3 samples to help me decide. The brisket is the real deal: juicy, tender, and just the right amount of fat - add the table house BBQ sauce to level up the brisket. I paired the brisket with the recommended mac and cheese, which was very flavorful. I'm already planning to try the turkey on my next trip!

They are generous with the meat, and it is so flavorful!
    Candace B.

Tender turkey and juicy brisket piled high on a soft bun, served with a side of crunchy, sweet, and tangy coleslaw--some of the best I've ever had. The outstanding, friendly customer service made the experience even better. We dined in, and the restaurant's relaxed vibe was the perfect setting to enjoy all the deliciousness we ordered. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Grapevine.

This place was great. I was in Texas for a conference and never had Texas bbq before. The staff was extremely friendly and truly embodied southern hospitality. Even though they were cowboys fans (I'm an eagles fan), I really appreciated their customer service and hospitality. They even threw in some free food once they found out we were from out of town. Now for the food. The brisket was melt in your mouth amazing. The ribs had amazing flavor and were falling off the bone. And, the sausage was delicious. I'm picky with macaroni and cheese and against my better judgement, I ordered it anyway because of someone else's recommendation. It wasn't bad but I'm used to a different style of macaroni and cheese. I'm sure the other sides are better. Overall minus the macaroni and cheese, this spot was a 10 out of 10 would recommend!

When in Dallas, you have to hit up a good barbecue spot, I looked up on Yelp and Meet You Anywhere didn't disappoint! The name alone earns them a star, but the experience was even better. I arrived around noon and was greeted warmly. They have daily specials, and even though I don't eat pork, they were kind enough to offer me a sample of their turkey breast, which was absolutely delicious and super tender. I went with a combo of brisket and turkey (no bun), and both were fantastic. The traditional coleslaw on the side was a perfect complement. Friendly service, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere make this a five-star spot for sure!

We went there today for lunch and it was not terribly crowded, but the parking lot was full. I can see where parking can be a problem for this location. The staff was amazing, very helpful very quick to serve us once we placed our order. My wife and I got the St. Louis ribs lunch special as I wanted to try the ribs and a sliced Brisket sandwich with a side order of fries. In all honesty, the ribs were OK. The meat did not come cleanly off the bone and the flavor didn't just knock me out. I'm not saying they were not good, they were. They just were not great The brisket was a little bit better. It was juicy, flavorful, overall a well cooked brisket. Again, it just did not knock me out Ironically, I thought the best part of the lunch were the french fries. They were fresh, hot and delicious and full of flavor. Overall, if we were in the neighborhood and wanted good barbecue, I would not mind going back to Meat U Anywhere For a good meal. They did have some daily specials that looked amazing and I might go back just to try those

1/2 lb. Tenderloin, brisket, sausage with creamed corn, jalapeño Mac & cheese & fries. Sooooo yummy!!!

Ask the Community - Meat U Anywhere BBQ

How long is the typical wait time on a Saturday around lunch time so 12-1 pm? Thanks

Is it suggested to get a reservation on Friday nights and call ahead?

Better go early because when they sell out they're out for the night. I don't think they give reservations anyway.

I'm flying to to DFW. How bad is traffic via uber to get there from Dfw? Can't wait for a Texas BBQ

You can Uber from DFW to the Grapevine location in 20 mins.

    Can you BYOB or wine?

Yes you can @ both locations! Cheers!

How far is this from the Grapevine mall?

    5-7mins depending on traffic

Are breakfast tacos served all day?

They've always served them all day. Since day one.

The food was served cafeteria style and the seating reminded me of my high school lunchroom. I did not mind the setup; it was just unexpected. The first stop was at the pit master to choose the meat and I made sure to tell him it was my first visit. I got a juicy chopped brisket there. The next stop was where I chose my bread (I again mentioned that it was my first visit) and the person there recommended that I get the jalapeño bun and it was really good. It was not too spicy and added a nice flavor to the sandwich. He also suggested the street corn and the macaroni and cheese and I enjoyed those as well. I had a sprite fountain drink which did not taste that great so I got the sweet tea for my refill and that was really good. All the food was really good and there was plenty for me to take back to the hotel. I liked the fact that they had to-go containers and bags readily available so I didn't have to go back to the register to ask. I didn't try the peach cobbler until a couple days later but it was really good as well. I would definitely dine here if I am in Texas again and I highly recommend this restaurant. Everyone I spoke to was really nice and helpful throughout my visit. There were people walking around and checking on everyone and one disposed of my tray/trash while I was getting a refill and another brought the to-go container and bag to me since I did not see the spot where they were situated. It was a great start to my visit.

The brisket was good, and the ribs were phenomenal. But the best part was the customer service. After hearing I was from out of town, and seeing I had brisket and ribs on my plate, the guy taking my payment said I should try the sausage, so he gave me a plate of sausage on the house. Great service! Then when I was leaving, I said another thank you, and a young lady asked me if I wanted a tour of the smokers and kitchen! So cool! She, Kamy, turned out to be one of the owners. Had a great tour, met the pit boss, and when I told her how much I enjoyed the ribs, she said they make their own rub, and would I like a sample to take home? Of course I said yes, thinking she'd give me a little sample, but she brought out a big ziplock bag ... probably 2 lbs of rub. Amazing! They made such an impression, I went back for lunch the next day as Monday is the day they have burnt ends ... and their maple-chipotle sauce on them made them amazing!
