The brisket was tender and smoky, the pulled pork was excellent, and the bologna was surprisingly one of my favorites. Sides were just as good -- creamy potato salad, fresh coleslaw, and flavorful collard greens. The jalapeño cornbread was also a great touch. You order at the counter when you walk in and they greet you right away. They even ring a bell for first-time customers, which adds a fun, welcoming vibe. Both entrees came with a delicious house made roll and cinnamon butter that we an amazing dessert. I did see a sweet lady handing our Cinnamon Rolls. Was really cool to see it was in the former Old Towne Meat Market location as I used to frequent there about 15 years ago and loved it for what it was. The service and staff at Sullivans are incredibly friendly and attentive. I'll go back just for that reason but the bbq got a solid B- from everyone at our table. Turkey was slightly dry, pulled pork was mid, brisket was serviceable but a tad mushy and overcooked, sausage was good, the sides were all really good. I had collards and fried okra. I read a post that stated these guys deserve to be in the TM Top 50, I'm not sure about that. No one ordered ribs but they did look really good.
