This is my first time going to this location. This was also my first time to a Jasons deli in over a year. I went with a friend and we were able to order pretty quick. I've always liked Jason's deli because it's usually fresh and delicious food It wasn't too crowded, so it wasn't that loud inside. We found a clean table to eat at and enjoyed our meals. This location always does things well. Service is great. We go frequently. I'm glad they are in Grapevine.

Solid, consistent quality, quick lunch or dinner with no fuss. The cashier that took our order was friendly and personable. He got the order right the first time. There were team members cleaning off tables as quickly as a patron finished, and the salad bar was clean and orderly with all of the vegetable options fully stocked. The service gets a A+. The food was its usual good quality, served as though someone took pride in the dishes they made and delivered. We had the following: Broccoli Cheese Soup Chicken Panini : Grilled chicken breast, provolone, pesto aioli, tomato, spinach, sourdough, add onions. The soup was a little runny, but otherwise a very good meal. The sandwich was neatly made and had excellent flavor. Manager's Special: Quarter Ham & Salami Muffaletta and a cup of French Onion Soup. The sandwich was excellent and the soup was traditional and a good choice. We added some hot pepper relish from the salad bar to kick-up the chicken panini. Overall, satisfied. If I could, I would've given 4 1/2 stars. Haven't been here since the Covid lockdown, first time back. The place was busy, but parking spaces were plentiful. The wait in line was reasonably short. However, the wait for a food was quite long. For a sandwich shop, I felt like the pricing was a good value, especially when you figure that it includes all you can eat ice cream... soft serve vanilla, chocolate or twist... and a cone or a cup... with dark chocolate syrup available! We ordered the whole muffuletta, which is slightly less expensive than 2 half muffulettas. They seemed ever so slightly smaller, than I remember... however more than we could eat, so it was OK! I thought I remembered the bun was toasted on the inside and out, however only the outside was slightly toasted... not quite to my liking, would have preferred more toasting. There were no knives or forks available where you get your napkins and such. When they brought out the food, no silverware... so I asked for a knife and fork. The waitress seem confused, but said she would be back. After several minutes, I went up to the counter and ask for a knife and fork. The girl never came back with anything. No one checked to see how we were doing, unlike McAlisters where are you get checked on at least once or twice. If you eaten at any other Jason's the experience is pretty much the same as this one. The salad choices are ok, but not extensive - they offer more soups and sandwiches. The ice cream machine (well. probably ice milk) is a nice touch. It can get crowded around lunch time, so be prepared. read more

This is a pretty decent Jason's Deli. I always just have the salad bar. It can get crowded by there but I haven't really been to one where it doesn't. The drink machines and ice cream machines are usually all by the salad bars in any Jason's I have been in. I love their salad bars for freshness and selection. When I'm in the mood for an all you can eat salad bar this is where I go. I wish they had a few more protein options on the bar but, you can pay extra for chicken if you want. Three words. Peas and Beets. About every few weeks I crave a salad for dinner and I like the make your own salad bar option. I literally put the same 6 things on my salad every time, two of them being peas and beets. I know, it's weird, but I like the sweetness of peas in my salad and I don't recall seeing beets anywhere but here. I always peruse the menu like I'm going to get something else, but in the end, salad it is. I usually get a cup of the broccoli cheddar soup too but tonight I took a walk on the wild side and tried the Maine lobster chowder. Love this location, and when we went to dine-in after they reopened, we were really impressed with the level of customer service we received, as well as the food! Due to Covid, the salad bar has changed, and you fill out a sheet with all of the salad options, and the staff will make it for you. They were very generous with the portions, and we just super nice, y'all. We will always come back to this location when we are in Grapevine. :) read more

Are used to work right pay this Jasons deli and I don't believe I ever came here for lunch or anything before. But today I was meeting some old coworkers in celebration of one of their birthdays and I came here for lunch. I am noticing Jason's deli does a pretty good job of consistency from location to location. This location was no different. They are all set up pretty much the same way with a little variation based on the space that they are in. Pretty much there's a couple cashier stations you go through online and order your food you get a number you go to your table and they bring your food out to you. That is unless you have the salad bar then they hand you a plate and you pretty much bring your own food to your own table. I ordered the chicken on a bun sandwich and it was my first time having it at any Jasons. I have known people that got it and said it is pretty good so I decided to try it. It was really good. The basis of it was a hormone free all natural chicken breast that is grilled on top of a bun with lettuce tomato andA spicy a mayonnaise. I was pretty impressed. The service at this location was prompt and friendly and very efficient. We had a pretty large group and they got our order out together and they were absolutely no mistakes even with all the customizations that people do to sandwiches. This resturant is always on point. Super friendly staff and the resturant is always clean. I have visited this Jason's over the last 10 years and have never had a bad experience. Food is always fresh and cooked just right. My favorite is the salad bar as it offers a variety of veggies and toppings plus it's all organic . They're Chicken salad is the best I've ever had with almond bits and pineapple makes a delicious flavor combination . Kids menu has many options personal favorite is the Penne Pasta and meatballs tangy tomatoe sauce with robust meatballs makes this a kid hit. My dad and I have many to multiple locations all over Texas and this location is by far the worst. I will never be coming back. We arrive and nobody is behind the register when a lady on the food line that was a manager (short dark hair with blonde ends) asked if we needed to order in a not very pleasant manner. Obviously people stand there to order ? She could've taken it very quickly but instead very rudely asked another employee to take it instead. Who also was not pleasant and didn't ask my the right questions. After we go to a table. There's dust on the bricks and the seats look like they haven't been wiped in days. It was not very busy but I counted 10 tables with dirty dishes everywhere we preferred to sit. We decided to move and while getting up the manager lady was behind me and asked if we're moving rudely. I said yes and started walking. I turned around to look for my dad and she gave me the dirtiest look because I stopped. Before I could even sit she started putting our food on the table. I asked her if the tables moved and she didn't even look at me or answer so I said excuse me and asked again and she rudely said yea. Definitely will never be coming back. There hasn't been one time that I have gone there that I was an absolutely delighted and I've been there many many times. I have to tell you I haven't tried much from the menu because I always get the salad bar and it is the best one I have ever seen in my life. They keep it clean they keep it organized and they have free ice cream and free corn bread muffins and free gingerbread muffins. I can't tell you how much I love going there and how much I love eating there and if I can't eat all of my salad I bring it home and I eat every single bit I don't waste one seed. The staff is consistently wonderful the place is consistently clean and to tell you the truth it's one place that I don't ever mind going alone to eat. Anyway she was very friendly even when my dogs were barking up a storm, also earlier than I thought which was a plus! We just rediscovered Jason's. Years ago we would drive to Arlington for their Beefeater French dip.Then twenty some years ago they opened in Grapevine. I guess we stopped going when they tore up the intestate. In our absence, they have expanded the menu. Luckily, our favorites are still available, the Beefeater French Dip and the California Club. The secret to both are the breads; the French bread is perfect, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The croissant for the club is soft and buttery. The salad bar is a treat. It is always clean, well stocked, and inviting. You can add a protein to the salad bar for a small charge. Although I usually get the salad bar, you can order specialty salads, my favorite being the Chef's salad, a traditional chef's salad with your choice of dressing. The broccoli cheese soup is creamy and satisfying. On cold days, their Chili is a tasty, filling selection. It comes with onions and cheddar cheese. The decor is "cafeteria" but clean and well tended. Lunch time can be crowed but the togo line moves right along and I have never had to wait for a seat. read more

Ugg what happened to you Jason's Deli ... this location was the one I went to all the time back in the day and it made my at the time vegetarian little heart so happy! I came back to visit with a friend and her mom and it just wasn't that good ... and the place just didn't really feel all that clean if you catch my drift. Plus we all felt a little funky after coming this most recent time if you catch my drift. I thought only the other location I had been too had gone down hill or that I was just holding the other one to the higher standard I remember this one once was at but it seems all of Jason's Deli's have suffered with age ... even the ones that have remodeled! With more and more healthy quick service options popping up I do hope this place steps up their game as the longer standing group providing healthier options ... but they will need to get their act together before they become the waffle house of healthy places. read more

We had Jason's Deli for a business luncheon today. It was Excellent! I had the ranchero chicken wrap with blue chips and salsa. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of heat and flavor this wrap had. The salsa was also an excellent addition. To dip my wrap in. Some of my co workers had the cashew sandwich and chicken and spinach wraps and raved about them. I can't say enough about the chocolate chip cookie. It deserves a 10+ star all by itself. It taste like a soft cloud of yellow cake and chocolate chips. I think I might go back and by a dozen of them and eat them all in one setting read more
