The servers were nice and had some great recommendations. You could choose to get a bowl, a quesadilla, nachos, or salads,. I love the fact that you can choose from 3 different types of rice, to quinoa or cauliflower rice. They have 2 types of beans. Protein you can choose from steak, chicken, ground beef, ground turkey and shrimp. I love the variety of toppings from cucumber salsa to roasted corn to marinated tomatoes, Brussels sprouts. You name it they have it. Don't get me started on their different dips and salsas. Hubby ordered the chicken quesadilla with a side of Chipotle ranch and roasted salsa on the side. I ordered a bowl with cilantro lime rice. I love how they put fresh cilantro in the rice. I included black beans, steak, roasted corn, Monterey jack and cheddar cheese. I asked for the sour cream and avocado salsa on the side. The restaurant was so nice and clean. Its the perfect place for small groups We got our food to go. The food was so good. The meat has so much flavor and the toppings are nice and fresh.. Chipotle can learn a thing from Branded Bowl.

The food was very tasty, and the staff was very friendly and patient in answering all of our questions. One thing I wasn't a fan of was the amount of plastic used in the bowls where food was stored. I understand this may be a cost-effective way to reduce water usage and the additional resources needed for cleaning, but I do have concerns about potential plastic exposure when it comes into contact with hot food. We do have types of plastic bags which says does not leach chemicals in to food but it still irks me personally. Overall, though, the food and variety make this a good option if you want something new. The ambiance is great, modern, clean, and welcoming, with a relaxed atmosphere that makes it a nice place to sit down and enjoy your meal. The overall setting adds to the experience and makes the restaurant feel comfortable and inviting.

The new has worn off--service and food quality suffer…read more When a brand new store opens, they get lots of support and new staff get great training, typically. Now that this Taco Bell location has been open a while, that's clearly in the rear view mirror! So what's up? -- Well, I typically use the drive-thru lane here. When they opened, they would ask your name so that when you got to the first window to pay, they knew if they had the right order. This last visit, they tried to charge me for the guy behind me who is in the other lane because they stopped asking for names. If I hadn't been paying attention, I would have just paid and ended up with the wrong order. Then they complain about not being able to hear customers--we can't hear them either--because they have some kind of equipment in back making a ton of noise at the drive-thru speakers. The second window where you pick up, your food is worse now too. They used to be all full of smiles, confirmed your food order, and handed it over with care. Now an arm just sticks out the window with a bag. I could probably suffer through the poor service if the food were good. But they've dropped the ball here, too. With today's order, my tacos were loaded in the bag upside down. So when I took my tacos from the bag, there was lettuce, tomato and cheese flying everywhere. Then when I unwrapped them, both tacos had been crushed, with taco shell everywhere. There's simply zero focus on customer experience here. It's likely they promoted people too fast without sufficient training. Then the scaffolding team just left. Disappointingly, this store will likely suffer an unsavory fate. It doesn't have to be this way!

All but the ground meat filling which amounted to about a teaspoon in each taco Ordered inside and saw a menu riddled with bacon and potatoes where Mexican takeout used to be. It's cheaper to double wrap the tacos with a tricked up tortilla or make the item have potatoes of some kind. I get it. Beef is more expensive these days. Look, improve the content and assembly of the food and price it competitively or just CLOSE UP. IM DONE WITH THE BELL FOR GOOD. also... I've seen promo videos showing test kitchens at Taco Bell Corporate. All kinds of new recipes being tested and added to the menu. Adding a wasabi smoothie isn't the reason people trade there. Quality and value for the traditional items will bring people back- just not me.

We ordered a Turkey Salad that had fresh veggies and right amount of protein and crunch to it. The Outlaw Burger had a thick layer of cheese that nicely melted into the thick patty that offered a good spicy flavor. Both portions were generous. Our food tasted fresh and delicious. The girl at the front desk was friendly helping us check out. Our waitress did a great job, stopping by few times to ask, "How's everything Y'all?" I loved the Western Cowboy Theme. Once you step inside, it's as if you stepped back in time to the early cowboys era. Stopped by here y'all and give them a try.

During this time 6 other customers came in, ordered there and got their food before mine. When I asked them about my order they were super rude even tho I was nice and patient with them. They also prioritize the drive thru over the indoor dining so if you go there you will likely be waiting for a while. The staff is all just kids who clearly don't want to be there. He and Kenna made sure that there was ice water on the tables within minutes, that water was a welcome sight for sure. Kenna was spot on taking orders and making sure all our needs were met. The food came out very quickly more so than I would have thought considering the crowd they had. I heard nothing but good things about the food from everyone in our group. I introduced myself to Tye and we talked about Marty B's but he also took the time to fill me in on the other concepts Marty has around the area.
