Andre reassured us that they would fix this, while Ron went above and beyond to contact Uber Eats to procure a new driver. We spoke with Ron and he told us that he's making everything new and fresh for us, and a new driver will deliver it to us soon. He was very apologetic and incredibly personable. We could tell that he cares very much about the customer experience, and it showed. He even threw in two free slices of cake with a handwritten note for us, which was such an incredible gesture. And then, as if that weren't enough, Andre called me the following day, saying that he and Ron wanted to check in with us to make sure we received everything accordingly. Truly ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service. I haven't experienced anything like this in a very, very, very long time. Both Ron and Andre are truly invaluable assets to Portillo's, promoting the Portillo's brand in the best way possible. Portillo's already has excellent food, but pairing that with superior customer service provides for an unforgettable experience, and this location has earned themselves some lifetime loyal customers AND promoters.
