Pretty disappointing experience. The restaurant was basically empty, but we still had to wait way longer than we should have just to get our drinks. They also forgot to give us straws. When they asked what sauces we wanted, we said Chick-fil-A Sauce, Polynesian, and Ranch. We had three meals, but they only gave us one of each sauce, which wasn't enough for everyone. This Chick-fil-a is a little off. First, every time I've ordered the Hash Brown Scramble from the Breakfast Menu, the chicken always tastes dried out. Not sure why that's the case, but that's something I've noticed consistently from this location. Regular menu items are fine. Not really noticing anything off here. This location also does not make use of a mobile order lane, so if placing a mobile order, chose it for carry out; otherwise you will have to wait in the regular line. Not sure why this is the case, but other Chick-fil-a locations do a good job of instituting this. The team here is friendly but it's not as organized as other Chick Fil A operations. The dining room has been newly remodeled and drive thru hours extended to 10pm. Overall, it's a decent Chick-fil-a, but could use improvement. read more

Last straw at this chick-fil-a. Paola is the name on my receipt. There was a manager with glasses assisting her around 6pm. The young lady, not a manager, standing at the drive through menu was nice taking my order. I told her I would go to the window instead of her making the item free, so she wouldn't get in trouble. She was attempting to resolve the situation and be helpful, but I was definitely expecting for the manager to be able to help with redeeming my reward item the correct way. This was not a reward that came from the restaurant. It was a reward I was redeeming from purchasing and earning points. This is not the first time I have had issues here from service to quality. I came directly here after working to get my reward item and a few other items. I have gotten this same item at other Chick-fil-As via reward redemption and standard purchase, and they figure it out. It's a shame I have to drive to Argyle or Roanoke for good service and quality. The two young ladies at the pickup area didn't give not one thought or care into how to put the item into their system. How hard is it to enter a frosted root beer into the system to make sure the "frosted beverage" reward is redeemable? Why are other locations successful at fulfilling requests that Champion Circle Chick-Fil-A can't get right? Why was I given the price to pay for the "frosted beverage" but couldn't redeem my earned reward? Yes, nobody at the drive through window cared. One try, we can't, and this is the price. I just smiled and asked them to cancel it along with the other items I was purchasing. The items were prepared and ready on the tray, and I left them all. Along with this silly parking lot situation, Sandy, Sandy, what's going on? This evening my concerns were too much for just a chick-fil-a survey complaint. My salads are still lacking, they still incorrectly prepare orders and ask you to pull up and wait (which ends up being over 10-20 minutes), many of the workers are not apart of the "my pleasure", "our apologies", or "thank you" Chick-fil-a crew. The quality and care of the food and orders has gone to the lowest. I have even gone inside to order, and it's the worst. My latest on the go biscuit run for my kiddos has been Whataburger, because this Chick-fil-A has screwed us one too many times with cold dry hard biscuits and skimpy contents, including sometimes not including the paid for cheese. I am grateful for the convenience of this location. The speed is unsurpassed and so far I haven't had more issues than not. Sometimes I don't get my sauces, most of the time I do though. I will note, the dining room is NOT opened. And I'm convinced it's because they're saving money by doing so. Don't have to deal with trash bags inside or keeping tables clean, etc. My brother works at another location and he told me that's the word he received from management. It saves them money. Whatever the case, they definitely are able to keep drive thru moving along! I wish I could enjoy a meal inside at a table though. It's just not the same. This place has been open for over a year and I can't believe I've never Yelped it, being as I've been here 1,876 times. Three kids people, don't judge. The owner, Sandy Lamb, is the epitome of what I would want my boss to be. She posts employees birthdays on their social media sites and is usually roaming around BOTH of her locations to check on the customers. I've met her several times, (once in the friggin' drive-thru), she's AWESOME!!! She definitely teaches what she preaches. I think I only had one order that was messed up out of the 1,876 times we've been there and they immediately apologized, gave me a free meal voucher for the next time I came in, AND gave all of my kids free ice cream. I was like dannnnggggg, I kind of wish they would mess up my order more often. Hahaha. I've been to other Chick-fil-a's and they also have great customer service but it doesn't COMPARE to this location. The food is consistently great and I've never had a problem with temperatures or anything like that. I mean, it's still fast food so you either like it or you don't. My fave is the spicy chicken sandwich, but I've been on a salad kick lately which they are also great. I love the kids meals, especially the fruit option. I usually get one kids meal with fries and one with fruit and everybody shares. Also, did you know the books that come in the kid's meals can be redeemed for ice cream cones!! Greatest. Tip. Ever!! It's been years. I tried to give them another chance. I was wrong. They are worse. Apparently for the last few days, they've told me they're out of ice. Really nice visit. I was in the area for an overnight stay on a road trip... The lobby was empty and I got my order hot and fast. The lady that took my order was super friendly. I had the 10 piece chicken mini sandwich thing...it was the bomb!!!! I will definitely order it again!! The small talk with the cashier was pleasant. I also want to point out that the cashier came through the lobby with food that was prepared but was going to get tossed so they gave it away to customers. I thought that was very generous and kind! If in the area again I definitely will swing by. I can't complain about this visit. My order was accurate and was well worth the price. I would love to commend the staff on a job well done. Approximately 2 minutes after they closed a team leader came to our table and informed us that they were closed. I said, "ok?" She said again "we're closed". I said do you want us to leave? She said "yes". I was shocked! We probably needed about 5-10 minutes to finish our meal then we would have left. She was unbelievably rude. Terrible customer service. I will not be supporting this Chil fil a again (and it's the closest one to my house). I placed a mobile order online for a chicken biscuit meal for breakfast. Breakfast was close to ending but I was going to be there before breakfast ended at 10:30 AM. The girl brought my food out and told me last minute (as she was walking away) that they did not have any more hashbrowns and that she gave me fries instead of hashbrowns. She didn't ask me if I was OK with the substitution; she just automatically assumed that I would be OK with it since they didn't have hashbrowns. I politely told her that I did not want fries and that I specifically ordered hashbrowns because that's what I wanted. I asked if I could have a refund for the hashbrowns only and that I would pay for the biscuit and drink since I did receive those things. She told me they could not process refunds since it was a mobile order even though they were out of something that I ordered. She didn't offer an apology or anything. So I literally paid for something that I did not receive. I was livid! I typically do not go to this location, so this experience was eye-opening for me. I agree with the other comments below. Make sure you check your order before pulling away. We live very close by and get Chick-Fil-A regularly. There have been multiple times where they have given me sweet tea instead of unsweet, no sauces (when you order a salad and get home with no dressing, it's very disappointing), and cold fries. Just drive 5 more minutes down the road and go to the Roanoke location. They have got it together there! P.S. it is very disheartening to leave this review because I love Chick-Fil-A so much.
