I usually order through the app but I was driving, so I just ordered at the drive thru. Quick service, tasty food, and friendly at the window! Can't really ask for more! read more

Serving old French fries to customers. I asked the lady that brought my food to me to bring me a fresh order because the ones they tried to serve me were hard & old. This is not the first time this has happened either. You could tell just by looking at them they were old. read more

Whataburger - OLD FRENCH FRIES - Burgers Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

This is not my favorite location. I have officially given up on this location. I have been to this location several times and each time the drive thru has take soooooo long. Then I tried inside thinking it may be a little better than the drive thru.... but I was sadly mistaken read more

Stopped in on a Sunday at 11:15am approx. just plain horrible service. I just ordered an apple juice and fries. The drive thru was full (about 9 cars) and ran inside thinking it should be faster considering it's a quick easy order. Boy was I wrong. It took me 15-20 mins just to get the fries and juice. I had to remind them, and only reason I did this was I noticed there was no one on the drive thru anymore. The employees went walking and playing around. I don't understand how it takes 20 mins for just one fry and juice. Normally this is a 5 min max time ... if the fries have to be fried This just tells you, unless you have time to waste, you're better off just going to another Whataburger. Not a knock on Whataburger but on this locations horrible service. read more

This Whataburger is fantastic. We eat here at least once a week. The service is always outstanding and the food is always great!

The absolute worst Whataburger on the planet!! They couldn't pour "bladder water" out of a boot if the instructions were written on the heel!!! They couldn't get an order straight to save their lives. DON'T GO THERE!! Go somewhere else. You can't fix these folks. You have to give them a star to post a review. We got to fix that on this app as these guys bring HUA disease to a new level. It cost me what $6 to not eat a breakfast bowl - I think I'm getting my money's worth by letting people know this place is totally hoovered up. read more

I entered this establishment to place an order. Stood at the counter for five minutes without any acknowledgment of my existence. In that time several employees had looked me in the eyes but walked past me saying nothing. After several more minutes... I never did place an order. I left after being ignored. I will not beg to give an establishment my hard earned money. read more

Don't understand the hype. They didn't get our order right. I asked for Mustard and was told by cashier they didn't have any. After explaining they put it on their burgers she decided to go back and get a small amount. Fries were cold - Not really impressed. Maybe if I visit another location I may get better service! read more

If you could give zero I would. Recently moved to the area and like the burgers here better than the IN-N-OUT, however this Whataburger is by far the worst fast food place I've experienced. Three out.of three visits food is wrong and the wait crazy. Today I waited 18 minutes in.the drive through with only two cars in front of me. I ordered a Jalapeno cheese burger and a drink. They lost my burger and had to remake it. Finally got it and drove off then took a bite, not.even close to what I ordered. I went in to see the manager, he was too busy to come out. I.asked for a refund and guess what the manager has to do that and he.is.too busy. I called the 800 number they listened to my complaint and gave.me the general managers number, I called and it rang for 3 minutes no answer. My experience is the management makes the company, not here they are too busy Steer clear go anywhere else read more

Whataburger - My wrong order waiting for the no show manager - Burgers Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

Waited in line for 25 min and then when I received my food it was cold. Couldn't eat it. So frustrating

I pulled up to the drive through at 12:01 PM I did not receive my food until 12:33 PM. If I could have pulled out of line I would have. When I open my bag it was someone else's order. Never again. read more

Great staff I appreciate them so much had an amazing experience here and the food is always good.

This has to be the worst customer service from any fast food restaurant. It's the only place where even if you are the only customer in the store (not drive thru, which sucks equally as bad) where you can spend 7-10 minutes without anyone getting your order, asking if you are waiting on pick up, etc. Honestly it's quite impressive how bad it is. If I could give it a 0 star review I would. The only saving grace is that the menu has some good options. Outside of that, this place is trash. Chickfila next door can serve 10 maybe 12 people for every 1 that gets served here. Trash. Awful. Just be better. read more

We made a late night run after flying in from New York. Got a #1 with cheese, mayo no mustard and a #4. Three cars were ahead of us in the drive through and it took several minutes once we reached the window. Worth the wait! The attendant was clean, in uniform, and friendly. She explained they made fresh French fries for us. They were hot and great. Perfect nighttime meal. read more

Me and my dad ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 fries (Basic meals) waited for 20+ minutes, and when they gave us our food 30secs after talking to them, we walked out and go in the car and checked and they missed an entire sandwich!! Blew my mind, cuz I love Whataburger, but wow read more

Ok WHATaburger. We just moved to the area and I never loved whataburger but it's probably because I haven't tried this place. The past two times we came the fries were fresh and well seasoned to my taste. Consistency is important for me so I hope I can safely assume the fries will be good here lol. (The other location I would go to would be so bland). The burgers were also good. My only complaint is last time we came, they forgot the gravy for my boyfriend's chicken tender order. :( luckily it wasn't mine but I still felt bad for him lol. Drive thru experience was fine. (Both times we came at night. One at 2am Saturday and Monday 8pm) read more

Best whataburger I've ever been to me in my life. Counter waitress with black hair was the nicest woman ever. Really awesome great vibes

Very poor customer service! If I could give ZERO stars I would! Female employee working drive through repeated my order incorrectly 2x. I kindly repeated my order again which included a sweet tea... she then asked me again 3x for my my drink order.... So I raised my voice because evidently she couldn't hear me. Then she told me I didn't have to yell.... In which I replied, well you didn't hear me the last 3x so what would you like me to do, then she got rude with us...so needless to say we backed up and took our business elsewhere, after all I didn't feel like having any extra ingredients in my food! Never again! read more

I'm not sure why this store has bad reviews. We've been here a half a dozen times in the last month and the food has always been freshly cooked, hot and tasty. The staff is friendly. It is one of the few places that is fully staffed. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I don't eat Whataburger but my kids like it so we go every once in awhile. The drive thru lane is the slowest thing I've ever saw. Workers aren't polite. Food isn't that great. Y'all should take notes from the cfa next door. The line there moves like lightning compared to your line! You have TWO lanes but make all the cars squeeze in ONE! Ridiculous. Made it to the window after almost an hour and they didn't even have a record of my son's order. They listed off other people's orders and we finally just had to reorder at the window. read more

Whataburger - a view of a gas station at night - Burgers Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

Let me first say, I am a huge Whataburger fan. I love their food. We usually are ordering for 4 and most times nothing too crazy on the order. EVERY single time I have gotten food here at this location there is a mistake. Most times 2-3 mistakes. I have complained to corporate on this one. from cold food, smashed food, missing items, wrong items, added things requested removed, everything. I have tried about a dozen times to see if they can get it together but no more. Absolutely the WORST Whataburger in Texas. By Far. read more

Whataburger - Busy front of whata - Burgers Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

The worst time management ever! They basically neglected the outside lane Of the double drive thru. Most likely bc the inside drive thru lane is on a timer of how fast they need to serve. Even taking order at the speaker box, they skipped us and took two orders at the other box before jumping back to us. Terrible way to do business if you can't handle two drive thru lanes. read more

This staff is the dumbest bunch of kids, ever. I had to return 3 times because they COULD NOT get a #2 w/cheese and mayo only correct. Kids in the back laughing. Making fun of the customers under the breathe. This place sucks. You're better off driving to the one near Southlake. read more

Poor customer service! This visit was supposed to be in and out, but instead I was standing around for 20 minutes waiting for my order. I was ignored and skipped by so many others who came after I checked in at the front. Not to mention, the girl at the front said she couldn't check on the status of my order but went back multiple times for other reasons . Finally, it was extremely frustrating watching Tyler check in with everyone else about their order except mine. I love Whataburger, but this location was not it. read more

Had an online app order at 2:10 a.m. Chose to pick up via drive through because I wasn't sure if the lobby was open at that early hour. When I got in line at the drive through it was just me and another car that was in front of me. I was thinking it should be quick since all I had was one food item and the one other car. Well, that wasn't the case. Had to be at least 15 minutes for that one car to get his food. I left the drive thru at 2:31 and on my receipt it shows the food was prepared at 2:14. When I finally made it to the window, I asked why on earth they didn't have the car ahead of me pull up and bring out their food to them?? Was told by Savanna the manager, that it was dark outside and they aren't allowed out after dark. So at that pace they can serve approximately 4 cars an hour. Seriously?? This location is super SLOW. read more

I ordered on the app to ensure no mistakes were made on my order but I guess this location just doesn't care about making sure the customers get what they pay for. I called after returning home without the food I paid for And they told me they couldn't do anything due to the order being on the app and that I have to handle there. I reached out to the customer service section of the app and it said I will get a reply within 3-5 business days really killed my mood considering no one was able to help me and I am still sitting at home still hungry except now with $12 less than I had before ordering. I should've went to Taco Bell read more

My favorite thing: employees complaining there aren't enough employees and that's why it's taking 50 minutes to serve food to the dining room. Holy Jesus H. Christ. 50 minutes. I can literally walk to a grocery store, but beef patties, walk them BACK to this Whataburger, cook them, forget the cheese, walk BACK to a grocery store, pick up the cheese, get it back to the Whataburger, melt the cheese on the burger, skin and cut potatoes, fry the potatoes, bake the buns, and pour a Dr. Pepper, as well as write this review in the time it took them to STILL not have made my food. But they have time to gripe about their hard night as well. Someone could get rich running a Whataburger that didn't suck harder than a Dyson. And why is this review so long? Because I'm bored AND STILL WAITING ON MY G.D. FOOD. read more

If I could give this location zero stars I would. This location is always a hit more miss (mostly miss) on getting any good service . I usually don't leave bad reviews but this morning just pushed me to finally do it for this specific location. This morning my husband and I went to grab some breakfast before we headed to the airport. Pulled up in the drive through and sat there with no one attempting to take our order . The person in front of us had been helped then I look over and the people who came AFTER us at the other drive through had been helped and were moving along. We got out of the carline and my husband figured maybe that side wasn't working so he parked and walked in. He asked the customers standing around if they had been helped and each of them told him 'no' so we ended up leaving. read more

Incredibly slow service. Took almost 30 minutes to get my food. Food was good, nothing special.

This place sucks. It's 11:27. I pulled in the line at 11. No one came to the intercom, no one came outside. It's just a line. So I decide to go in. There is a line of pipe inside and the employees just ignore us. The manager is walking about like an idiot with his head down. The employee, a woman, looked at us and just continued talking? Seriously? Forget this place. All I wanted was fries and some water but I didn't know I had to fight someone for that. It's late at night, the place is dirty, the employees couldn't care less and at this point---I don't care either. Don't waste your time. read more

EVERYTIME my daughter gets food here the order is wrong. She doesn't want to complain, but management should know what a substandard job the employees are doing here. I certainly won't be giving them any of MY MONEY. If it happens every time, I'm sure it happens to most customers. Ridiculous. Fast food is out of control with prices and substandard food. read more

Single worst Whataburger I've ever been to. You shouldn't have to spend 30+ minutes in a drive-thru to get a burger, ever. The outside lane is the worst idea for this location. It never moves. I say this as I sit here in the outside lane for going on 10 minutes, and I haven't moved at all, AND I haven't even placed my order yet. Hire more people, how a manager who can streamline this a little bit, do SOMETHING. read more
