We were a bit surprised it didn't present like a cheesesteak sandwich just placed on fries instead of bread. While we were eating, the staff and manager came out to see how things where. We told him all was really good but we were surprise the way the fries presented and really expected basically same as the sandwich just on top of the fries. The manager and a staff member saw that it was just an error. They made us an order to-go to make up for the error. It was a nice gesture and we really appreciated being heard. So far, none of the prior business have stayed in this location. We are hopeful Big Daddy's will stay and flourish. We will return and suggest others give them a try.
