I started the coffee subscription because I figured it is worth it to get good coffee and a decent cup of fruit or something on my way to work. All I ever get is a coffee and a fruit cup or pastry. I always order 10 min before I leave my house and I'm 5 min away but every time I have shown up it is NEVER ready. I don't know how it takes 15 - 20 min to pour a coffee and grab a pastry but this always happens. The store is always empty might I add so it's not like they are busy. My most recent purchase was the same problem. I told the girl working there to cancel my order and she did but when I asked if I will be refunded she had no idea. So I guess I'm just going to watch my account for a $3 order to be refunded. I hope this location fixes this problem or retrains because I love the subscription idea but this location is ruining it for me. read more

We visited this Panera while driving through Dallas hoping for a quick breakfast and we ended up waiting 30 minutes. Ultimately, our order was forgotten which lead to the long delay, however the real issue was the manager failing to reach out and provide any explanation. Came here for dinner with my daughter. The food was very much what one expects from Panera, nothing amazing, nor was it bad. Pretty run-of-the-mill for this chain. What I cannot get over is the crazy amount of dirty tables that needed attention. No joke, the restaurant had maybe 4 parties dining in it, yet we had to walk the place a couple of times to try to find a table that didn't need to be bused. It was gross. They weren't even busy...employees stood around behind the counter talking instead of cleaning up. It was as if the manager took the day off and left the children home alone. This Panera Bread has the friendliest staff. Everytime I go in I use my member card and seems like something is free. The food is always good. The bread here is awesome. I love getting a tuna sandwich on sour dough and turkey chili . The chili is healthy and has a nice kick!! For my free birthday dessert I decided to try their cinnamon coffee cake.I found the cake very dry not sure if I would ever buy this again. I also tried their turkey avocado BLT On sourdough, it wasn't excellent sandwich.I would order the sandwich again. WOW. Panera has REALLY gone downhill. I ordered a turkey, apple, cheddar in the drive thru along with a large drink. IT COST ME EIGHTEEN DOLLARS!! Jfc, I can make at least 3 turkey sammies at home for that! Also, good thing I checked the order before driving off - My sandwich had NO turkey! I walked inside to have it corrected and they refunded me as well, thank god. But after taking a bite of the sandwich it was obviously SUCH poor quality. This is probably one of my favorite places to eat, but tonight was horrible. The soup was ice cold and the sandwich was so hot I couldn't eat it. The staff was not friendly and they were out of multiple breads for the sandwiches. I hate places who offer delivery and then fail in some aspect, causing unnecessary hunger for me. Do not offer delivery if you cannot deliver on time. 30 minutes past the delivery time, the driver comes into my driveway and then begins to leave before I can open the door. Literally as I'm opening my front door, the driver is just driving away while staring at me. My phone now says my order has been delivered but no one delivered my food. I called the location and after being put on hold, a manager came on to say the driver/general manager received notification my order was cancelled upon arrival and they left. Obviously, I didn't cancel, since the Panera app said it was delivered, even though my food wasn't. The manager on the phone said they'd remake it (since I complained how it was obviously cold now) and bring it out but why would I still voluntarily wait after they failed to deliver my order at all. They still wanted me to pay after the worst customer service ever and I had to decline the second chance they wanted in order to get a refund. Unfortunately, this series of events is going to cause me to dine/order from anywhere else in the future. read more

This is the first Panera I've been to that doesn't have plugs near any tables. Bummer because I like to work in cafes and this one is not good for that. Ordered a latte that was burnt and the only dairy substitute they have is almond milk which is terrible in coffee. :/ also ordered oatmeal which was good but they put sugar all over top instead of on the side. I'm a food critic. The food they served is very good, rich on flavor. But, the prices are very high for the amount of serving. An example, I ordered a cup of broccoli and cheese soup with a salad, no drink, spent around $15.00. Personally, I consider that is too expensive. They are other fast food restaurants that can compete, prices are affordable and they served better portions for lesser price. I'll give only *** stars. My 87 year old mother is trying to shelter in place - COVID-19. However, she truly loves your broccoli soup and cinnamon bagels. She called the closest location to her and requested a delivery to be made to her house. However, unfortunately, her residence is out of the delivery area. The kind person who was taking her order (via telephone) made an exception and my mom had her piping hot broccoli soup and bagels delivered to her home within 30 minutes of placing her order! Ordered the bacon tomato grilled cheese sandwich via the drive thru. Went straight home, the bread was not grilled at all but the cheese was completely melted into the bread. Made me think they microwaved it. The sandwich looked nothing like the picture where it looked well toasted and cheesy. I ended up adding a piece of cheese and grilling it myself. Called the manager with no intent of getting a freebie, I just want it fixed. Was told they don't use the panini press anymore for grilled sandwiches which is why it was not toasted? LOVE Panera, hate this location. It's dirty - there is always a bunch of liquid on the counter around the drinks, the tables are often dirty, etc. Ordered a panini and clam chowder tonight... The panini came ice cold -- as in they took it from a refrigerator and put it on a plate and served it... the cheese wasn't melted or anything. So I told the girl walking around passing out the food and she offered to bring another. Second one comes out and it's warmER (not warm) to the touch and ice cold in the middle. It's obvious that these are pre-made and warmed up - not fresh -- and clearly they don't have a concept of a warm panini. Any other panera location serves this thing piping hot and it's amazing... First time at Panera Bread. I was so disappointed in my sandwich. I had the turkey with cranberry sauce on flatbread. I got it to go & if I would have eaten in I would have demanded my money back. First off, the flat bread was super dry & hard. Inside was even worse. There was a couple of small pieces of what seemed to be chicken. Maybe it was turkey, I still don't know! I had to break off most of the bread to get to the meat. There was hardly anything in it. To make matters worse this place is so over priced. Jason's Deli has a scrumptious turkey cranberry sandwich on whole grain bread with all the fixings. I don't mind spending on a great sandwich but this one was less than zero. My sister and I went in at about 8:30 PM for a to-go order. We placed our order and waited at the to-go counter for our dinner. The girl requested that someone bring her a baguette and the young man proceeded to bring her one for our orders. The young man placed the baguette across his arms since he was not wearing gloves and did not want to touch it. He didn't realize that across his arms was touching it. The young lady commented to the young man and said "that is not sanitary" she then broke off the bread and placed it in our bags. If she knew it wasn't sanitary she should not have proceeded to serve the food. We discarded the baguettes from our bags and left the restaurant without saying a word. Huge portions! Mac n cheese side was OK. The first time I was here I ordered a turkey sandwich it was big but it didn't have any condiments of any kind on it. Nothing. It was totally dry. The huge pieces of bread they slapped the meat in between made it even harder to swallow, but hey, with a little mayo or other dressing it would have been fine. The next time I went I ordered a Cobb salad. It was so big and delish! It had juicy grilled chicken, avocado and other fresh veggies. I will definitely be back to try their other salads. The rest of the menu seems to be not so much for the calorie conscious with their yummy looking grilled sandwiches and the mouth watering deserts they have on display. The bowls of soup are big and be prepared to have a side of bread with almost everything. You can even have your soup served in a bread bowl. I don't know if this is the norm, but I had a side of bread with my bread bowl of soup. This is a good, solid place to eat. Lots of choices and the smoothies are even good and a bit unique compared to the usual run of the mill smoothie places such a Frulatti. I can see myself visiting this place ever so often especially since it is just right down the road. The only negative thing is that this place is busy. It is in a strip center literally right beside Walmart. There are at least four other restraunts within 1000 feet of this place. Panera is a great place to go if you're wanting a sandwich, salad, or soup for lunch. Those are the main things on the menu, plus their bakery items. They have numerous options of sandwich, salads, and soups so I'm sure you'll find something you like. It's a great go to for something last minute as well because they make it SO EASY for you. Their tasty options, quick service and prompt delivery (literally and figurately) are why I gave them a 4 star rating. You can do "Rapid Pick Up" by ordering on line and can have it ready within 10 minutes. This is a great feature if you want to make the order (and pay online) right before heading out of the door. You can still utilize "Rapid Pick Up" if you don't have such a short window. They allow you to denote what day and time you want to set it to. They also have a fast ordering kiosk option. Although this location isn't the busiest at lunch, and I have seen the cashiers just waiting to take orders. If an establishment is slow then it's all the same in regards to ordering with the cashier vs. fast kiosk option. I have liked everything I have ever ordered (with some customizations), except for one (1) thing. Their "Lentil Quinoa Bowl with Cage-Free Egg" is NOT GOOD. They use the miso soup base for all of their broth bowls and it was NOT GOOD, so I can only assume the rest of it won't be good. So for those who don't like healthy items, it was not good because of the broth, not the healthy ingredients. Frankly, you could not taste anything but the way too vinegary broth. BLEH! Well start with their DRINKS. I found their coffee to not be anything too amazing, but it's always fresh and available (even during lunch time). Their "Frozen Caramel Coffee Blend" is SOOO AMAZING. Much better than those Frappucinos at Starbucks. Their "Iced Green Tea" (with papaya and passion fruit) is also VERY GOOD IN FLAVOR. But one thing I don't understand about the drink is that it kind of leaves a waxy feeling on your tongue, as if your tongue just got coated with something. I'm not allergic to any of the ingredients so I'm not sure what causes it. But I'll still get it haha. Their "Mango Iced Tea" is not mango-y at all. If I had not filled my cup myself, I would not know why it was denoted as mango. All of their teas are made unsweeted, so you are left sweetening it yourself with sugar or their no calorie sweetener packets. They have a "Hibiscus Iced Tea" as well that is light in flavor despite it's pretty coloring. I don't necessarily consider this a bad thing though. Soup, Salads, and Sandwiches. I'll make this easy and list exactly what I order and like. 1. Broccoli Cheddar Soup (can't go wrong, can get it in a bread bowl) 2. Garden Vegetable (2nd to the Broccoli Cheddar soup) 3. Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich (savor & sweet, but I have not ordered this since I heard that the chicken used is left over chicken) 4. Tomato Mozzarella Flat Bread (much greasier than expected but tasty) 5. Rolls and breads with entrees are good with butter (fluffy) 6. Chicken Cesar Salad (classic) 7. Greek Salad (I leave the raw onions & olives off, don't like raw onions nor olives) 8. Chicken Cobb [or with Avocado] (I leave the Gorgonzola off, one of my least favorite cheeses) 9. Pastry Ring (catering order, good but not practical to eat) 10. Muffins (get these instead of their scones, scones are super dry) 11. first off let me just say. i've been getting my iced coffee literally every morning from Panera. it's never the best service, but it's never been as bad as it was today. i pulled thru the drive thru at 7a on the dot to pick up a mobile order and was met with the rudest girl i've ever met. i politely said "hi i'm here to pick up an order" which was met with her rolling her eyes at me and saying "we're closed i don't have your order" i replied and said that the sign says they open at 7 and it's 7a, a couple minutes after by now. She responded "hey listen i don't have your mobile order so just like i don know maybe your clock is wrong because we're obviously closed" I WILL NOT BE RETURNING i asked for a refund then on my mobile order which was met with "how many times do i have to tell you? are you deaf or stupid? WE ARE CLOSED!" seriously panera?? fire this employee or teach them some manners for gods sake read more
