Jimmy's Burgers and Pizza is SO good. Like... immediately five stars. First off, I love that it's not a chain. It really feels like one of those little hole-in-the-wall spots for the community, and we needed this. You can tell it's something special as soon as you walk in. The customer service was great too!!! Friendly, welcoming, just all around a good experience from start to finish. I think they may have some kinks to work out with their online people ordering system, but they've only been open for a hot minute so I'll give them grace there. The food? Amazing. The pizza was phenomenal, and they have so many flavor options I already know we're going to be back trying something new every time. We brought ours home and it still hit. The burgers were so good, and those shoestring onions on top? So good and I don't even usually eat onions on my burger like that. The FRIES!!!! Seasoned, battered and also really good! My sons said the shakes were a win too. I literally texted my mom while we were eating like "we finally have a burger AND pizza spot," and she was just as excited. That's how you know it's a big deal LOL!!!! Between the prices, the quality, and the service, this is easily about to be a regular spot for us. Came over to Jimmy's based on a number of recommendations. My husband went to put in the order and there was some back and forth with confusion. Due to some dietary constraints due to family members having issues digesting certain proteins ...so when a business offers two different kinds of pepperoni or bacon but both ring up as just pepperoni or bacon it could come out wrong. Over heading the back and forth I said let's not risk it and come back another time. We ended up with someone following us to the car to still put in the orde which was kind; but scared me as I hadn't seen them walk up and all of a sudden having someone keeping my spouces door open. A family member ended up picking food up there for the group of us and it was ok. I just don't know if I would go back after that initial visit; only if someone else really wants to go. read more

I asked the gentleman at the order counter and of course he was no help..lol The Cure was playing on the radio, I knew whatever I ordered, it would be the cure for my hunger! I settled in on the Meat Lovers Pizza. I ordered a small, and honestly it would have been enough for 2 people. No complaints about the ingredients, there were plenty of them and they were of good quality. Overall they came together for what I would describe as a very good pizza. This place gets 5 stars across the board! Came here for lunch with my boss because he said the wings were great. They are the kind that I like that don't have any breading, and these weren't fried. I for the hot honey flavor and they were delicious. He ordered the pepperoni Alfredo pizza and it smelled and looked amazing. The service here was incredible. Generous sizes! so wanted this to be a great experience but sadly the pizza was so overcooked that the crust was very dark and crunchy. I think this could be amazing given a better baking day. I tried the double burger medium combo. Burger was small and flat. I think they used "smash burger" patties which means they are thin. It was great and sloppy. A lot of fries in the basket but they were not hot or fresh and had a batter coating in them. It was ready in less than 2 mins. $12.98 with tax. We tried the Jimmy's Burger Combo and the small (10") Original Brooklyn Crust Buffalo Chicken, one soda fountain Powerade and a water. Burger was reasonable sized, but on juicy side. Fries were decent, not greasy. Tallow fried. The Brooklyn Crust was good but a bit thicker than found in the NYC burrough. The sauce was a cream cheese and buffalo sauce. First time at Jimmys! They had a steady flow of business but I didn't feel like it took forever for our food and everything came out hot. We got burgers and while they were good the single are on the smaller size which was perfect for me. We also got the cheese bread and it came out about 12in and it was very yummy. One downside they didn't have a changing table in either men's or women's . The dessert pizza was very interesting. They have plenty of seats inside and a table and drive through. read more

My wife and I ordered the Garlic Truffle Fries which were good a bit greasy but still good! I ordered the Perfect burger which was tasty it needed a bit more of the garlic aoli sauce. My wife got the Big Tex Burger it needed a bit more seasoning was a little dry it also could have used a bit more BBQ sauce. Jimmy's burger is new favorite is the Colleyville / Hurst area. The Jimmy Burgers was great, hot & juicy - staff is friendly & attentive. Service excellent. There are a few good burgers on 26 between Hurst & Grapevine, this one is on top tier. Pizzas looked great, we'll try that next time. read more

Food is just ok. This was my 2nd time coming and using the r drive thru. The man who took my order was nice but there was a 2nd man on the speaker as well that I could hear as well. As I started to place my order my autistic son started to make loud noises and the 2nd man starts to annoyed and loudly said OH NOOOOO UH UHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! As I try to calm my now over stimulated autistic child, I continue to ask questions about the fries before the 1st man could answer the 2nd sighs really loud and says ok no. The 1st man give his recommendations and I pull forward. I get to the window and I can clearly tell the man at the window was the 2nd guy on the speaker.
