This place is pretty terrible. Actually...awful.I am a frequent Panera customer (for years) and it is my go to for lunch while working. I am almost always satisfied with my experience and I have it multiple times a week. This Panera location, however, is possibly one of worst food establishments running. I live close, have a baby, anf it has a drive thru...I was ecstatic when they opened. I would say that I have come here over 50 times since they have opened and I would estimate that they have gotten my order correct MAYBE twice (that might be generous). In the event that I got what I actually ordered- it does not taste the same as any other location, it is missing ingredients, prepared incorrectly...or I wait 15 minutes (or longer) for it. I have even gone inside many times thinking perhaps it is just a busy drive thru issue...this was enlightening as I was able to see firsthand that it is just poorly run. It is messy, the staff are socializing and not paying attention to customers, the wait has always been at least 15-20 minutes, etc. I am shocked because I LOVE Panera and it is usually such a well run and enjoyable place to visit. I am so disappointed with this location and it has led me to go elsewhere. I have waited a long time to write this review hoping it would get better. Now I just hope that someone comes in and reconfigures things soon. read more

Just came here today, it was super good and all the ingredients were fresh! The service was very good as well. I really enjoyed the fact that the buzzer they give you to get your food, when you put it face up on the table, it has a sensor so the employee knows which table to bring it. Really tech savy! This will be my go-to panera! Love it! read more

Everything was fine this evening. But I was quite surprise with today's service. However there was one person that really stuck out to me and it was a driver wearing a orange shirt. It's crazy how a driver can give you an amazing experience. I think his name was Carl or Carlos. Anyway Nice kid and I will definitely come back because of his experience. read more

Never coming back to this location. Waiting 10 mins for egg-cheese-bacon sandwich at a drive through with no one in front of me or behind me. I ordered a Caesar salad... apparently you have to purchase the dressing separately. I literally received a box of lettuce and croutons. When people purchase salad they typically assume dressing is included, at least a warning would have been nice. read more

have had a couple bad experiences with panera, but decided to give them another try. i ordered food tonight and it said it would be here between 6:43 and 6:53. i get a message at 6:53 that my order is out for delivery. when i go to track my order it just has a loading sign and says will notify me when on way. it is now 7:45 my food is not here. not the drivers fault, but maybe panera should learn better time management. Panera is always my go to for fast, good food. I love the soups here and always order the "you pick 2". I really like that they now bring the food out to you rather than you having to wait for it. The bread is always fresh and delicious and I really enjoy their food. read more

Usually gets the order wrong, sad to say. Something has been amiss 4 of 5 times getting takeout from the quick pick up orders. Whoever is checking the bags before they go to the window are not doing it well so now I have to go over each thing before I leave because I don't trust that the order was checked thoroughly. I usually do not write a review and a poor one at that, but this was one of the most brain melting experiences of my life. The staff at clark, specifically the associate trainer did not know how to order the bagel pack to carry out. She went to the manager because apparently people do not order that. This ordering process took 10 min at which point we waited another 20 min to have the bagels packed. We were handed the bag which did not have bagels in it and the staff went looking for the bagels. On top of all this they got our breakfast sandwiches wrong but we did not feel comfortable complaining to the staff were not even able to process an order of bagels at a breadshop. read more

I love Panera, but this location sucks. First time I was here I found it odd that they would go and ask every table if they ordered whatever they were delivering. They use the table tracker system, why is this an issue? This time, currently here now, ordered 30 mins ago and they just realized that I didn't have my food. They asked what I had and said oh yea that's sitting in the back I'll get it. Plus they messed up three orders at the table next to me. And they still are asking every table what hey had to eat because the trackers aren't working I suppose. read more

What a ripoff! I ordered a tuna sandwich, but they appeared to forget the tuna. There was literally (or barely ) a tablespoon of tuna on a whole tuna sandwich. Panera bread is the right name because it was just bread! They have got to be kidding for $6.89. Never again. read more

First off, I love Panera so when one opened up down the road from me I was stoked. Then it's super confusing when the staff do not know what they are doing. There's no beverage counter like regular paneras, so when I waited to get my smoothie (ya know so it doesn't melt by the time all the food is done) they yell at me it isn't mine. Oh shit my bad, I step back and wait, they shout at each other for a bit then tell me oh it IS MINE but I'm suppose to wait and they will bring it to me... So in suppose to wait another 5 minutes for a partially frozen smoothie as it sits next to my hot soup?... Then the girl is back starts bad mouthing an order calling it weird that someone wants a tuna sandwich toasted. (Um tuna melt anyone?...) I laugh knowing that it's my dad's order they are making fun of. Good to know this new staff respects their customers. To top it off the girl then calls out order names instead of bringing to the table sometimes... Very confusing. In the end I got cold soup too. :( I rly want to like this Panera,but they need to actually train this staff and teach them manners. read more

Normally I really like this place but damn, is it so hard to get a chai latte order right? So many times I have ordered this and they add espresso, even when I say not to. Chai lattes don't get espresso unless you request espresso to be added. I know it's a small thing, but come on. Get it right and stop messing it up so much. read more

There is one gentleman on drive thru that always remembers me coming on the weekends in the mornings, he wears big rimmed glasses...i think his name is Artie. I have been here twice. The first time my breakfast sandwich was served wet. When we told the server he said don't worry it's just water. Second time I went they didn't make the order correctly and the bread was half the size of a normal sandwich. They didn't apologize but remade my sandwich and gave me a cookie. The cookie had a hair in the bag it was served in. I really wanted to like this Panera but it looks like I'll stick to other locations. The staff here are remarkably unconcerned about their customers. They are generally unresponsive at the microphone, and the man who gave me u bag didn't even look at me, instead whisking out his window in my direction as he laughed with his friends. Also, I Don't expect a 3-minute return, but each order seems to take at least 6-7 minutes. read more

I would like to come here regularly but today when I came they were severely understaffed. It is Labor Day and the area around the coffee pots is dirty and messy. I hope the management sees this review and makes this place as nice as it was when they first opened. I really wanted to write a good review since my overall experience from Panera has been good, but not at this location. People are not that friendly and there's a weird vibe like we're a burden and employees are doing us a favor. I've had my food thrown out and my table taken when I got up for 2 seconds to walk 3 feet to another table. And today I ordered what I always order, the romaine and kale chicken ceasar salad with chips, and the girl (who seemed like she really didn't want to be there so probably didn't pay attention) put my order to go when I clearly stated that I wanted for here. The guy came to my table with my order in a to go bag, so I told him that I ordered for here so he gave me a plate and utensils to throw my salad in the bowl. They gave me a roll instead of chips (I'm allergic to gluten) and salad had no parmesan crisps. They clearly don't want my business, so I will not be returning here. Sorry Clark Panera read more

I'm currently here as I write this review. My family and I have come her multiple times and today is the worst visit ever. My wife just asked for extra bread and the server said sure, comes back a minute later and says actually you can't have extra and that you have to pay for it. We have never paid for extra bread, in fact last time we asked the manager told me to continue eating and he would bring us more bread. Today my sandwich was horrible, no meat and no sauce. Not only was my sandwich made sloppy my sons sandwich was as well. I guess I will do business elsewhere. read more

Food is as good as any other Panera. It's the service that sets it apart, and sadly, not in a good way. We've tried this particular Panera on 2 separate occasions and the drive thru service has been so off. Out of the 5 things we ordered this past time only 1 was right. We even took a quick glance before we left. This is so disappointing b/c we love Panera and the drive thru makes for easy weeknight meals. I write very, very few reviews about restaurants. Maybe 3 in my life. So if I write one, it must be about something really good or really bad. Unfortunately, this is a bad one. I've been to this Panera twice, and both times, at least one member of the staff was incredibly rude. During the first visit, I was waiting at my table (near the kitchen) for my food, and I could actually hear the staff making fun of how to say my name after seeing it on the receipt. I couldn't believe my hears, but I let it go, just blaming it on the fact that they were immature teenagers. During my second visit, I waited at the counter for over 5 minutes before anyone took my order or even acknowledged my existence. They were all walking around doing God knows what, and none of them had the courtesy to say, "We"ll be right with you." Mind you, it was 8:45am, and the only other customer in the place was already seated. I ordered the steal cut quinoa oatmeal (which, admittedly, was delicious). Again while I was waiting at the same table, I could hear a staff member in the kitchen say, "I hate making that oatmeal. And it's disgusting." Very unprofessional. While the food is great, unless this place shapes up its staff, I will not return. Shame on you, Panera. read more

This location is ridiculous, we've given them months to settle in and hire the best staff, however the wait and mistakes continue. New location opens with skepticism of the ability to maintain the Panera Bread's image. The aesthetics of the inside and outside of the building breathtaking. The front end staff should be retrained with the exception of one customer oriented cashier by the name of Caroline. She embodied someone you would want to greet you upon entering a restaurant. With a smile she greeted me and patiently answered my question. She offered a sample of a new soup on the menu. As she left to obtain the soup. I asked the other cashier a question and through my peripheral vision I saw her rolling her eyes. Then another young lady abruptly came to the register in an angry manner and jerker her apparent register card in the swipe mechanism and left as abruptly ad she appeared. I was thankful for Caroline's return. My soup was brought to my table by cheerful fellow as happy as he mad me, it was short live by a nasty food crusted spoon. The young man I alerted was quite pleasant. The soup was tasty but my initial interacts at the counter tainted this experience. read more

I love the food at Panera Bread and how they give to the community. I placed an online order for pick up. I picked up the order through the drive through and when I returned home half the order was missing. I returned to Panera Bread drive thru and picked up the remainder of my order. This time I checked the order before puling away from the window. The 4 cookies and 2 scones I ordered were loose at the bottom of the bag, with the bread and chips on top of the cookies. I would expect each item to be bagged separately and then put in a larger bag. This is done by fast food restaurants like Mc Donalds and Wendys so I would expect the same from A Panera Bread. The cookies (which were 4 different types) were stuck together and slightly crushed. When I complained the staff then took those desserts and wrapped them individually and put them in another bag. The manager handed me the bag asking if I was the one who had the pastry order. I spoke with the manager and cancelled the order. He seemed more concerned with getting me out of the drive thru than hearing about my problem. Unfortunately this is not the first time the drive thru incorrectly filled my order. Great lunches and beverages but their breakfast sandwiches are a royal rip-off! Basically nothing but carb, so almost no real nutrition. Bacon and egg ingredients so small you almost can't find them buried in all the bread, and you surely can't taste them. Go somewhere else if you want breakfast food! read more
