We ordered two subs through a third party delivery app. When the delivery arrived there was only one sub. On the attached ticket, there was only one sub. When we looked in the app, it said the bologna sub had been removed. So I called the store. The person who answered the phone first said he didn't know what I was talking about because he "didn't even know the name on the order." (It was a bit smart-assy...) When I told him the name, I was still spelling it when he interrupted and said "oh we ran out of bologna so we just took it off the order." The cost of the sub was removed as well. But what type of business practice/customer service is it to remove part of an order without calling to offer a replacement? Subs & Co. has officially lost a customer. read more

This place is a sandwich place. Offering varieties of sandwiches. The most popular sandwich it is called "smoking buffalo" it reminds me of "sandwich station" around the same area but they call it "smoking cowboy" it's really good. Subs & co it's clean and the staff were friendly. Parking area is huge but in wknds it's hard to find as xperience bar lounge it's next door. Also they have chips and bottle soft drinks. I would like for them to put a coffee/tea station. I see lots of customers that grabs and go. But they do have plenty of seatings. Come and try this local place. read more

I got a sub on a wrap with the works for takeout. I thought that the wrap was filling, and there were sufficient toppings and meat. Because it was a take out order I can't really speak to the service or ambiance but overall I was happy with my wrap. The only thing I thought it was missing was a little bit more oregano. read more

Subs & Co. has officially ruined every other BLT for me--in the best way possible. I just had the sexiest, most mouthwatering BLT I've ever tasted. Texas Toast, thick-cut bacon cooked to perfection, fresh lettuce and tomato--it's pure sandwich art. Every bite was heaven. And honestly, they've never let me down. Whether it's a BLT, an Italian, or any of their subs, everything here is top-notch. Flavor, quality, consistency--these guys nail it every time. If you're a sandwich lover, this is your spot. Only other feedback I have is that the guy taking my order wasn't so customer friendly. Seemed annoyed or grumpy. He said to me "what do you want". This is one of my favorite sub shops! Probably the closest "go-to" from my home so i frequent it the most. We used to go to Subworks on St George, but were redirected here when we tried to place a phone order one Sunday. They use Boars head cold cuts, so you're getting a quality product. The bread is mostly soft but doughy and doesn't get soggy easily. They are generous with the toppings and the ordering process is painless. All staff I've come across is very friendly. They now have fries which is a big win because it is an easy way to get my husband to agree to take me to get subs! There is also a kids menu. The store is spacious with plenty of seating, many drink options available for purchase and chips and sweets as well. The shop is very clean and has nice, modern decor. Fries- delicious, fresh and well seasoned Subs- fresh ingredients, perfect topping:meat:cheese ratio. They have the hot pepper mixture which is one of my favorite additions on a sub. 5/5 read more

*Please Note: this review is not based on the food rather, merely my annoyance.* My Father insists on getting sandwiches every Saturday night from Subs & Co. There would be no issue if this establishment honored its operating hours. Today is the 4th time I have arrived prior to 8pm and the shop was closed. I was able to speak to a very courteous employee that explained that the store has been closing around 7/7:30pm due to staffing concerns. While I understand and sympathize with this issue, why not adjust the hours so customers can plan accordingly? If you are lucky to catch them when open and by chance have bread, the sandwiches are good. I'm just too aggravated by the inconsideration to customers to return. read more

Just picked up sandwiches for myself and coworkers. I actually had to log in to post this review because of how amazed I was over my sandwich. I pre ordered o we the phone and my order came out perfect. The cold cuts were a nice amount and Boars Head along with the freshest bread. It was just amazing and I had to share. If you like a hefty sandwich this is wonderful. Not cheap with the cold cuts. I will say the small bag of chips is a little pricey. $1.50 a bag. Ouch. Otherwise WONDERFUL and highly recommend for all you sub lovers. Can't wait to go back! read more

They're a little pricey but worth every penny! Their cold cuts always taste fresh, their lettuce is never brown and they give a good amount of meat on their sandwiches. Although, personally I don't like too much meat on my sandwiches. I've been a loyal customer from years ago and they still have the same touch ! This is their new location, and it's HUGE ! Use to love this place. Sandwiches are great but service is horrible. Phone rang any the guy working the register is suddenly overwhelmed. Can't tell ask the person to hold while he finishes ringing me up. Snatches my card, doesn't tell me how much the order totals and when I call him on it points annoyed at the display on the machine! If you can't handle ringing up an order and answering the phone perhaps you should hire someone to help. Never going back again. read more

Sometimes we miss Colonia Sub Shop, but then it eventually turned into a newly owned shop and moved across 35 to a new location as if to erase any connection with the old sub shop. However what didn't change other than the address is the quality of subs created at the new location under it's new name, Subs and Co. We've tried several on the menu, never being disappointed by the flavor or quality. They continue to pile on the meats and toppings while also producing some crave worthy creations...we also enjoy the timely service and customer service that continues to make it our local go-to sub shop. read more

When I walked in, I was greeted by a man (pretty sure it was the owner based on the other comments) who instantly had an attitude, almost like he woke up on the wrong side of the bed. While ordering, the man almost seemed impatient and kind of was rushing me. I tried to crack a joke to lighten the tension but clearly didn't work. I liked this place very much. The subs were huge and everything was very clean. They had about a 4 man crew, and were keeping up pretty well, but this is not a fine oiled machine like Tasty Sub where you just move down the line. We did a reuben, super sub and a tuna. Loved them all, but the reuben was not properly made. They toasted the bread dry, which was ok, but a real reuben needs to be assembled and then fried to get the bread crisp. Still, very tasty ingredients and good ratios/proportions of cheese/meat/kraut/dressing. Kettle cooked chips on offer, but in an awkward spot near the register, so if someone is paying you can't really get a good look at the shelf. They should change that. read more

I have to say first I absolutely hate subways they're very stingy with their processed meats. But this place did not disappoint I ordered a meatball sub expecting nothing homemade tasting, I was wrong it was amazing the sauce was tasty and the meat was real... 2 days later I ordered a blt expecting 4 pieces of bacon a ton of lettuce and 1 pickle.... wrong again they put so much bacon it was falling out of the sub, I paid 9 dollars for a 1/2 sub and it really was to big to finish. They are hands down better than subways and less expensive subways cost me 70 dollars for 6 half soggy empty subs.. this place ran me 50 for 5 half subs that were huge and chips snapple and not just 1 pickle but a sandwich bag of cut up speared pickles... this is my new place read more

Wish I could give five stars because the sub was good but I hate being lied too. I asked for toasted when I called, when I came to pick up the sub the girl was still making it, it didn't look toasted and I asked is that toasted, girl said yes..I get home and nothing about this sub is toasted, look at the picture the cheese isn't even melted...granted they said I can come back and they'll make another one but that's then time out of my day to go back and have wasted when I specifically asked right then and there if it was toasted.
