Stood there for another minute and the cashier lady that was taking order whist continued eating an empanada while talking. Another dude from the kitchen was stocking the fridge spoke eventually, but I still had to wait to order, in between bites and her conversation. I grew up eating here and in all the years I can never find anything that compares and I've tried a lot of spots. Every time I go I get a hot turkey and pastrami sandwich and it hits every time. The bread is perfection, they provide a lot of meat but not too much and the pickle tops everything off. They used to be on Wood Ave right next to the train station but now they're up the street in a bigger location. It's nice to be able to have a lot of space to sit inside but I must say the parking can be a little tricky since there's limited spots and Elizabeth ave is a busy street. Here, it comes with lettuce, tomato, mayo, spices, oil and vinegar. The bread is soft, the cheese sub comes with American, provolone and Swiss. The folks working here are always polite and make sure you get exactly what you like.
