He then started snapping his fingers and rushing me, saying he had things to do. I'm a customer standing there trying to decide what I want to order. I should not feel rushed or disrespected for taking a moment to look at the menu and change my mind. If this is how customers are treated during their first visit or ever, I personally won't be returning. The food may be good, but customer service matters just as much.
