If you are vegan and/or gluten free, you must try their pizza. I get the vegan/ gluten free crust and it was really good considering it's gluten free. Once you say you are gluten free, they ask if you want a glove change. They have a separate tomato sauce for gluten free people (it's at the end of the line). I always make my own pizza since I am vegan. I get plenty of red onions, artichokes, red peppers, etc. they even have two types of garlic, pineapple and two types of olives as well. I usually load up my pizza. Then, it's very important you tell them you want it cooked WELL DONE. I have learned from getting soggy pizza in the past that the gluten free crust takes longer to cook (and the manager at that store refunded my money for that pizza). My pizza was cooked nicely and it was delicious. I love how they let you add arugula at the end as well as balsamic glaze and other toppings. Finally tried this fire oven pizza chain near our town. The place is bigger inside than we expected so plenty of dine in seats if you want to make a stop. They have a couple of outdoor seating as well so that's a plus if you want to enjoy the last days of summer. Food is surprisingly fresh and won't leave you feel bloated even after a whole pie. I am giving this an overall 4/5 rating because the mozzarella cheese could be better. When I eat very thin pizza, I always look for that distinct cheese taste and I did not find it here. Other than that, the toppings and the choice to top it off with fresh arugula was a great add. I would recommend this place to someone watching his/her cheat days but really craving for some pizza cure. The customer chooses the toppings and the quantity of each. My pizza normally is stacked VERY high with yummy ingredients. I like getting the half and half, which is a personal size pizza crust, cut in half. With that, one can get garlic knots or a salad. I normally get a salad and enjoy choosing my toppings and dressing. For pizza toppings, there are various meats, vegetables, fruits and spices. I am hard pressed to think of a topping not available there! The pie is baked and served within a few minutes. The employees are always pleasant and very vigilant to change gloves between orders. The lemonade I heard about I had to try. The girl at the register seemed to be new and almost forgot the flavors but she got them all RIGHT!
