Ordered on the app and it was ready for me when I arrived. They have an area for all online orders but I was waiting around for 10 min until I found it/someone saw me standing waiting and told me. It's not really clear or separate from the normal waiting area. It's good for fast food, a personal pizza is under $10.00. I had the artichoke one. The crust was nice and crispy and I liked the combination of flavors, ingredients seemed fresh. It was just way too much sauce that took over everything. I would customize it to add less sauce. I came with my 2 cousins who have gone many times and are now experts at making their own pizzas so I was a little nervous because I wanted mine to come out as perfect as they usually get it. Anyways, I got my pizza with a Pesto (pine nut free!!) drizzled crust w/ white sauce over the pizza. Toppings were mushrooms, sauteed onions, green peppers, spinach, feta, mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, jalepenos, olives, and i can't remember what else. This place has been very popular & I've noticed the management & team are always developing new ways of improving service. Today, they welcomed each customer as they walked in - which I don't like they have done this before. But in addition, each customer had their own attendant for their order... some folks might say it felt rushed but it allowed the line to move effectively. What I have always appreciated was their awareness to allergens or dietary restrictions (ie. Gluten, diary) - they will offer to change their gloves & use a clean pizza cutter to avoid cross contamination. This is my favorite Blaze location. They always do a great job, area is clean, staff is friendly. If you're not familiar with Blaze, it's a Make Your Own pizza place with personal pies. There are tons of toppings. Regular crust, thick crust, gluten free (you can even ask them to change their gloves), keto crust. You can order large pies. They also offer cheesy bread and salads. You can do a Pick 2 where you get half a pie and half a salad or cheesy bread. Tons of after cooking toppings like balsamic, hot sauce, pesto, etc. Some handmade drinks in addition to regular soda fountains. Great rewards program on the app. read more

We got home from the Newark airport from spring break tonight and this was the only place open that would deliver. Ordered a Large pizza with meatballs, cheesy garlic bread and a Caesar salad. The ceasar was terrible, wet wilted lettuce with flavorless dressing on the side. Cheesy garlic bread was basically undercooked pizza dough with the worst marinara sauce on the side. They must just dump pounds of sugar in the Sauce. The "large pizza was the size of everyone else in the areas small, thick doughy crust and was 1/3rd folded over when we opened the box. Might be worse than Domino's in taste. By far the worst pizza I've had in 20 years. If these guys are in business a year from now I'd be surprised. And btw is was $44.00. This place never has the same people working. If it starts to get busy they start rushing you. They are out of toppings all the time. When they start rushing your pizza is like 5 people down and you're still on cheese. Watched on worker drop the entire salad dressing into the sauce and then not do anything about the sauce just left it there. Great when they opened up downhill from there. This was my second time to this location but been to other locations in the past. My wife got a 2 topping pizza and I got a build your own. She got Mozz and ricotta cheese and onions and mushrooms. When we got to the register the girl didn't know what she was doing. She rang us up 3x. Then she called her manager over and her manager fixed it but it was $4 more. I asked why it was $4 more and she said it was because the ricotta cheese counted as a topping. We have gotten this 10x in the past and never been charged. Either way we told them it was a two topping pizza they could have told us then. If we were being charged full price we would have got more items on it. Instead we got mushrooms. When I say mushrooms it was less than 1 cut up mushroom. We had keto crust which is precooked. They didn't leave the pizza in long enough so basically paid $4 for less than one sliced raw mushroom. On top of this the manager was nasty. I just asked why it was $4 more and she gave me an attitude. I am not one to fight so I just said ok. I hope $4 was worth me never going in there again. read more

Although the wait was incredibly long and a hazard (there was no place to move and everyone was in each other's way); the customer service and pizza was WORTH ! (I got two LOL). I love the fact that you can customize your own pizza starting from the dough to the sauce to the meat & toppings! Their drink options there are AWESOME by the way! I got the blood orange with ice and it delicious!!! There are a lot of seating and parking available which is nice, especially since its in a shopping area so you can do other things before or after coming here for lunch/dinner. Although I absolutely LOVE Blaze pizza, I wasn't too crazy about this location. The restaurant itself was very clean and it is in a great location within Clark plaza. There is always parking around and this place stays crowded, so I figured I would give it a try. I came here around 8:30-9pm to order a"build your own pizza". The guy that was making my pizza was extremely "cold", seemed like he didn't wanna be there, was rushing me to complete my order- no sort of CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE what so ever! I wish I would've got his name so I could've put it in my review. The other staff members were cool, but he just came off like he did not want to be there AT ALL. I asked him to put pesto garlic sauce around the crust of my pizza, and he pretty much just put literally a "dab" around the crust, to the point I couldn't even taste it when the pizza was done. Overall, although it's a great location, I won't be coming back. It was literally a waste of calories since the pizza was somewhat bland. Maybe if the customer service aspect was better than I would give it another chance, however that was pretty much a deal breaker for me. read more
