A friend of mine said that panda express started selling milk tea and it was "okay" so we decided to try it out. We got two large and one regular classic panda black milk tea with 50% sugar and tapioca pearls. Since we can see the tea bar station we watched the woman making it struggle. How much creamer should I put in? Okay I'll out like 4 tablespoons of it. How much tea do I put in? Ill put in like 5 pumps of tea in it. The struggles man. It took about 10 minutes for her to make 3 drinks. Once we got the drink the disappointment hit me. Tapioca balls were stale and hard. Milk tea taste like just plain creamer with a small hint of tea. We got the Black Tea with Tapioca Pearls at 50% sweetness. Waited about ten minutes for our drinks and observe how they used a ton of powdered coffee creamer which I don't prefer in my drinks but shrugged it off. We could've gone to Din Tai Fung for bubble tea but felt lazy and didn't want to walk that far. When we got our drinks, I saw a lot of powder residue above the liquid and tried to shake it but drops of tea spilled everywhere due to the poor application of the plastic covering. Finally, my first sip... absolutely... horrid. I prefer some tea taste in each sip but there was nothing except the taste of creamer. Yuck! If I wanted to drink literal creamer I would've freeloaded off the half and half from Starbucks. Next, the tapioca pearls were hard and stale. Not a good chewing experience at all. We couldn't even finish our drinks and had some stomach troubles afterwards. 4/10 - would not drink unless it's the last place to get boba. read more

Today I ordered my meal and forgot my card. I only had 100$ bill. The cashier said that they didnt have enough change at first then he said they couldnt take big bills. Pretty consistent for Panda Express, I've eaten here many times and only been disappointed once or twice. They are always cooking in the back so they'll have fresh options available almost anytime you walk up if not they'll make it for you if you can wait a few minutes. In the past, I've eaten Panda Express before. But just obviously not this location. This fairly new, it is pretty good compared to the other locations I've been too. Don't expect high quality food from here. It's not a high end restaurant. The prices for portion they give you is good. I always get the chow mien, orange chicken, and recently the five season shrimp. I think it's only limited time only. Nothing bad about this place. Maybe one thing but it's not a big deal. At least to me. The selection of soda isn't that great. They don't have the main sodas that people like. I saw someone once get frustrated that they didn't have this certain soda. Panda Express is back at Bellevue Square! For those that don't remember, there used to be a Panda Express at Bellevue Square, but they closed down over a decade ago. I love that it's a nice place to quickly eat when you don't want to go to the sit down restaurants at the mall. My favorite items here are the orange chicken, beef with broccoli, and honey walnut prawns. They also have a "tea bar", where you can get boba/bubble tea!! I've tried the bubble tea, it's okay-the tapioca balls/boba was kind of hard and not as chewy. The food is good, seating are is quite limited. You can get really full with $6-9 dollars meal depending on how many things you want to eat. I went there for lunch time on a Monday, in which I got Orange Chicken, Broccoli Beef and Honey Walnut Shrimps with Chow-Mein for my meal and a Strawberry Lemonade as my drink. I don't remember the exact price but I think it was around $12. I got really full... of course, it was a lot of foods and I was very happy with everything I ate. Maybe if they want to improve their quality, I say put more chicken into the orange chicken instead of having 70% of the batter over 30% chicken... put more flavors into the honey walnut shrimps, and also their Hot Sauce sucks. They are trying too hard to duplicate Sri Racha, but the sour and spicy flavors are too strong for everything else. I ended up dipping only twice and finished the rest of the plate without hot sauce (which is very unusual for a Thai person, right?). Anyway, a great Panda Express. This is the first time I've been to Panda Express at the Bellevue Square mall. I ordered chow mein with orange chicken and the cream cheese rancoons with Thai tea. First, chow mein was dry and no flavor. Second, the cream cheese rancoons are burnt and rarely had anything inside of them. Lastly, the thai tea was disgusting and sour. when ever i go shopping at the mall, i always find myself choosing to go to eat panda express over other options. the line does often back up a bit, but staff are often very organized and have a good idea of what they are doing in order to keep everyone happy. i have never personally encountered the problem of them not having a certain item available, and the chefs are always on top of keeping everything supplied (especially the orange chicken). i didn't give panda express the fifth star due to the little amount of seating in the restaurant and right outside. usually i resort to sharing a table with others, because the malls seating is usually full as well depending on when you are there. panda express will always remain my go-to for some good food while in the go. thank you read more

Horrible slow service at 1:30 on a Friday. The line was 20 people deep and the woman serving was slow and surely taking her time with a major attitude problem. At the counter when paying, more rudeness when I asked how to clean a table she just ignored me, went and got a towel and cleaned the table. I was willing to do it myself but she just flipped attitude instead of listening. After paying she just walked away. I didnt know if she was getting something else or what. Panda Express is one of the famous food chains because the food is right there to be picked up and the spice level is generally Low to mediocre. Got into this outlet when they were about to close in an hour on a Tuesday evening. The place was 50% occupied. We ordered for Beijing Beef and Spring Bean Chicken. The taste of the food was that any other standard Panda Express outlet. But what was disappointing was that most of the entrees were empty which left us with very less options to pick from. There was still one more hour of business before they closed. Not sure why they were not refilling the dishes as we sat there for another 45 minutes working on our dinner. There were many customers who came in and just walked out looking at the limited option available. Also the staffs were a little confused when we asked questions at them like "what are the chicken entrees which don't taste sweet". We had to find out ourselves looking at them. I think we have to get into this outlet as soon as it opens in the morning to try out with more options. read more

Working at the mall, I always come here to eat because it's simple, easy and fast. The manager there is really nice as well. I went there just recently though and ordered food and a drink. The girl making the drink had gloves on and wore a hair net yet she kept touching her hair with the gloves. She handed me my drink and then I left.
