On 5/2 around 330pm the outer lane drive thru attendant was wonderful, the vibe, the energy, the warmth, the smile. Top tier. At pickup woman in all gray if I remember right, dressed differently then the rest, she was the previous girl x5. The previous girl in outer lane at time of ordering was already top. But this lady at pickup with manager/owner vibes should be the spokesperson for Chic Fil A. Never seen her before, mostly likely a traveling type customer service expert or something. But we we so glad to experience both the girl and lady today for once at least!!! read more

Hmmmm Here I am again writing a review on a fast food place. I got to spicy chicken sandwich and a waffle fries. It was for me average tasting - nothing to telegram the queen about - Smaller than I thought they would be. Don't get me wrong sometimes food is just food fast food is something you eat for most of the time a quick lunch. But now day the portion size is get out of hand while the price is high. If you are looking for a place to eat your food and possibly use a restroom, don't come here! You will be sorely disappointed. There is NO INDOOR SEATING OR RESTROOMS HERE! The weird thing is there used to be both of those amenities, and for some reason the owners have removed them. There is now ONE table outside to stand at to eat your food- there aren't even any chairs or a bench. I've never seen a Chick-fil-A like it. I had a very mixed experience at this Chick-fil-A. I placed a mobile order and waited in line for about 50 minutes. When I reached the front, the staff member's iPad was completely frozen. After some back and forth, I was told my order wasn't processed correctly. At the pickup window, they said my order did not exist in the system, so I had to pull out my phone and re-order everything on the spot. That part was extremely frustrating and completely defeats the purpose of mobile ordering. To be fair, once the order was finally placed again, the food actually came out pretty fast, and that part was good. But the whole process feels very inefficient: There were two employees trying to manually handle orders, troubleshoot devices, and "figure things out" -- and honestly it just made things worse. At this point, a simple scan-and-pay machine or self-service system would probably work better than frozen iPads and confused workflows. It's 2020s. Almost every fast food place has figured out how to make ordering smooth. The food is fine, but the system and process here feel outdated and unnecessarily painful. read more

Chick fil a is known first for its food then for its efficiency at drive thru. Came thru at 1230 on a Monday while the line went entirely around the building. This location needs a redesign and staff training. Like people noted months ago the staff is outside but they're not walking. They're just standing by the speaker boxes. Making it worse they shut down the second lane after you ordered. Even though there were 26 cars behind us in two lanes (yes we counted) they're only handing out the window with a three car length to the speaker boxes. I watched both order takers finish with cars in front of us then stand there waiting for the next car to pull around. I did a mobile order in advance. Driveway entrance to check in was 14 minutes. Checkin to food (three car length) another 9 minutes. Get the walkers moving even if it's just three car lengths (still under the awning) and open the other lane fully. read more

I've been to many Chick-fil-A locations--including this Bellevue one--and usually have nothing but good things to say. Unfortunately, that was not the case today. I was passing through before an event and went through the drive-thru. They charged my card in line, but when I pulled up to the window, they asked for my card again--without any explanation. I was confused, and the staff said the system showed I still needed to pay. After more confusion, they finally explained it was because the card required a PIN, and they needed to run it again. When I gave them my card, another employee came saying he has to run my card, yet they already had my card...it was all confusing. I had to get out of my car just to make the payment work. To make matters worse, I asked if I'd be double charged, and the employee told me to "just deal with it" if that happened. Not exactly the kind of customer service you expect from Chick-fil-A. I figured I'd let it go... until I realized they got my order wrong. I had to park, walk back in, and then it took three employees to sort it out. After all of this, there was zero effort to make things right-no compensation, nothing. Very disappointing experience. I won't be returning to this location. read more

Of course everyone knows Chick fil A has the best food/chicken and their customer service is consistent nationwide. The food is always fresh and you're always met with a smile. The only negative about this location in particularly in Bellevue is the fact that their wait times are horrible! Recently this location was temporarily closed in order to make the traffic and drive thru a lot better and more efficient but after a beautiful remodel I'm still a bit confused as to what exactly changed other than the look. Rather it's am or pm there's always an extremely long wait. Again...the food and service is amazing but this is definitely annoying and unfortunately takes away from the full experience. The whole point of face to face is so you can walk down and take the orders of everyone in the drive thru line so your kitchen knows exactly what they need to make with as much notice as possible. If you do walk in, it's probably best to park in the Wood's coffee shop area. We opted for the drive thru because the line was within their parking lot. And it moved pretty quick. Got our chicken within 15 minutes. Staff was friendly even on a cold and rainy day. We got a variety of things, but nothing stood out here expect their chick-fil-a sauce. - Chicken nuggets (12 SMALL pieces for ~$9) - bite sized and dry. I guess you can tell its real chicken bc of the shreds. But these would be at best a side dish, because I was not full off this. McDonalds over Chick-fil-a - Kale Salad ($3) - came with a bag of sliced almonds and a poppy-seed dressing. was a decent portion for 3 bucks, I would get this again. - Friend Chicken Sandwhich (~$7) - good, but not as good as popeyes. Chicken didn't have much flavor and the buns were pretty meh. - Waffle Fries (~$4 for large) - They don't even fill it to the brim. It's like 80% filled... I got like 8 solid waffle fries and the rest were small crummy bits. Cool how they do waffle fries, but it's all look and no flavor. I'd rather get fries from any other fast food place. Used to get the breakfast burritos here when I worked in Bellevue, but it's been a while. Was in the area, so decided, why not just get in that crazy long line a grab a snack before dinner? It is drive-thru only during this COVID times, and it was split into three lines, and the staff are taking the orders outside at each line. It was well organized, and the staff were very friendly. I ordered the Spicy Chicken sandwich, Chick-fil-A Nuggets, and of course, had to add some Waffle Potato Fries. When I got home, I put the fries in the air fryer. I love my fries extra crispy. Maybe we came on a bad day, but the line of cars was so long it was spilling out into the street. The wait time was about 10 minutes in all so not horrible but the workers were outside manually taking orders with an iPad instead of the system working. I had to look up the menu on my phone to see what I wanted instead of looking at the big screen since we were several cars away. The chicken nuggets were not so great but the Mac and cheese was really good. I don't get the hype for the Chick-fil-A sauce because it tastes disgusting to me like ketchup, barbecue, mayo, and mustard combined. The one thing that was exceptional was the customer service though- they definitely train them well. I would only come back again for the Mac and cheese but not if the line was this long. Because this location is right at the corner there is ALWAYS a line through the drive-thru that extends out to the street and blocks cars from turning right. It's actually terrible planning but I guess it's good for Chick-fil-A. There are workers to guide cars to the individual drive thru lines so it's at least efficient. Their deluxe sandwich is good but I prefer the spicy deluxe sandwich more because of the extra flavor from the spiciness. The chicken in the grilled chicken club was surprisingly tender and juicy which I wasn't expecting. The chick n strips is also so tender and juicy. The Chick-fil-A nuggets are smaller than nuggets for other places but still good. The mac n cheese is surprisingly really good! I wouldn't mind it being more cheesy but for fast food it's pretty good. And then there's the famed waffles fries! They go great with the Chick-fil-A sauce which, honestly, they go well on everything. Dip them with the nuggets, chick n strips, even the burgers. Make sure you ask for more to use for later! Nica- the drive through attendant cussed out my husband while my two kids were in the car with him. As usual there are two lanes, we got into the faster lane. There were only 2 cars ahead of us. It was around 3-4pm so it was super busy around this time as usual. The lane next to us was moving so fast, the attendant in that lane really wasted no time and got everyone's orders and it kept moving. I would say 10-15 cars got through while we were waiting. My husband who was in the drivers seat saw our attendant - Nica - just laughing and having a full on conversation with the gentlemen in the car that was keeping the lane from moving. My husband honked at least 5 times and she just kept the conversation going. Mind you I had toddlers in the car hungry and whining and we were expecting for quick service as usual. I ended up getting out of the car and talking to the other attend and asked him how he's getting through so many cars while our attendants just chatting it up? The gentlemen who was chatting it up with Nica noticed me talking to the other attendant and had the audacity to chime in and say " I have a big order, that's why it's taking so long" Nica wasn't even putting in any orders into her tablet. The entire time she was just holding the tablet and laughing and talking. I ended up walking over to the window, placed my order and complained. In the meantime my husband was finally able to get out of that line and came around and he said that when he finally pulled over to the attendant and asked why it took her so long - she said " fuck you and keep driving " basically didn't even ask to take his order since she already knew I got out the car to go place the order in person. One of the managers was kind enough to take my number so someone can reach out to me and comped my order which was chicken nuggets and waffle fries for the kids and gave us some cookies. Gosh am I furious. The fact that you're saying fuck you to a parent with their kids in the car - she's lucky I wasn't in there when she cussed my husband out. I really hope she gets fired. This type of behavior is definitely not acceptable. When I left and asked my husband how much stuff that car even ordered- he told me that the guy only got one small bag of food.
