I'm a fan of Evergreen's, so was happy to learn they have a second location in Bellevue, this one being in the Factoria neighborhood. And unlike the downtown Bellevue location, this spot is in a large business strip, with plenty of parking off of Factoria Boulevard. I visited this Evergreen's as I needed to get takeout/dinner and was in the area. I enjoy the salads and protein bowls here, so decided to get my usual Mediterranean bowl with double chicken for that extra protein on a Saturday night. When I usually go to the downtown Bellevue location, there's always a line, but this was not the case during my visit here. There was only two other people inside, so I was able to get my food quickly. Staff was friendly and happy to assist with my requests to customize my bowl. The food was solid with all the favorite toppings and goods, and they had some snack items and drinks, including local kombucha, which I'm a fan of. There's also plenty of seating inside for dining in, which I imagine gets busy during the lunch hour for all the businesses around the area. Glad there's another option to get Evergreen's in the city I live in. read more

Haven't been to this location in a long time and ordered the tahini chicken wrap to go. It was 75% arugula, 5% chicken, 10% lentils (that I added) and the 10% tomatoes and pickled peppers. I was really surprised by how little chicken there was (and it was all on one end). The sauce was really good but the distribution was pretty rough. 1/2 of the wrap was just me eating arugula with no dressing or anything mixed in. read more

I just discovered that they now have a vegetarian / vegan meat option called Baba's Chorizo Crumble and it's delicious! I will definitely be coming more often now. I've been getting lunch from here for a while now and overall it's pretty good. I get their plant one on me wrap and it's very tasty. Sometimes, the wrap isn't made very well and falls apart easily, but it still tastes good & I'll definitely continue getting this. read more

Great food, but disappointing service. This is the second time my order has been wrong -- this time missing both the kale and the chicken (the only meat in the dish). It's frustrating to get home only to realize the meal is not what I paid for or expected. I didn't have the time or energy to drive back and get it corrected, which made the experience even more disappointing. If you asked me a year ago, how I feel about this place, I would Rave about it to everybody. Tell everyone they must go, but if you ask me today, I'd tell people that it's overpriced and way too small of portions. Over the past year every time I've ordered my bowl has gotten noticeably smaller while increasing all of the prices. Recently they have also been out of many key ingredients, more often making it so now you're paying for it an overpriced bowl with not much product and not even fully what you want. Corporate is ruining the store. They took away water! You can't even very a cup of water with your $15 salad. The employee seemed annoyed, but he throw corporate under the bus. The online ordering system just took a step backwards as well. They limit greens to 2. I generally get a mix of 4 greens instead of the default one. I don't get the $20 salads. The ingredients were fine, but it's hard to swallow an expensive fast food salad for $20. I'd rather sit at a nicer restaurant and get one with good presentation and quality. I guess you're paying for convenience. Would not be a go-to place for me. read more

This place is garbage. The service is slow and rude. They have messed up multiple orders I've placed for pick up... only to be discovered once I got home. Also, last time I came in.. I say last time because I will never go back... I saw a worker wash his hands then start touching his hair (grosssss). When I asked the woman who was working if they had my online order because it had been 5 minutes past when it said it would be ready she was rude and said "it's only 5 minutes". Well it's frustrating because you just cleared though a line! I should have just gone in and stood in line would have been faster. Save your money and time and go to sweet green in Kirkland. I love the concept, but it may be harder to eat healthy here than I anticipated. I tried the spicy kale ceasar wrap. Its listed for under 300 calories on the board. Then I added chicken. And then learned most of the other addins are included. So I added black beans, corn, chickpeas, cucumber and green onion. And there were many others I didn't pick. All the calorie heavy topping didn't help me, and there are no calories listed for the addins or the wrap itself. I liked it pretty well, though the spicy came from chopped jalapeño, and I wish the dressing itself had been a spicy ceasar. It can be confusing your first time in to order. read more

The El Sombrero salad is fully customizable salad with fresh guacamole, black beans, and tasty Cilantro dressing (go heavy - you won't regret it). The food is fine. The prices are ridiculous. Average size bowl of pick your own salad was just over $16. My husband got a bowl, vegan, with tofu and avocado. I think avocado is an additional $100 charge or some crap. So with tax, our two average sized bowls, his warm, mine just salad, was $47. I'm done with that place. It's not small lunch for two $47 good. It's, MAYBE, $20 small lunch for two good. Insane. Good luck Evergreens. I'm sure my business isn't needed and that's fine. In town on business, I ordered the El Sombrero Salad today... It was delicious, the staff working today were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable... I want to make a shout out to Jayden for his amazing customer service skills. He went above and beyond while on break. I was with my 88 year old client trying to get into XFINITY for an appt but he needed to use the restroom. As we're trying to get in the doorway (my client uses a walker and again really needed to use the restroom) Jayden was walking by and held the door open for us from the outside. Jayden over heard and witnessed that my unstable client couldn't use the restroom so he let us know that we were welcome to use his restroom a few doors down at evergreen. We were able to go to the dental place next to XFINITY but thanks to Jayden's kindness and welcoming energy, we plan to see what evergreen's in factoria is all about. I love that there is a location in Factoria now. Super convenient for a quick and healthy lunch. They give generous portion sizes for the make your own salad, and everything is fresh and clean. The interior is a lot bigger than other locations I've been to. The pricing is about the same as other places, but you get way more bang for your buck as they give huge scoops of veggies or add ins when you customize. The employees were friendly here too. I've been ordering from the downtown location for many years, so I was stoked there would now be one closer to me with easy parking. However, this location has been an utter disappointment. I've given them quite a few chances but only one of the 7 or 8 salads that I've gotten from here has been as expected. This last time they just didn't include any dressing (again) and they also started using smaller bowls while keeping prices the same. Even my kids noticed how much smaller the bowls were. $15 for a few bites of dry salad? No thank you. Their staff always seems apathetic as well... I am done coming here. read more
