Spicy + Kale Salad w/ Tofu, Peppercorn Ranch, & Chermoula Sauce

I just discovered that they now have a vegetarian / vegan meat option called Baba's Chorizo Crumble and it's delicious! I will definitely be coming more often now. I love the convenience of placing my order online and just walking in and picking it up off the shelf. Nice and convenient, AND healthy!

Great food, but disappointing service. This is the second time my order has been wrong -- this time missing both the kale and the chicken (the only meat in the dish). It's frustrating to get home only to realize the meal is not what I paid for or expected. I didn't have the time or energy to drive back and get it corrected, which made the experience even more disappointing. I hope the restaurant can improve its order accuracy going forward, especially for takeout customers.

This is a nice addition to the neighborhood. Pros - 1. Plenty of parking 2. Friendly employees 3. Lots of options - warm and cold 4. Great dining area - comfy seats 6. Fresh eats Cons - 1. Spendy 2. Cashless I think there should be a cashless sign or notice before you order, but it's okay. A lot of places are going cashless. It's spendy, but tasty. I selected heavy dressing, but it wasn't really heavy. Still really good though.

The El Sombrero salad is fully customizable salad with fresh guacamole, black beans, and tasty Cilantro dressing (go heavy - you won't regret it). I added chicken, but they have several proteins, for +$3. Lots of other things add. Clearly more food for one person. My first time here, can't wait to come back.

The food tastes good, but it's slightly overpriced. Service needs improvement, as pre-orders are frequently late.

When choosing the sauce for your fries, I highly recommend the garlic sauce. It is so good. The staff is also always very kind and friendly. We just love it. Loved the crispness of the tofu, crunchy veggies and the sweet and salty flavors oozing from the sauce. The Kanna Akuma is for folks who like it spicy-- there's a lot of jalapeños so beware! The fries were crispy with a nice earthy-with-a-kick Indian masala flavor! Not much of a dine-in experience just so you know. Its more of a pick up joint. I placed my order online and it was ready at the estimated time. My bill came up to $34 total, but these are specialty burgers so it makes sense. I would totally recommend this to a friend. In particular, the three amazing, high-quality cheeses they put on their pepperoni pizza is like a symphony in your mouth. I would just avoid adding their olives, which are green, not black, and possibly the saltiest thing I have ever had in my mouth. I doubt a teaspoon of salt would taste much saltier. After choking down one I did not eat any of the others. Why they don't offer high quality black olives, which do so much for pepperoni pizza IMO, is a head-scratcher for me. Though they brew their beer there, and they always have a stout or porter for me--I like to eat my beer with a knife and fork--I've never found it out of the ordinary. A can of Irish Death would be better. It's the pizza I go there for. But though it is my favorite place by far to have pizza, I have a bone to pick about one of the servers (most of their servers are fine): As a former fine dining restaurant server and shift manager, I'm familiar with the Washington state law that allows restaurant patrons to take partially consumed bottles of wine home with them in their cars if (a) it is resealed with its cork, and (b) they keep it in the trunk or other cargo area where humans don't normally sit. And don't touch it until they're parked at home. I'm a light drinker, and one time I only drank about half a bottle of beer. I think it might have been a large bottle, I'm not sure. Wondering if the rule I knew so well for wine might apply to beer bottles too, I asked the server if it was possible to take it home. I supposed that the main issue might be whether they had a way to seal it, since the cap was no longer good for that. He didn't know, and said he'd find out. When he returned, he said no, and acted like it was the dumbest question anyone in the universe had ever asked, or ever could ask. I had a flashback of Dixie's BBQ on Northup way by I-405 (long closed), where surly sarcasm from knuckle-dragging employees was basically a brand. Curious, today I asked Google for help. I learned that the reason it's possible with wine is because there is a special carve-out in Washington state law just for wine. The carve-out does not apply to any other type of alcohol. So it doesn't matter if you can find a way to reseal the beer bottle. Because the carve-out is only for wine, not beer. I doubt that nuance is widely known. I think it's a reasonable question. As a former server, I have a piece of advice for that server: If you ask a question of a coworker, and they answer with sarcasm, you don't pass that sarcasm on to the customer when you pass on the answer. That's bad service. In my 6 years in restaurants, I was asked my share of dumb questions. But I would never have dreamed of letting on that I thought the question was dumb. Because that's an important part of what good service is. But again, most of the servers there are fine.

I ordered the space cowboy pizza, which was flavorful and had a decent amount of toppings, although I wish there hadn't been quite so much crust on the edges. There was plenty of seating inside, but there was a really big and noisy group in the center, so it was really difficult to hear above them. I'm not sure if there's typically much in the way of service but other than bringing us our food and drinks (and finally a to go box), that's all we got, so don't expect much. I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to return here but if I'm in the area again, I wouldn't mind trying some other pizzas!

Made with a blend of black and white rice, pork floss, pickled mustard & turnip, and a Chinese donut (you-tiao), it has a perfect balance of flavors. This is so unfortunate because I really genuinely love the breads here. But this is a review…read morespecifically about an experience I had like a month ago. I pre-ordered the high fiber bread scheduled for pick up on Monday. It was on the menu online and it accepted my payment, and considering it's a pre-order I assumed everything was good to go and they would make my order ready by Monday. I get to the store on Monday in a mad rush because I'm trying to pick up this high fiber bread to take home for my father in law flying back to Taiwan. So I literally made the trip just to get the bread in the morning and then rushed home to take him to the airport. I get to the store and apparently one of the managers said they tried to call me... at 6:30/7AM in the morning leaving me a voicemail on that same Monday I went to pick up the bread.... Basically saying they can't fulfill my order because the high fiber is not something they make on Monday??? I mean first of all, why are you taking preorders online then? Second of all, why is your online system allowing us customers to order and place in the cart if it's not available on Monday? Isn't that the point of preorder? So you know ahead of time what bread to make for customers? He then had the audacity to say... all our *regular customers* know our bread making schedule. It changes daily. Well, first of all, excuse me for not being a *regular* as in there's apparently some elitist exclusive group at great harvest bread. Also, though I'm not a *regular*, I do purchase breads from here for visitors etc from time to time and am well aware that the breads they make change daily WHICH IS WHY I PREORDERED. I was pretty upset about the whole ordeal and he compted me a Dakota bread which I don't even like. *eye roll* I think they seriously need to work on customer service etiquette and to edit their website so that it's not misleading. If you aren't able to provide the bread listed online, then don't enable it for preorders and waste our time commuting only to leave empty handed. Factoria is an extremely busy area too with heavy traffic in the morning. I was breaking a sweat trying to get from A to B on time What a complete disappointment. Please note this is not a review for the quality of their bread, but for the disappointing customer service and lack of transparency in their website. It's completely misleading...
