Tucked in the ground floor of Bellevue Office Park, this deli packs a punch! Great service & amazing food with outdoor seating amidst pine trees and a water feature, you MUST eat here if you're working in the area or even just visiting. I had the French dip, pesto pasta salad, and grilled salmon Caesar plus a fountain lemonade (they have Coke products) because I was on Prednisone and would eat and drink everything in sight. Everything was delicious, steroids aside. They also have a lot of coffees, but I went with the lemonade. The cutest thing was the middle-aged woman taking orders and running the register would hug every customer to personally thank them for patronizing this establishment. I'd come back to Bellevue just for this place.

Sister's deli is a great spot to grab breakfast or lunch. It's tucked away near commercial offices but worth finding. During the beautiful sunny days they have quite a few picnic tables and a pretty stream, waterfalls, and fountains to sit by. It's a great spot for a break from the office as it can make for a tranquil lunch. The food is great and really fulfilling. I had their burrito bowl and I was shocked with how big it was. I've also had their breakfast burrito on several occasions and that is huge and awesome too. The breakfast burritos usually come with potatoes, eggs, vegetables, and optional cheese, sour cream, and salsa (mild, medium, or hot). For lunch the burritos include your choice of meat (or vegetarian) rice, beans, veggies, and again cheese, sour cream and salsa. Prices are very reasonable and portions are large. To top it all off, the owner Rufina will offer you a hug with your purchase. You and order ahead and she always addresses you by name. If you visit often she will definitely remember you. This is world class service in my opinion.

Rufina is the best. Sister's deli is always a quick and easy stop for me! I'd never miss a french dio day if I had my choice. The bread is delicious, the cheese and meat and a good portion and the bowl tie salad tastes delicious. I've gone back several times. The burrito bowl options are also great! You go for the food and come back because of the hugs.

I left Sister's Deli today getting 3 hugs from Rufina. 3! Not sure if she needed it or I looked like I did, but she is so sweet! I left feeling loved. Thank you Sister's Deli!

A coworker of mine was in the mood for sandwiches, and we decided to try Sister's Deli due to proximity and favorable Yelp reviews. I had never been to this particular cranny in Bellevue even after living my whole life here. The restaurant is recessed deep into an office park. We had trouble finding it, so I called the listed phone number. The owner, Rufina, rushed out of the store and vigorously waved to us. When we entered her store, she rushed out from behind the counter and gave us a hug. She recommended the special of the day, which was a turkey melt with our choice of a pasta dish as a side. The sandwich was perfectly portioned, with soft, warm, slightly chewy bread, melt cheese, and just the right amount of turkey. My side of spicy angel hair pasta was served cold, and generously portioned. All of the prices are very reasonable. For incredibly friendly service and great lunch deals, I would highly recommend Sister's Deli.

The bagels were delicious and toasted perfectly. It came with whipped butter and raspberry jam on the side. The pastrami omelet was very large and came with a generous serving of potatoes. ALso tried the pastrami and corned beef breakfast bagel, which was packed with almost like an omelet tucked inside a bagel. Also got a side of hand made chicken sausage which was okay. Tasted healthy. The one disappointment was the vanilla latte. It tasted more like it came from an automated coffee machine than a traditional espresso machine and lacked the flavor and quality I was expecting. Most things are self-serve here, including finding your own seating, grabbing silverware, getting water, and pouring drip coffee. As we were leaving, a live musician was getting set up to play, Which added a really welcoming atmosphere. The inside is nicely decorated and family friendly, with lots of children's books around to help keep little ones entertained. The prices are definitely on the higher side, but the portions are large. Food tastes good, large portions, cozy atmosphere, and live music, I'd come back again though I'd probably skip the latte next time.

One thing that has always stood out to me is that they serve Matzo Ball soup and an amazing Reuben sandwich. On my last visit I went around breakfast time. We ordered both the #7 Omelette: Nova Scotia Lox and the #2 Omelette: The Supreme Omelette. Of course both were such generous portions that we had leftovers. We also got the Reuben. The sandwich was so big it had to be deconstructed and eaten with a fork and knife.

Bonus: this spot is kosher! Potato Latkes (5/5): These latkes are thick boys and fried up so they're piping hot when they hit the table. Because of their size, you really get the contrast of the hard crunch on the outside with super fluffy potato inside. So good we immediately turned around and ordered more. Chocolate Babka (2/5): This was truly the only miss I've had here. Unfortunately, the babka just really dries out after it's been sliced, which is a shame because it's just gorgeous with generous swirls of chocolate inside. Reuben (5/5): I really thought their pastrami couldn't be beat, but the brisket is dare I say better? Just as tender and feels a bit less fatty, so it's a little more crushable. Tip: go for the seeded rye over the marbled rye; something about the marbled rye just falls apart a bit more with the juices of the meat, though it's still delicious! Black & White Cookies (4/5): I expected this to be cloyingly sweet, but this was actually scrumptious with some fresh lemon flavor in the cookie itself. Absolutely massive as well.

Do you happen to live in Washington and miss said pastrami sando? My friend, I have good news for you. Dingfelder's pastrami is a dead ringer for that sandwich: huge slices of melt-in-your-mouth pastrami, regular and half sour pickles, and all the other accoutrements you'd expect from a legit Jewish deli. This place doesn't screw around. If you want a great, hearty, flavor-packed sandwich, this is one of the best places to throw your money. But, as others have pointed out, it's no cheap date: expect to pay over $20 for one of those mighty pastrami sandwiches. This isn't Subway so you're not saving money by eating here, but after one bite of their pastrami you'll understand why you're paying so much. Quality isn't cheap. I'd say this place is tied with Tat's Deli for the best sandwiches in Seattle.

Sadly the bagel sandwiches aren't nearly stuffed to what they used to be and even the orange juice had extra pulp. My biggest complaint is still that there were no indicators in the store until we were trying to order.
