Fresh and high quality ingredients with very friendly staff. Ordered a few boxes for the road as we headed out to hike on a Friday afternoon. Went with the Chicken Chipotle Wrap ($11) box which is a great deal as it includes chips, pickle and a cookie. Very pleased with my selection and the entire ensemble :) My bride sort of created her own veggie wrap and added Turkey (which the menu says is roasted in their own kitchen). She would have liked a little more vinaigrette to enhance the flavor. Overall good experience and value.

HIDDEN GEM ALERT! HIDDEN GEM ALERT! Vince Lombardi once said - Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence. Vince dedicated his life to football, but more to excellence itself. It's rare that I find such a unique place that I have no constructive criticism, except that there should be a dozen more Sugee's Box Lunch restaurants. It's nestled in Bel-Red, but worth driving in along the Eastside or crossing the lake to get here! They cater or serve your sandwiches to you in store. The meat and bread is fresh and delicious! The music is 60s glory! AND it's CHEAP!!!! A true rarity in the Seattle area that you get great food at a great price! Every lunch comes with a snack (drink optional) chips, pickle, cookie, and hard candy. It's like a return to your childhood without any of the hard moments! This place is for you!!!!

I've ordered here a few times before and they are one of the best sandwich joints in the Bellevue area. A must try!

I've been ordering for 6 years now and love this place! I felt bad for calling about a cookie earlier today, but needed to verify what a bakers dozen was. I didn't mind much and could've got an extra next time I place an order. They ended up sending it anyway and with a note!!! Awww... Chocolate overload! Their hot sandwiches are amazing! Rueben, Cubana and Machaca are my most favs!!! Lunch boxes are fresh and hot! You get a amazing hot meal, cookie, chips, pickle and a candy. There's something about their pickles too! Always have to order extra. They have salads, cold sandwiches and even breakfast!!! Delivery is also always fast and speedy. They give you an estimate and I think sometimes overestimate because it come 30 minutes to an hour before. You can call, fax or place an order online. Super convenient!!!

I will say this because I whole heartily have loved this place from the first time I randomly found it while working next to it and never knowing about it. If you ever have those moments as a kid when your mom made a sandwich and you wondered "Dang why this so delicious??" This place brings that classic feel of it just looks like a sandwich but lord is it tasty! I love that every sandwich or box comes with a mini pickle and hard candy. And the boxes just make a hard day at work just melt away with the cookies! The (I assume owner) is always front man, fast, polite, and just overall the coolest! Staff is always fast and even on slammed days they do their best to give you what you ordered. Thanks to all the members of this facility!

And we also got two orders of Half Coward, one in the Burrrrn, Baby, Burn for me and one in the Medium for my bf. The chicken was crispy and juicy. The chicken patty on the sandwich was a good size, bigger than the bun, how I like it and how it should be. Seasoning was good, flavorful, but I didn't find their hottest level, Burrrrn, Baby, Burn, which is an extra $1, to be crazy hot. Will be back to try more off their menu.

The husband ordered a home style with cheese and made it a meal by adding fries & a drink for $5.49. He was a little taken back by how little fries they gave for the meal. My chicken wings came out super hot and fresh. They were crispy and juicy. But the medium for me was barely spice. However, I do have a pretty high level for spicy food. I did give my husband a wing and he didn't complain at all of the heat. I definitely would have went up a heat level but I did enjoy the flavor. The pickles were thick and crunchy and had the perfect tang. My husband let me have a bite of his sandwich and it was quite delicious. The bread was toasted and buttery. The battered chicken breast was crispy and juicy. So moist and tender to the bite but the crisp to the battered crust on it was perfectly done. We purchased a side of fries and the crimson to go for my son. We thought a full order of fries would be more than the amount of fries my husband got with his sandwich but it wasn't. Kind of disappointing to pay that much for $6 fries. Overall the food was solid. The restaurant was bright and clean. And service was good. We would definitely come back.

Place clean and my eyes immediately went to the menu to see if they have vegetarian options. I asked the person taking my order and she suggested the veggie melt or Mediterranean that they can take the meat out. I opted for veggie melt and they have lots of options for toppings and sauces . I got the works and added the spicy ranch. Second order was the chicken avocado wrap and did the same with the works topping. Our food did get a little soggy by the time I got home and opened it. But will say I enjoyed it and was stuffed. I will go back to try the Mediterranean.

The many locations in the Seattle metro area have opened very recently, with this location in Redmond being the easiest to get to for me. To continue the theme of a sandwich dinner, I decided to walk to the nearby Potbelly to pick up a couple of sandwiches, but mainly to satisfy my craving for a genuine hand scooped ice cream shake. I carried it back to the apartment, and provided a nice repast for us on a Sunday night. First, the vanilla and strawberry shakes ($5.59 each) were very good. It uses hand scooped vanilla ice cream, mixed with strawberry syrup and milk in a blender. The vanilla shake was better than the strawberry, mainly because the strawberry syrup didn't really add as much flavor as I would have liked...but the base was excellent, using good ice cream. Cubano ($10.99), mixing ham and pulled pork with swiss, toasting it, then adding mustard and pickles. Cubano ingredients, but no sandwich press and the bread was wrong. Since I knew it wasn't authentic, decided to also add giardiniera, which was my mistake...it tasted fine, but completely overwhelmed the sandwich. Toasted Italian ($10.99), salami, capicola, pepperoni, and mortadella with provolone cheese. One can add any toppings you want. In my case it was lettuce, tomato, mayo. It's was a good sandwich. The bread for both sandwiches seems to be Torano, which along with Gonnella, are the two Chicago-area bakers known for their french rolls used to make subs and especially Italian beef sandwiches. This is different than most other sub chains that make their bread in-house. I thought the bread was fine, especially when toasted. Also the topping called hot peppers is really Chicago style giardiniera...really authentic...reminding me of Chicago. They also have a large selection of different soups, including a good beef chili I've had in the past. The store actually did remind me of sub shops from where I grew up, and thought the prices for the location were reasonable as well.

My favourite item on the menu is the pani puri! I love the size of the puris and how they come pre-filled. It makes it so easy and mess-free to eat and I love all the different chutneys that come with it. The rest of my family switches up what they normally get, though crowd favourites are definitely the vada pav, cheese grill, and gobi manchurian (it honestly tastes just like chicken because I thought it was before I knew what gobi meant). Every dish we order usually arrives fairly quickly and is packed with flavour. I love how the food always tastes incredible. Over the years, their prices have definitely gone up, and we've experienced shrinkflation when it comes to the portions, but the food is so good that we keep coming back. I love how popular they've gotten, but that does mean it's super crowded and loud at all hours. Also! For some reason, the last time we visited, they told us they weren't serving chaat, which was disappointing, so we ended up only getting an aloo puff and going home.
