I really like this place. I have had several sandwiches and soup and chili and everything here is righteous! I can't say enough how good it is to get a tuna salad sandwich from this place. I've had other sandwiches and they are no fancy thrills just a good sandwich. This is located in an industrial park and isn't easy to see at first. It's a corner unit of the building it's in. So, they have a good amount of seating. I think I counted 11 or so four tops. I came here for lunch. I had the Southwest Chicken sandwich on sourdough. It was very tasty. The menu is pretty expansive with many sandwiches and a handful of salads. You can do half sandwiches with soup or salad I believe I saw. For the full sandwiches, it comes with a bag of chips. I was surprised that the sandwich was delivered to me with a small pouch of sour patch kids. It made me giggle. It's a low frill feeling environment, but it's a deli. I didn't expect fine dishwater. The deli is owner operated and I love to spend money with people that have their own businesses. You can watch the sandwich being made and the staff is very personable and engaging. I was greeted coming and going as if I was at a good friends home. I have to say the sandwich was like it was made by my mother and it's a good thing. Definitely will be back again as this is a great place for quick lunch when your working. Willows deli isn't exactly the place for a picturesque lunch but this was a good little cafe with an impressive menu and decent coffee. While it might not be as trendy as many Kirkland/Redmond locations, the food and drinks are also significantly more affordable. I ordered a mocha and a large muffin (pre-packaged) The muffin was similar to what you might buy at a gas station which was fine for what I was looking for that day. The Yelp reviews are what led me here, and I must say they are pretty accurate. Willows Deli is an excellent value, and it's a shame I didn't find out about it until just now. Of course, part of it has to do with the fact that I rarely visit this area. There are office buildings everywhere around here, which is perhaps what makes a lunch spot at this location so appealing. I started by ordering a turkey & avocado sandwich with Swiss on croissant. Seven dollars for this seemed like a pretty good deal. And considering how quickly they brought this out, it's obvious that they've taken into consideration how they're serving office workers on their lunch breaks. The sandwich was all that and a bag of chips... literally! They offered me a bag of chips along with it. I loved it so much that I ordered a second item, this time with soup and half a sandwich for $6.40. They sure know how to set prices that work for my budget. They also included crackers for the soup and a Milky Way bar for some reason. My stomach was about to explode, but it was totally worth it! Great lunch spot in the middle of an industrial park in Redmond. The staff greeted me on arrival and were friendly throughout my time there. There is a great selection of food, I went with a lunch combo, of chili and a sandwich. I ended up with their pastrami on Rye. I waited a little amount of time for my food to be brought to me which was great. The chili (you get the cup, not the bowl, as part of the combo), was filled with plenty of ingredients and came with oyster crackers. Similar surroundings as Suzanne's Deli in which I previously reviewed. It is a lunch spot in a row of warehouses in Redmond. They serve sandwiches, soups, salads and teriyaki here. Prices are a little bit higher here than Suzanne's. A half sandwich and soup is $5.75 though it does seem to be bigger portions. In addition to the sandwich and soup, I thought it was nice to have a pickle, chips and candy thrown in. Suzanne's is a bit easier to find as Willows Deli is on a side street. It would probably be best to use GPS to find this spot. There is plentiful parking and a decent size dining room. Service was friendly here, but I was not a fan of the sandwich making process of Willows or Suzanne's. Willows is no Subway in which you choose the ingredients. You order the sandwich and get what the preparer puts in there. Still, I thought the sandwich was good size and coupled with the soup made for a great filling meal. I would slightly favor Willows over Suzanne's due to selection and the lunch specials that they offer there. read more

I love the Korean ladies here. Lunch is always around $6-$7 (plus tip + tax makes it closer to $9). You get a free little cookie with your order! Sometimes the ladies add in a little something extra like I got a scoop of soup with my salad. So I ordered the egg salad sandwich and the taco beef salad. Egg salad was tasty, but I have to admit their salads are pretty big. Sure it's just a bunch of lettuce and you could probably make it yourself at home, but like me, You might be a bit lazy and just have it be made a lot more nicely by a nice Korean lady who will give you a cookie with it. Sandwich is good, just like homemade, minus mayo. Like that bacon is hot and crispy. For some reason, others don't do this and IMO, makes a better sandwich!
