Out of the group of three, I'm the only one that liked this place. And no, it's not because of the Korean connection (just saying) :p My friends got a salad and a sandwich while I got the special of the day which was spaghetti. I found the meal filling and the prices at this place is very reasonable. It is a deli and felt like it. I liked the fact that they had a lot of serve yourself stations as I am impatient and enjoy a place that appreciates and accepts the fact that people wait less when they can get their own stuff. Great deli, and conveniently located to my office on Willows Road. They're quick with the orders, and you can't go wrong with any of the sandwiches. My favorite ones are the turkey avocado, and the southwest chicken. Something about a sandwich made by someone else. The workers are super friendly, sandwiches are decently priced, and they have some great daily specials. Plenty of parking, it does get busy during lunch time, but it's great that they also offer online order for pick up. read more

Unfortunatley, my first order with them the messed up. I ordered online, And in bold letters added a message stating, "NO MAYO" So i get there to pick it up, and i repeat to the genteleman at the cash register, no mayo on this right? Was assured no mayo. Well i get back to work and sure enough, they put mayo on it. I hate mayo! I tried scraping it off to the best i could. Also, i felt it was kinda pricey for what you got. Why this has four stars is beyond me. They definitely have no idea about customer service. I asked if the clam chowder had any bacon or ham in it, and just got a blank stare. I asked again and was told "no, um.." then he asked someone else. The other person just shrugged. I get that not everyone makes things in-house, but not even knowing what is in the food you serve? Okay fine I won't get the soup. I ordered a sandwich but wasn't sure if I am supposed to grab my own chips or if they bring out chips with it. I asked and got another blank stare, without answering he just went back to the register. Asked again? Same thing. Fine I'll grab chips and hope o don't get yelled at. I got a drip coffee but their half and half was warm, not in any kind of container to even try to keep it cold. The food was fine, not great. Some brown lettuce but the bread was good. What a find! Kind of out of the way and amongst a bunch of industry/ company buildings but the sandwiches were REALLY GOOD! Generally speaking: The bread was really good and soft. I haven't written a review on Yelp in a long time, but this deli has inspired me to do so. As a lot of others have mentioned, this place is surprisingly awesome. I work right down the street, and just thought it would be another typical deli, and continued to think so, until I notcied their specialty sandwiches. Once I tried their Godfather Baguette, that's all I insisted on every time we ordered lunch from Willows. But even the best food can get old after a while, so I've now ventured out and tried their French Dip, and Chicken Club... Both amazing! Everything comes with a nice little bag of chips (so that you can't eat too many.) And I'll admit, I always look forward to the candy on the side. I recently started working in the area about three months ago and this deli is right down the street. By far, it is the best place to have lunch on my list and can't be overlooked if you are anywhere nearby. The sandwiches are reasonably priced and can be argued as probably the best tasting on the Eastside. The sandwiches are homemade and just downright delicious. My two favorites are definitely the Southwest Chicken Sandwich and the French Dip. If you plan on eating here for lunch, order ahead of time to avoid the wait. Quick, efficient and tasty. 4 stars in my book. The thing that struck me about Willows Deli is the décor and the cleanliness. It's the first thing I noticed and something told me the food was going to be good as well. I had the Chicken Pesto which was delicious - the meat was fresh and the pesto was yum. My wife had a Turkey sandwich and that had a little less flavor but was still fresh. The bowl of Chili she got was good too. It's a small business and I hope it does well! Great place to get a good sandwich if you work near Willows Rd. It's nestled in an office park and is a little difficult to spot. The line at the counter was long the entire time I was seated eating, but most were to go orders so the seating wasn't crowded. Very popular place for lunch. I eat here a lot, though mostly out of convenience. It's the closest lunch place to my office. I'm vegetarian, so they only have one sandwich for me (The Veggie), though they were kind enough to make me a grilled cheese and tomato once when I was trapped eating there for the third day in a row because of a work deadline. There is nothing actually wrong here, the bread is ok, the sandwich is ok, the espresso is acceptable, the wait is short, and there is ample seating and parking. Conversely, nothing is amazing. Turkey avacodo sandwhich is my favorite. Very refreshing. They give you chips and a cookie or candy. Great little package. The only thing I wished is that they didn't microwave everything. All bacon eggs and pretty much anything that is cooked is only Microwaved so it loses flavor and is sometimes over cooked. read more

Wooohooo !!!! Just had the best fish sandwich ever and all i can say is yummmm. It was a beer battered fish hot n crispy , the sauce was a little sweet and little spicy. but the overall taste was just mouth watering. The fish was not smelling. It was not greasy or oily. All i can say is perfect perfect perfect. It also comes up with a bag of chips and a candy :) The owner of the place ( forgot to ask his name) is a perfect gentleman. Warm welcome by the entire staff. We came in on a friday at ~2:15, and this sandwich is on their menu only on wednesday. But the staff still said they will make it for us. Total customer satisfaction !! The owner also came to us and asked for our feedback. So they are doing just everything right. This place is going a long way. Highly recommend the quesadilla! This place is close by to my work and I don't know why I didn't try it until this past week. Yep that's what it means For $9 you get less then 4 square inches of sandwich plus 2 ounces of au Jus. If it would be just amazing tasting , like roast beef roasted just a day ago in-house , with in house made AI jus , I could live with that . A family-owned business with great customer service. The couple that own this are so down-to-earth and the ladies remember many of their customers. Very popular place for lunchtime crowd. I second the recommendation to order over the phone before arriving, in the interest of saving wait time, though they are very efficiently run and are able to handle crowds. This is possibly the best deli I have ever been to. I frequent this place as often as possible. The owner Jim is always super nice and helpful. His wife is the sandwich master. Every time I come here I leave extremely happy. I recommend any sandwich on the menu. Not only for lunch but breakfast also. I usually get the the rueben or the southwest chicken. The southwest is actually a custom creation only found at Willows. Its has a special type of spicy, tangy, BBQ sauce and comes with bacon. YUP!!! They always have good service and good food. This place is great. It's hard to find a an "old school" deli that has sandwiches and soups like we used to have. They have specials every day. They have a wide selection of sandwiches to choose from and daily soups. All the ingredients they use are fresh. What I love most is that it is simple. No flashy gimmicks. Just traditional choices made the way we used to get lunch. They also have breakfast in the morning in case you didn't have time to grab something on the way to work.
