They were all sold out of the lemon poppyseed muffins they sell but she gave me a freebie of a lemon poppyseed muffin top that was a mistake order they cannot sell and not their usual muffins which was very kind. Now on to the drink! It was super delicious and the barista let me know during our conversation that they get their Matcha from Japan which is awesome. She whisked the matcha right in front of me which as a matcha lover was nice to see. The menu is creative with barista choices and a variety of options. I work a 5 minute walk away, and probably eat here 2-3 times a week. I've never been disappointed with the food quality, service, or speed of prep. My favorites are the Southwest Chicken sandwich, the Garlic Alfredo Chicken sandwich, the Reuben (extra crispy!), and the Teriyaki Cup Bop. The croissants for breakfast are also delicious. No frills fare, good value, and pleasant staff. Old owner and new owner are both nice guys, and you can watch the current owner busting it alongside other staff. Excellent for casual business lunches or take-out. If only they were open for dinner! read more

This is possibly the best deli I have ever been to. I frequent this place as often as possible. The owner Jim is always super nice and helpful. His wife is the sandwich master. Every time I come here I leave extremely happy. I recommend any sandwich on the menu. Not only for lunch but breakfast also. I usually get the the rueben or the southwest chicken. The southwest is actually a custom creation only found at Willows. Its has a special type of spicy, tangy, BBQ sauce and comes with bacon. YUP!!! They always have good service and good food. Three cheers for Willows Deli, my go-to lunch sandwich spot. Gotta have that French Dip! Also love their Reuben, turkey, roast beef, and ham. Everything comes with a nice little bag of chips (so that you can't eat too many.) And I'll admit, I always look forward to the candy on the side. Wonderful staff, and you can watch them take care with your sandwiches. The whole establishment is very clean and friendly. The sandwiches are a thousand times better than a franchise sub shop.
