    Breakfast menu.

This place is open for takeout during COVID-19, with the regular menu as far as I can tell. Just found it this morning, from a board out on the road. The guy who runs the counter is super nice, has fresh coffee, local business. Open for business! Just a few items on the breakfast menu bagels with ham or bacon and egg and cheese couple other things, I didn't see croissants. Enjoy!

    Vanilla Latte.

I love my coffee! My first time here. Inside looks outdated but it's a mom and pop shop so what can you say. First sip tells you so much about the quality of the shop here.

French Dip: Usually I only leave a review if something is outstanding or terrible. But this place is (IMHO) is a perfect 3. Overall, I was left a little disappointed. Maybe I'm a bit of a food snob, but is it to much to ask for a toasted buttered French roll? Seems pretty standard to me. Especially at almost $9 this a plain barely acceptable sandwich. Too much bread, barely an acceptable amount of meat, and that's it. I actually dug out some of the bread from half the roll and completely abandoned the other half. I moved all the meat to the half I kept. Wish I had ordered cheese.

It's off the road, so don't be surprised if you miss it even with the sign on the sidewalk, but take a moment to find it. The service is fast and the food is good. Not too expensive either.

I've seen a few yelp reviews say this place is a little ummmm pretentious or overhyped, well yes they don't do customizations and they really don't want you on your phones when you order but honestly, their drinks are just worth it I always order their Wiener Schokolade in the smallest size and that's only because I do like the strong taste of the coffee when its smaller and don't want to over indulge (it does get sweeter when you order the larger sizes, and remember what I said about no customization) We also had a croissant, it was fine as an accompaniment but nothing amazing.

Experience (4/5) I've been to the Lynnwood location but this one is much much cooler! It has multiple levels and several rooms all decorated to feel like a rustic tavern. The Lynnwood one is more open concept which isn't as cozy but definitely more spacious if that's what you're looking for. They have a wonderful selection of games and cards, a corner dedicated to graded cards, stairs leading to a D&D room, a front counter with a food/beer menu, and my favorite part- the outdoor patio next to the front door. We quickly made our purchase and left but I'm really hoping to come back and play a board game on the patio soon! Service (5/5) The staff here are extremely kind and attentive. They are also very community centered which I love.

As I pondered over the menu they recommended their lavender oat matcha on their specialty drinks menu that I hadn't yet noticed, so I went with that. It was okay. I'd go with a coffee next time instead since I make a better matcha at home. I was disappointed to see a separate menu only after seating ourselves outside that advertised turkish coffee. I'd come in the back door from the parking garage (free 90(?) min parking directly behind them) so didn't even see this menu posted out front until it was too late. Next time... I also had a breakfast bagel with lebneh, kalamata olives, cucumber, tomato, hard boiled egg, cream cheese, and feta. It was decent. I like that there's seating inside and out front. I noticed that they're dog friendly as several people went in with their dogs and ordered them their own little cuppa (ahem... puppa). I'll bring my little bestie next time.

The cafe is in a small outdoor shopping area with many other shops and restaurants sharing one big parking lot. It was not crowded when we arrived so we parked right in front of the cafe. The inside is big enough with a good amount of tables to sit down and enjoy the food and drink. Their menu has a variety of options with the croffles displayed right in front of you so you know what they look like. Their drink is decent but didn't impress us as much as the croffles. This was our first time trying croffles so it may not apply to everyone. They have both the sweet (with fruits) and salty (with meats) options and that fits us perfectly because we have different tastes. The croffles were crispy, not too sweet, and I think they would pair really well with a cup of tea or coffee for breakfast. In overall, I think it was a great experience. The fact that it is not crowded already makes it a good place for chilling during weekend morning where you can enjoy delicious food and drink.
